The experience in the executive lounge was fabulous, it had a stunning view. Wide food variety at breakfast and during cocktail hour is also a plus, not to mention the waiters - Chris, Wing and Jason were attentive and helpful.

The service was extremely outstanding and the food and drinks were superb. Especially noteworthy was the service provided by waiter “Henry”. Henry readily demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was very responsive by recommending not only menu items but also information to support our enjoyment of Hong Kong. Henry diligently coordinated the special preparation of gluten free meals for me when such options were not part of the normal buffet spread. We highly recommend the Conrad Hilton as a perfect place to stay in Hong Kong!
- stuartpm346 (10/5): Great hotel - Ive just returned from an amazing weeks holiday to Hong Kong and chose to stay at the Conrad due to its location and picked a room with a view of the harbour. The hotel itself was very impressive. The staff are all amazing and go out of their way to help and offer advice, and everyone was really happy and very welcoming. Just a great team of people throughout the hotel which are all to be congratulated. The hotel has various places to eat although I only really tried the breakfast (which had a fantastic choice of food to choose from) and some snacks from the lounge on the 59th floor (which also offers great views over the harbour). The room itself was very large, very clean, very modern, had a very comfortable bed and offered amazing views over the Harbour and as a bonus I could also see some of the Victoria peak. It also offered partial view of the nightly harbour laser light show (8pm). Another bonus of the hotel is that is built on top of a large shopping centre (lots of places to eat along with a choice of both high end and general shops) which in turn gives direct access to the local metro (MTR) station (Admiralty) along with bus stops and the tram stops. Admiralty is also one stop away from central station which in turn gives access to the AirPort Express line. So great location for travel, and great connections to get to other areas of the island. Honestly I found the whole experience of the hotel very relaxing which just added to the experience of the holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would have no issues staying here again.
- Z9297AEkevinm (10/5): Good to be back at Conrad Hong Kong - It was great to be back at Conrad Hong Kong in this perfect location. Once again we felt valued as HH Diamond repeat guests. From check-in to departure everything was good but on this occasion not all was perfect. The hotel is going through some room refurbishments which limited the number of available upgrade rooms but we were grateful to be given a peak view suite which although is now dated was very spacious and clean. The Executive Lounge was excellent as always for afternoon tea and cocktails. Very attentive professional service - special thanks to all the team for the being so amazing. Thank you also to Yoyo Chow for your help and understanding with the issues raised and Viktor and Hannah for the excellent lobby lounge experience. We look forward to returning soon! Really enjoyed the executive lounge. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel was in a great location to walk or use public transportation to get around.
- MelanieS621 (10/5): Such a happy stay - This property is an excellent way to stay on the islands with perfect views, spacious accommodations, the most friendly and helpful team and staff, and a great food. It’s conveniently located above a shopping mall and the Admiralty stop on the metro. While we would definitely return and enjoyed everything, we did not in advance that it needs some updating to the facilities if not a full renovation. That would be the icing on the cake but otherwise we highly recommend it and felt like family there. We especially enjoyed getting to know the manager at the front desk Yoyo, Tony the host of the garden café where we had a fantastic breakfast every day and he went above and beyond to personalize that for us, and then the Chef Jason Cheung. They all made everything much more special and memorable and we felt like the only guests they had there. That is unusual to find.

Specially curated with all-time-fav classic ingredients like turnip, preserved sausage, and dried shrimp, their 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐇𝐊$𝟑𝟔𝟖) conjures up a depth of umami that makes turnip cake a Chinese New Year obsession for many food lovers. Freshly made to order by Chef Tony Wan from Golden Leaf, their turnip cake boasts a perfect consistency that lends itself to both steaming and pan-frying, and is best savored with a glass of champagne!
- Sabriconga (10/5): Great service, spacious rooms and nice vibe - Had 2 separate stays at the Conrad Hong Kong during a month long trip in Asia and loved every minute of it! The service was kind and efficient. We were able to leave our bag for a little over a week in storage and everything was arranged to make our life easier. My husband, teen and myself appreciated the spacious rooms with beautiful views to the mountain, the nice breakfast and food in general, and enjoyed the vibe at the lobby. These things are particularly important when i is pouring rain outside! Will come back!
- 931justiny (4/5): Not worthy of the Conrad brand - I’m a Diamond member and have stayed at many Conrads around the world, but this property falls far short of the brand’s standards. First, the room had a strong, unpleasant mold smell… that should have been my cue to leave. Still, I tried to give the hotel another chance given my loyalty status. Unfortunately, even changing rooms wasn’t simple because the elevators are painfully slow. The amenities are also subpar. The bar lacks any sense of luxury, and the executive lounge is one of the most disappointing I’ve seen at any Hilton property. The only thing that feels remotely “Conrad” about this hotel is the lobby. Overall, this stay was a serious letdown and not representative of the Conrad experience.
- juergd (4/5): An Attempt at Luxury in Bulk: Conrad Hong Kong’s Focus on Quantity Over Quality - I had high expectations for my stay at the Conrad Hong Kong over New Year’s Eve. The hotel’s location in Pacific Place, right in the heart of Central, is excellent: directly connected to luxury shopping and promising sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. On paper, it looked like the perfect choice for a festive and refined stay. Despite booking a Deluxe Harbour View Room through Hilton’s “For Luxury” program and holding Hilton Diamond status, I received neither an upgrade nor a room with a prime view. Instead, I was given a side room with only a restricted glimpse of the harbour. The room was on the 57th floor, but unlike the floors directly above or below the Executive Lounge, it had no stair access to the lounge. Every visit required waiting for elevators that were chronically overloaded. Polished signs claimed “maintenance,” but the delays felt more like a permanent issue with outdated infrastructure. The room itself was disappointing: stained carpets, worn furniture, dirty bathroom corners, torn bed linen only changed on the third day, and a musty odor that lingered throughout the property. For a hotel positioning itself as luxury, this was unacceptable. The lounge on the 59th floor was consistently overcrowded, with long waits just to find seating. Food quality was basic - stale bread, limited pastries, minimal fruit and cheese - and drinks only available via staff service. Service was efficient but impersonal, lacking the warmth and recognition found in other luxury lounges. What added to the frustration was that staff announced the “last service round” up to 20 minutes before the official end of Afternoon Tea or Evening Cocktails. Guests were effectively rushed, which undermined the sense of hospitality. Breakfast in the main restaurant, Garden Café, mirrored the lounge’s limitations: a few simple cheeses, one type of salami, one type of ham, no smoked salmon, and bread and pastries that tasted stale. The buffet leaned heavily toward Asian dishes, seemingly tailored to the hotel’s primary clientele from mainland China. Service was chaotic, with drinks delayed or incorrect and communication in English inconsistent. Dinner at Brasserie on the Eighth was better, with attentive service and decent food, though not remarkable. The nearly empty dining room spoke volumes about its appeal. The front desk and concierge service were equally disappointing. When we asked the concierge a question, we were assisted not by a professional concierge but by a bellboy from the entrance. Check‑out took 15–20 minutes due to long queues, with no staff trying managing the situation. The overall impression was “mass over class”: the hotel seems designed to process large numbers of guests with a standardized upscale product, but without personal charm. Adding to the frustration, the hotel gave no prior information that the traditional Hong Kong fireworks had been cancelled. Guests were left to discover this themselves, which felt careless and unprofessional for a property positioning itself as a luxury destination during such a significant holiday. Even small gestures felt misaligned. A welcome cake placed in the room at 11 p.m. after a long‑haul flight was neither practical nor thoughtful, left unchilled and uneaten the next day. Overall, the Conrad Hong Kong suffers from outdated facilities, impersonal service, and weak leadership. Staff are polite and well‑meaning, but management fails to provide direction or uphold the standards expected of a Conrad. For me, this was the weakest Hilton‑branded property I have ever stayed at - even Hampton or DoubleTree hotels deliver cleaner environments, more personalized service, and smoother operations. The Conrad Hong Kong, regrettably, falls short of the standards its name implies. For seasoned luxury travelers who value personalized service and refined hospitality, this property is unlikely to satisfy. Those seeking a true upscale experience will find far more consistency and genuine attention to detail at neighboring hotels such as the Island Shangri‑La or Mandarin Oriental.

Extremely attentive personnel - to mention Sharon (desk front office) & Christopher (Executive Lounge). Best location for tram & underground connections. Healthy and many variations of breakfast & dinner choices. As a diamond member I had an upgrade based on availability. The only hotel option for us, we will come back :)

Didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool area but did you the sauna & steamroom all spotless clean. Room decor is dated but practical. Big walk in wardrobe, tea & coffee & fridge.

It was an unacceptable experience with a 5 star hotel. Specifically, I encountered Moby at the club lounge and request a better view seat and other simple enquiries. Moby was using a rude tone and then ignored my request. This is not the level of service I expected from your hotel. Please improve your staff training from now on. Thank you.

- Worlds_of_Wonder (8/5): Happy to see that Conrad service is returning to a higher level - I have stayed at this hotel many times, but stopped for a bit because I felt the hotel was not delivering the value one should expect given its cost and my Hilton status. I was pleased to see that service has returned to a much higher level. Issues with Executive Lounge food being tepid and face clothes not being "restocked" were immediately rectified and never reappeared. Housekeeping noticed my product usage (e.g., of coffee) and made sure I had what I liked. Executive Lounge staff were very pleasant and attentive. Amenity products seem to be better than before. I did not give a 5 star review because the hotel provided no notice prior to my stay about the massive remodeling of Harbor facing rooms and because there were the aforementioned and other issues (even though they were rectified). Three easy ways for this hotel to take it to the next level would be 1) better food labeling in the Executive lounge; 2) more nut and gluten free options in the Executive Lounge; and 3) getting rid of some of the low cocktail tables in the Executive lounge and installing counter tables (it's obvious that many business people in the lounge would like a work space and this can be done without taking up too much seating space or creating turnover problems).
- MilesDavislovesyou (10/5): Old world charm but a brilliant hotel experience - Really top quality hotel. Fantastic location close to amenities and MRT connections. My first time to stay. I normally stay at other options in Hong Kong but very glad to have chosen this option. The hotel has an old world charm and impressive lobby setting. The rooms are good sized for Hong Kong with excellent views. I did some running at routes nearby into the parks and hills. Also wonderful walks around into Wan Chai and further into central. Breakfast was good, although some queues at times due to limited space. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall a brilliant hotel experience from check in to check out. I would definitely stay again in the future.
- Roam45542361383 (10/5): Wine tasting @ Pacific Bar, Conrad Hotel, HK - My brother, husband and I enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting evening last week organised by lead bar man, Jack. We were not staying at the hotel, but on request about the opportunity to do some wine tasting he happily agreed and curated a lovely tasting of 7 wines with delicious canapés. We had an amazing table looking directly out onto the Hong Kong skyline lit up after dark. Really great evening, and the perfect end to our holiday. Jack spent time explaining all the wines, vineyards and answered our questions with a good level of knowledge. He was really passionate about sharing his love of wine with us. Thank you so much! Can thoroughly recommend the experience :)
- andreasropertz (10/5): Conrad Moments in Hongkong - An amazing experience in a truly most sophisticated Hotel. We spent 5 nights on Hilton Honors reward points at the Conrad. We´d been picked up at the airport which was a huge benefit. The transfer was most convenient and seamless. At check-in we've been guided directly to our suite. The interior of the suite at the 60th floor was breathtaking. Spacious with an amazing harbor view it provided a living room, a master bedroom and a huge bathroom. The design was so sophisticated with fresh flowers and all colonial style furniture. Housekeeping fulfilled all our wishes at it´s best. The executive Lounge at the 59th floor was easy to reach by a short cut staircase to skip the elevators. The staff there is so attentive and provided a phantastic service. You could stay there the entire day getting pampered with yummy breakfast, full afternoon tea and cocktail happy hour with a huge variety of food and beverages . We really enjoyed the perfect afternoon tea with scones, Devonshire clotted cream and finger sandwiches. So perfect. The serve even TWG tea from the finest harvests. we had several highlights, but these two are absolutely Conrad moments : a guided tour to a wet market with Executive Chef Lee Man Ki. What, an amazing guy. He gave us so many insights into the world of Hongkong street food and how to find the best material for Cantonese kitchen. Thanks for that. And of course our special vegetarian menu at the Golden leaf restaurant. Extremely yummy and prepared by Sous-Chef Wang Chu Chi. The staff of the Golden leaf are extremely attentive and the service superb. Not to forget the other facilities Pool, breakfast and Concierge. Jan Jansen and his entire team made this stay for us unforgetable and the spirit of Hospitality was so unique. We truly can recommend the Conrad for everyone seeking for this tiny little extra in this beautiful city.

- Paul1966H (10/5): Another nice stay. - Just completed another five night stay at Conrad Hong Kong. We had a very pleasant stay in general and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our suite did suffer from very early morning noise being located directly under the executive lounge on floor 59 and i was woken up at 5am every morning with banging from above. I would not stay directly under the Executive lounge again. Apart from that everything was good. Steven the concierge was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and gave detailed information. Ken in the executive lounge made great G and Ts. Breakfast was quite busy and service generally good and i loved the beef brisket noodles. This was my fourth stay at Conrad Hong Kong and i would definitely stay here again if i am ever in Hong Kong.

When checked out , they charged almost $700 Hong Kong dollar , and insisted only for pressing not laundry We thought free laundry that was why we sent out Otherwise we didn’t need it or desperate to do laundry because we packed plenty Thought it was free so we used the service, unfortunately we did pay attention reading assuming we called and got verification that it will be free laundry , not only pressing Conrad is a big hotel and chain of Hilton , I am a long time member and have not have bad experience until this stay at the Conrad in HK

- annh9 (10/5): Beautiful hotel in great location - Have just had another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the pick up service from the airport to the end of my stay everything has been wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, located directly above Pacific Plaza, and the MTR station and tram, so you can get anywhere within minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff lovely. Nothing at the hotel is too much trouble - all staff are very service oriented. The Executive Lounge provides a lovely afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés with a great view over the harbour and wonderful personal service. Another advantage if you only need a light meal is that there is a terrific supermarket in the shopping plaza which has plenty of options for ready made meals/salads etc. The breakfast is another highlight, with plentiful options. Truly a wonderful hotel, which I always look forward to staying at

The rooms were very comfortable and previous with all the amenities we needed and more. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. - Shariq41 (8/5): Excellent hotel at prime location - The location of the hotel is excellent as its connected directly with Pacific Mall and a 5mins walk through Pacific Mall can lead to MTR station. Other prominent hotels like Shangri La are also in the vicinity. Rooms are decent sized with all expected amenities and toiletries. Bidet/faucet in toilet is not available. Executive room with harbour view was a good deal with access to Executive Lounge (59th floor) for two persons. View of harbour is excellent from the higher floors. Complimentary shuttle bus service to Hong Kong Airport Express station is also available at set timings. The checkin and checkout was smooth. Few things to keep in mind are the Executive Lounge dress code is to be adhered and no food/snacks are available beyond their stated timings which are upto 7pm in evenings. The Executive Lounge and plenty of staff who were courteous. However, my experience with one of them was not so good as he seemed bit biased against Indians and double checked on my access although I had paid for access to two pax with my Executive Room. This was not in good taste as I have stayed in numerous other star hotels in various countries but never faced such an issue. Hotel needs to smoothen few rough edges and sensitise staff perhaps.Otherwise the hospitality, breakfast spread, housekeeping, etc. were top notch as expected.

I booked a standard room but was upgrade at arrival (thank you HHonors Gold status!) to an executive room on the 60th floor that had amazing views! There is a spiral staircase from the 60th floor to the 59th floor executive lounge that I stopped into every afternoon for a coffee as well as happy hour at 5pm. I was impressed with the selection of drinks and food and the nightly happy hour! Pool was great and they bring you a little strawberry & dragon fruit snack as well as water and a cool cloth. Views from my room and the executive lounge were amazing! My room was mountain facing and the lounge is bay facing, so it was the best of both worlds. The hotel is attached to an upscale shopping mall, which convenient! It's also easy to get to/from the airport thanks to the MTR station that is attached to the mall.

From the poor condition of our room to the screaming wedding parties disturbing guests in the lobby the hotel is no better than the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in TST. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find another option. The Grand Lady has passed much like the city itself.

Breakfast was average to provide limit variety of local cuisines.

The staff are all well trained and polite and professional, but the Exec lounge always goes to another level. The service, the friendliness, and the execution of tasks has not faultered in the last 20 years tha t I have been coming to your hotel. My kids still remember “Yoda” from the Exec lounge 8 years ago!! Love the location next to Hong Long Park and the Peak Tram. Ubers now very cheap as well to the hotel

The area is good and we found it easy to walk to the Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park, as well the Botanical Garden/Zoo. Our check-in however was not a good experience, we arrived early and were prepared to wait until reg check-n time but after asking if the room could be ready early or on time, when we came back to the front desk the room was still not ready 30 min past check-in, we had another 30-40 min wait time until the room was ready, an hour past normal time, no apology, no comp. The facilities, food was great, pool was very nice. The shopping mall below the streets and Conrad was very convenient and filled with good stores. Overall we might not go back but the location was great, so maybe.

- realGordon (10/5): A True “Home Away from Home” Experience at Conrad Hong Kong - I recently stayed two nights at Conrad Hong Kong, and honestly, it was one of those stays that leaves a smile on your face even after you’ve checked out. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt easy, thoughtful, and warm — like being welcomed home. At check-in, Mr. Harvey at the front desk greeted me with a big, genuine smile and surprised me with an upgrade to the executive floor, including access to the lounge (I’m a Hilton Gold :P) — super helpful, especially for navigating a busy few days in Hong Kong. What touched me most was that he noticed my Chinese passport and immediately switched to speaking Mandarin. I speak English just fine, but hearing my native language like that? It made me feel instantly comfortable and cared for. A small gesture, but it meant a lot. The executive lounge itself was a highlight. Miss Karen there is simply fantastic — full of energy and enthusiasm, and an expert in cocktails! If you're not sure what to try, just ask her. You won’t be disappointed. When it came time to check out, Mr. Ray went above and beyond by offering me a 3 PM checkout after hearing about my late-night flight. He even reminded me I could still use the lounge and fitness center after checking out — again, just thoughtful touches that make a huge difference. Two quick tips: 1. If you’re walking back to the hotel from Pacific Place, go to the 3rd floor and take the elevator near Dior — it’s the fastest route! 2. For the lounge team — a small suggestion: the leather cup pads are stylish, but they tend to stick to the glasses and sometimes cause spills. Maybe consider switching to a durable hard paper version? All in all, a huge thank you to the Conrad Hong Kong team for making my stay so smooth and memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Harvey, you made the luxury brand Conrad a home away from home! Instead Conrad Hilton emails me a link to a reward membership login via which I can access my receipt. I have never used the reward programme. I don’t know my username. The hotel connect number on the Conrad website doesn’t work. There is no email address on the website. Why make it difficult for your clients? Otherwise a decent stay, but if you waste my time with necessary admin because you are tying to capture people on a reward programme I won’t bother staying again.

They upgraded us to a harbor view room upon arrival, and check-in was seamless. The room was large, thoughtfully, beautifully designed, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since we enjoyed the first class of treatments, we started to return to Conrad Hong Kong almost every year, except during the years of the pandemic. Last year, when I called to inquire about my reservation, Pinky Tse, a Reception Manager, recognized my voice. And she promised to upgrade our room to an executive harbor suite. I would like to extend my utmost appreciation to Pinky Tse for her exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. Because of Pinky Tse, I have already booked another 19 nights in the coming fall.

- ShardayMarie (10/5): A Must-Go Every Year As A Birthday Trip - My husband and I are repeat guests of Conrad HK and as HH Diamond members, there’s really no other hotel we want to be in. This is it, this is our home in Hong Kong. We usually come to Hong Kong during February for my husband’s birthday and Chinese New Year. We went before during my birthday in July, but the city was just hot and humid - but we still loved staying in Conrad anyway. Special shout out to AJ of the Executive Lounge and this other Filipino man (I forget his name) who really took care of us for every single breakfast and happy hour during our stay. They know exactly where we want to sit and what we like to drink, always offering us the most pleasant and engaging conversations that really makes you feel more human rather than it being just very transactional. Honestly, the whole Executive Lounge team is the main reason why we will always choose Conrad over anything else in Hong Kong. The location of the hotel is just the best in terms of convenience and accessibility. We have found ourselves always walking back to the hotel easily from our one of many dinners or drinks in Central. Or a casual stroll to the park during the morning where you are surrounded by trees and animals, that you forget you’re really smack bang in the middle of the city. It’s literally just outside Conrad! Service, location and a great product. Don’t know what else you really need when looking for a place to stay in when in Hong Kong.

Lovely, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Great harbor views. Brilliant breakfast. Excellent location with a direct connection to the Admiralty MTR station and tons of shopping. Good exercise facilities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. However, perhaps the best feature of the hotel is Steven Hon. A hotel with as fine a concierge as Mr Hon is worth the stay for that alone. He could not have been more gracious or efficient.

About a week before our stay, guest service representative Pinky reached out to us regarding our stay and to arrange the transfer from the airport. Pinky was there when we arrived at the hotel, taking us up to the executive lounge for an easy check-in experience. Pinky was quite attentive and anticipated our needs, including helping arrange dinner reservations for us as well as the transfer to the cruise port for our checkout day. She regularly checked up on us in the executive lounge and quickly answered questions that we had, including the Conrad bear and duck. She went well above and beyond our expectations, making our Hong Kong stay seamless and amazing. It’s a level of service that makes Conrad an amazing place to stay at. Conrad is lucky to have Pinky as a guest service representative on their team. If you’re looking for a place that can deliver a high level of service to make your stay in Hong Kong seamless and amazing, Conrad Hong Kong should be at the top of your list.

In particular the poolside staff were so welcoming and efficient, so that our visits to the pool were real highlights. Would most definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Mina in the spa gave me an incredible reflexology treatment.

Our spacious room on an executive floor level offered a spectacular view of the Victoria Hotel, impressing us with an unparalleled experience of the Lunar New Year. We had breakfast (buffet style) on the following day at the Executive Club Lounge on the 59th floor. It is a smallish place, popular with eligible guests. The staff were friendly and polite, and one guy who looked like a manger was particularly helpful, eager to serve us coffee and tea promptly as it was about 30 minutes to closing time. Good service overall but could perhaps be better. 1) It took us a LONG time to wait for a lift to the 59th floor. Then there was another queue for a clean table. 2) Little food was still available after we got seated. The limited quantity and variety were disappointing. 3) The food that was available could, in our opinion, be better warmed for a more pleasant experience. Overall , a great hotel but faster lifts and better food please.
