- May (4/5): Disappointed. - The room was nice and spacious. The AC was not functioning properly, and there was significant noise coming from the street outside throughout the night. Additionally, there was no maintenance staff available on site during nighttime hours. The hotel room telephone was also not working, making it impossible to contact Reception despite multiple attempts. I also tried calling from my cell phone, but no one answered. When I eventually went downstairs after 10:00 pm, there was no one at the reception desk when I looked around. The receptionist then spotted me from the dining area where he was eating his dinner and came out to speak with me. When I asked for assistance, he was extremely rude and unhelpful, stating that he was the only employee working at the time and there wasn’t anything he could do. Overall, the lack of basic room functionality, poor customer service, and absence of support staff made for a very disappointing experience. I also attempted to send a private message four days ago to express my frustration privately, but no one responded to or acknowledged my message. Therefore, I am now sharing my feedback online.

- David (3/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war top! 1,5h gewartet bis auf das einchecken! Uns wurde ein Parkplatz versprochen um 26,40€ den wir nicht bekommen haben! Anstatt ein Parkhaus um 45€ für 24h genutzt! Anstatt ein Doppelbett ein Zimmer mit 2 einzelne Betten! Um diesen Preis nicht empfehlenswert!
- Leena (8/5): - Sijainnista ja hyvästä aamiaisesta. Sviitin nuhjuisuudesta, ovet repsottivat ja hakkasivat lattiaa. Pintaremonttia kaipaa.
- Jan & Ingrid (7/5): Geen herhaling. - Ruime kamer. Tweepersoonsbed matras, die niet doorgezakt was. Balkon, maar daar zat glas voor bij onze kamer. Dit is gedaan ivm geluid in de nacht wat helaas niet afdoende bleek. Het bad had geen overloop, let op hoeveel water je erin doet, het kan er nu overheen lopen. Mogelijk is dit ooit eerder gebeurd want de laminaat vloer op de kamer is op de naden veelal omhoog en stuk gelopen. Mijn voet werd opengehaald door een splinter. De kluis was onbruikbaar, was op slot. Na melding werd dit hersteld. Heel slecht geslapen, werden om 3 uur 's nachts wakker door vuilniswagens en konden daarna niet meer slapen. Om 4 uur kwamen de vuilniswagens nogmaals, voor het legen van de andere (grote) containers. Aangezien het hier allemaal hoogbouw betreft rondom geeft dit een weerklank, wat geluid versterkt. Er was geen flesopener op de kamer, dit beneden gehaald. De toiletbril zat los; schoof naar links als je erop zat. Na melding werd dit hersteld. De badstop heeft ijzerdraad eraan wat ook nog eens open stond, scherp. Bij het ontbijt worden de worstjes en roereieren niet goed warm gehouden, echt jammer. Meer keuze in stokbrood zou fijn zijn. De laminaatvloer in het restaurant is op diverse plaatsen stuk, niet hygiënisch ook niet na dweilen. Bij terugkomst op de kamer na een dag de toerist uithangen, missen wij een drinkglas, thee en koffiemelk op de kamer waren niet aangevuld. Zijn naar beneden gegaan waar de receptionist bezig was met inchecken. Hij vroeg tussendoor, wat geïrriteerd of hij kon helpen. Het antwoord werd niet zo netjes verwoord. Hij had geen tijd, was druk en wij moesten maar naar boven gaan. Hij vroeg niet om ons kamernummer of iets dergelijks. Koffiemelk en thee, had dat even meegegeven dan hadden wij weer wat kunnen drinken, kwestie van nog geen minuut of had ons kamer nummer gevraagd, even een notitie van deze artikelen en breng het later. Dag later, bij uitchecken verteld tegen de andere receptionist. Hij verontschuldigde zich, er waren problemen die avond met het systeem en daardoor zou de collega kortaf geweest zijn.

- Mark (3/5): We think this hotel could be great if it received the refresh it needs and trained their staff in the art of hospitality - This hotel is well located and we liked the space (we chose the superior room) with a sleeping area separate from a lounging area with a sofa. The hotel has seen better days and is need of refreshing. There is chipped paint in many places, the sink area in the bathroom needed recaulking, the refrigerator was very small and was located in a wooden cabinet which had sustained water damage. The telephone in the room was not working and we could not contact them. The front desk was often left unattended and we had to wait for a staff member to arrive before we could get any help. The cleaning crew once took all of our bath towels which we had hung up and planned to use again and left us with none. Sometimes they left us face clothes and sometimes they did not. They also took some of our food during a cleaning session. Our room keys didn’t work and we had to return to the front desk three times to ask them to fix them. One night there were no lights on in the entire second floor hall and we had to ask the front desk attendant to turn them on. The front desk staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly, rude and not at all helpful. They often left the front desk unattended forcing us to wait until someone arrived to help or answer questions.

Air conditioning was not working and the room was hot during the day. They explained that because of the season the AC if off for all rooms, but this is not included in the hotel description. - Marla (9/5): Great stay for a family of 4. - Location is fantastic--walkable to most sights and on a quiet plaza right near Diagonal. Our family suite was also spacious with a great view overlooking the street. The price was a bit high for a sunday in shoulder season, and it was frustrating to have the price go down by 75 euros after we passed the cancellation window. The rooms also looked a bit dated, with some peeling paint/moldings. However, the room was super comfortable and spacious and I would overlook the ageing and stay here again.

It’s very very noisy downstairs there are a lot of bars and restaurants so expect to be very noisy during The Week end you can hear everything from outside. The reception of hotel most of the time is not here so you have to wait long long time before someone arrives. There was no garbages in both toilets of the room and no slippers or bathroom products, you have to ask for it. They will not help you with you the luggage’s, you have to carry them inside the luggage room and leave them here while your room is ready then come back collect them by your self. Nobody is helping to bring the luggage in your room. No parking it was full or not enought large.

El personal fue muy amable permitiéndonos entrar en la habitación antes de la hora del check in. La decoración de las habitaciones está un poco anticuada. También los baños, en los que hay bañera en vez de ducha. Durante toda la estancia, en nuestra planta, estaban los carros de mantenimiento con las sábanas y toallas en el pasillo. Nevertheless, it is a noisy one due to the restaurants ands bars around. Rooms are smelly, and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was old and rusty. The service was rude, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. Even though, I had a 3-night stay booking I checked out after the first one and look for an alternative hotel. These guys ruined my weekend

- Toma (5/5): Stay here if you want to hear how other people take a dump at a wc - Location was good, walkable distance, near by bus stations Very bad sound isolation, we have stayed 3 nights and couldn’t get decent sleep, because you can hear every noise from all the rooms around. 10pm, 3am, 5am there is always someone hitting doors, crying using a bathroom or etc. We could literally hear what action happens in the toilet, it’s disgusting.

La estructura de los baños, estaban antiguos con muy poca reforma en la parte de las ventanas (eran de madera) y hacia mucho frio en el baño (cabe decir que fui en enero ósea invierno).

Disponibilità di un frigo bar e macchina per caffe e per il té. All'ingresso disponibilità di una macchina per caffè Nespresso per i clienti e zona relax per consumarlo, gratuitamente. Although we had reserved a non-smoking room, there was a cigarette burn hole on the furniture, which is disgusting. Something else, you could clearly see inside the pillows, which were so yellowish and dirty. The daily cleaning was only to make the beds. They didn't even provide extra toilet paper. It is no way worth this price!!!

Stanza abbastanza spaziosa Stanza da ristrutturare, con diverse cose da sistemare (dalle maniglie agli accessori del bagno). Abbiamo chiesto dei cuscini di taglia “normale” in quanto in stanza ci sono stati forniti dei cuscini stretti e lunghi ma non adatti a dormire e ci è stato detto che non erano disponibili, abbastanza assurdo per un hotel che si definisce 4S.
