The cumana train is just across the street and it takes you to the heart of town in 10 minutes! Breakfast has everything you could want. Highly recommended!

The room felt stuffy and there was a bad smell especially in the corridor towards our room from the elevator. The ambience is so outdated and just depressed our mood when we checked in. There was no tea/coffee tray in our room. Which seemed awkward to us. When we asked for some, they said we needed to pay for a cup of tea. Really?! We asked the receptionist for any eating place nearby. He recommended one and it was just as bad. The pasta was not well cooked. The sauce had burnt beef and made the sauce a bit bitter. Oh my gosh! We only realized in the morning that dogs, cats and everything else is allowed in the hotel. Hence my sister waking up with blocked nose, itchy and swollen eyes. All in all, l can never come back or recommend it to anyone. Not even my enemy. We didn't take not even one picture at this hotel. But we took hundreds from LHP Napoli palace where we had stayed 2 nights before. I have now learnt not to hop from one hotel to the other like am on a tour bus.

- Karin (8/5): Gute Lage für ins Zentrum von Napoli - Sehr gute Lage. Metro Station direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Tickets können an der Rezeption gekauft werden. Hotel selbst alles bestens, von Frühstück bis Parkplatz. Frühstück bietet alles von Salzig bis süss. Kaffee von der Bar=TOP! Achtung der Haartrockner ist im Kleiderschrank! Bei der Ankunft wenig bzw.kühle informationen der Dame. Die Herren am Abend und am nächsten Tag sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Parcheggio scoperto privato 15 euro a giorno , un 4 stelle che ti addebita anche la bottiglietta d’acqua del frigobar Colazione industriale : biscotti di Mulino Bianco e cornetti surgelati . I would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was open to questions and requests and always responded in a warm and professional manner. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. Amenities included a kettle, TV, and minibar – everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel places great value on cleanliness and guest comfort. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is well connected in terms of transport and particularly well suited for participating in the Naples Half Marathon. Getting to key locations in the city was easy and convenient. Overall, I can highly recommend Hotel Nuvò and would gladly stay there again.

Colazione varia e ottima sia dolce che salata Piccole imperfezioni nella struttura che secondo me in un quattro stelle non dovrebbero esserci. - Agnieszka (10/5): Wspaniały hotel i pyszne śniadania - polecam !!! - Bardzo przyjemny hotel, duże pokoje i pyszne śniadania. Pierwszy raz na śniadaniu kelnerka zapytała się czy zrobić mi kawę, zwykle są expresy do samodzielnej obsługi, a to było bardzo przyjemne. Na przeciwko hotelu jest dość spory sklep/market, gdzie można kupić w zasadzie wszystko. Po zamknięciu sklepu na parkingu, otwiera się grill, gdzie robią pysznego kurczaka z rożna i żeberka plus jakieś dodatki. polecam :-) Okolica trochę taka smutna, ale 10-15 min spacerem w dół dojdziecie do plaży i morza, gdzie można się wykąpać, natomiast idąc w stronę Stadionu Napoli widać coraz więcej sklepów , barów itp.

While Naples may be an older city, the hotel is very well reformed with newer interior design. There are plenty of great places to eat in that block. Close to the metro station, very easy to get to the city center. Good breakfast included.

- 912marh (10/5): A decent hotel with great staff - We completed the online check-in in advance, and it took just a minute at reception to receive the room keys. All reception staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Fabio’s professionalism deserves special mention. The taxi fare from Naples Airport to the hotel was around €25–30 for our late-evening arrival, and this was the only time we needed a taxi during our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location: from the nearby Agnano train stop (just 1 minute away) it’s easy to reach the Old City via Montesanto, while Cavalleggeri d’Aosta station (about 5 minutes away) provides access to Napoli Centrale. From there, train connections are straightforward to the north (Rome, Florence), the east (Caserta – Royal Palace, Bari), and the south (Pompeii, Salerno). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be invited to a Christmas celebration party, free for hotel guests, and we even won a prize in the lottery. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel—where most guests were Italians—was especially enjoyable. Breakfast was quite good, with restaurant staff who were welcoming and attentive. The housekeeping staff, although speaking limited English, were always eager to help. Our quadruple room was comfortable and well equipped, with a central heating and cooling system. The beds were comfortable, and very little noise came through from the nearby street. The room had a balcony overlooking the old steel factory area—a large, currently non-operational site. However, the nearby crossroads made weekday mornings somewhat noisy due to frequent car honking. A 10-minute walk brings you to Pontile Nord along the seafront, which we recommend. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, as well as a convenient Conad supermarket directly across from the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially considering the excellent price-to-quality ratio, easy direct booking, and efficient online check-in.
- antonio (7/5): Ho visitato napoli e basta - L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta, ovviamente pagando, è stata la disponibilità del parcheggio e la fermata del tram nelle vicinanze. L’hotel si trova in una zona periferica di Napoli e l’impatto iniziale non è dei migliori. La reception è composta da personale gentile e cordiale e l’ambiente in generale risulta pulito. Purtroppo tutto cambia quando si entra in camera: la stanza da letto è piccola, con un letto fuori norma. Il bagno è piccolo ma nuovo; tuttavia il bidet è posizionato male, tanto che per sedersi bisogna infilare le gambe sotto il lavandino (ingombri completamente sbagliati). Per ricaricare i cellulari è necessario spostare i comodini perché le prese sono nascoste. Inoltre c’è molta condensa sui vetri. La colazione è abbastanza buona. Camera non è da 4 stelle

Zona ben servita con ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati, farmacia ecc. Colazione ottima. Stanze grandi e pulite. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini. Tutto perfetto.

- Barutto (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, posizione perfetta per spostarci con la macchina a Pompei e Caserta per vedere la reggia. Colazione abbondante . Unica pecca, il box doccia che perdeva acqua ed ha bagnato tutto il pavimento del bagno. Ho rischiato di scivolare una volta uscita dalla doccia.

The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel welcome from the first moment. The location is very convenient, especially if you are staying in the Bagnoli area, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
