• aine (9/5): lovely apartment but very disappointing shower!! - This apartment is clean and boasts incredible Duomo views from two of the bedrooms. However, be prepared for a workout; it’s on the 4th floor with 72 steps and no elevator, so pack light (carry-on only) to avoid a struggle with luggage.The third "box room" with single bed lacks a view, looking out only at neighboring drainpipes. Regarding the heating it is controlled externally, so the unit felt chilly at night. Once we notified the host he was very responsive and turned it on immediately upon request, you can also use the A/C units to warm up the space. The biggest drawback was the shower. Due to extremely low water pressure, the flow in the shower head is a mere trickle, making it impossible to shower or wash long hair. Additionally, the water temperature was very difficult to regulate. Given the price point, the poor shower experience was a significant disappointment.
• yanda (8/5): 不错,很好的风景 - 房间的布局很不错，事业也很不错，采光也很足，主卧外教堂的穹顶极具压迫感，有一个厕所马桶上可以坐着看教堂，小阳台也很不错很开放，饭厅区和客厅隔的比较开不串味，楼下出门右拐20米就是一个家乐福超市，很方便。去conad tuday超市会有更多的选择，也就700米。百花教堂步行2分钟，左边有一个百花教堂公交站，对走累的一说回到公寓得到很好的休息和放松。 公寓左边100米是一家医院，意大利救护车满街响声，其实晚上12:00以后也会听见救护车的声音，不过还好的是，卧室不怎么听得见，这个避免不了。其次就是，楼梯太陡峭了，而且在五楼。淋浴间只有布帘，空间小，并且容易一地水，而且好像没有地漏，浴缸的水量有点小。

• Satoshi (8/5): Nice - Nice location. Only a few minute walk to the dome. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building (maybe 4th floor) and it is tiring that you need to go up and down every time you step out.
• John (10/5): Excellent! - Great location close to duomo. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Easy to check in. All great! A lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but we knew that in advance from the advert and the views of the city were magical

• Jamie (8/5): - Great apartment in a great location. Very good size and an amazing view of the Duomo dome from some of the rooms. Acoustics need sorting. Easily heard the apartment above and constant mechanical noises (water pump?) through the night.

• Angellina (8/5): Lovely stay, super close to everything which was great, I felt very safe here and was truly great to have a gentleman gr - Someone greeted us right when we arrived at came with us upstairs, and showed us around and got us settled in, very kind gentleman! Love the view of the duomo right from our window views. Wifi is terrible, and you are on the highest floor (which is nice) but not so much the steep stairs going up.
• Barbara (8/5): Beautiful views - The location is stunning, could not be bettered! The view of the Duomo is magical and makes the climb of 72 steps worth it. Very clean and well equipped. When we encountered a problem with the water/electrics someone came immediately and sorted it for us. The noise from the water pump makes it impossible to sleep in the small bedroom, sadly.

Convenient location to all of the historic spots you plan to see, but tucked away just enough for a quiet escape from the bustle of the tourist areas. Nothing. Everything was great. I saw some comments about the stairs. Sure there are stairs, but they are worth it for that view of the Duomo.

The power went out 4 or 5 times on the first night, but the owner took care of it for us and it didn't happen again the next day.

It is very close to many of Florence's famous classics and it is also very easy to walk to the river. The service was beyond expectations, the team was very helpful in handling key collection and check-in, explaining the use of the room and the view, and giving us summer-friendly drinks. This accommodation has a fantastic view, you can lie in bed and see the dome of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers, which is fantastic. It gave us a very pleasant journey. nothing

• Michael (10/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Florence -What a view! - The location and accomdations were fantastic. The view of the dome from the master bedroom was incredible. The walk to the dome took 2 minutes and there were 100's of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Location and size can't be beat. Stairs to get to the apartment. 73 to be exact. But with a view like the one this apartment offers you need to be high up! That was the ONLY thing i wished was different, but since there were no gyms in Florence I just counted it as a daily workout!
• Heike (9/5): Superb - The view is amazing, basically in the centre but quiet, very charming, large apartment, loved the bathroom, close to conad supermarket, lovely little bakery around corner. Would stay again anytime. We struggled a bit with the suitcases on the stairs and finding power outlet which fitted our adaptors.
• Christina (10/5): Amazing! - Absolutely amazing location! The photos do not do it justice, the views are absolutely incredible. The staff were also very accommodating and patient when we were unexpectedly delayed. There were a lot of steps to get to apartment but we knew this and negotiated it easily enough - the pay off was the incredible views and absolutely worth it!
