- Gregorio (1/5): - Vergonzoso. No lo alquiles VERGONZOSO! Llegué con mi familia a las 23:05 y no funcionaba la calefacción. Dormimos a 15 grados. Fuera estaba bajo cero Las ropa de cama sucia La casa llena de telas de araña Vajilla sucia El alojamiento no esta en la ubicación que se publicita en booking. Tienen varios apartamentos desperdigados por todo Pas. No te dicen donde irás hasta que has contratado, y te llega un mensaje que seguramente no leas, porque pienses que esta todo claro al haber pagado Al día siguiente solo ofrecían ir a arreglar y limpiar. Ninguna compensacion. Al final, después de mucho desgaste, ofrecieron cambiar de apartamento (otra mudanza de de maletas) y lo que decían que era una mejora, era un apartamento mas incómodo Espero que no vuelvan a timar a nadie que tenga en cuenta este mensaje

- Elena (2/5): - La ubicación La calefacción estaba apagada cuando llegamos a -22º,los radiadores del salón y la habitación de los niños no funcionaban. En la habitación principal no había luz, no teníamos suficientes toallas para todos y el baño estaba sucio y la ducha no tragaba.
- Iain (9/5): Altissim Pas de la Casa. - Clean tidy apartment near the ski slopes. Good facilities in the kitchen and hot water all the time. Great place. I haven't had my deposit back yet despite returning on 7 March. I left the apartment in the same clean state that it was in when I arrived and even took some photos to show the staff that I had cleaned it prior to my departure. I would like to have this deposit back please!

- Charlotte (5/5): Did the job - Proximity to slopes Bedding and towels were in very poor condition, we weren’t provided with a bath mat, which meant the floor of the bathroom was constantly wet (walk in shower), and no basic amenities such as soap in the bathroom and a dishcloth/tea towel in the kitchen.

- carlos (9/5): - La casa en general estaba muy bien equipada y tenía de todo. La situación estaba bien, ya que podías salir esquiando directamente a las pistas o llegar de vuelta. En general la estancia fue muy agradable. Tanto por el sitio como el trato recibido. La calefacción estaba muy alta incluso por la noche y la verdad que hacía calor para dormir

- Carlota Gaivão (8/5): - Localização excelente Receção 5* Apartamento super central, mas longe da agência principal onde recolhemos e entregamos as chaves. Apartamento super quentinho O único inconveniente foi termos de fazer as nossas próprias camas, e no final da estadia temos de desfazer as camas e entregar os lençóis na agência, que fica longe do apartamento. Para quem não vai de carro, não é muito confortável sair com malas e sacos cheios de lençóis e toalhas. Não nos foram dadas toalhas de mão nem tapete de banho, nem um pano de cozinha. Apenas um rolo de papel higiénico.

- Vitor (8/5): Good apartment for friends/family + watch out for the location not being exactly what is advertised - The apartment is really good, clean and well equipped and really suitable for a ski trip with friends and family. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and communication was really good all the time. - Location for the apartment was good, but not exactly the one advertised on booking, which led me to rent skis on a shop that was not the closest to me. - Apartment could offer a few basic amenities that are commonly offered on other apartments (salt + sugar + washing machine detergent for all days). - When checking out, they asked me to take all towels and sheets to their office (4 blocks away), but as I didn't have a car, it would be really hard to do so. After asking, they allowed us to not take those back there.

- Ana (8/5): Perfect for getting to or from the slopes, but not on foot. - The apartment was very spacious, beautiful, well decorated and clean. It has a spectacular view of the slopes and it was very convenient to get to and from the slopes, with just a few meters of distance. The wifi worked very well. The kitchen was practical and had everything you needed. The address mentioned is not the address of the apartment but rather the address where the keys will be collected. The apartment, on foot, is quite far from the center (about 20 minutes uphill). Skiing or snowboarding is very easy. On foot, not so much. You also need to buy everything: toilet paper, napkins, etc. It is also necessary to make the beds with washed sheets and bring sheets and towels.

Glasses with water from previous groups left in rooms. Pubic hairs found in towels and bed sheets. Yellow stains on pillows
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen and games for kids We were group of 6 with 4 adults. One room had double bed and second had 4 bunk beds. While fine for a family, not really suitable for a large group of friends.
- Richard (6/5): Cheap okay apartment - Great location, warm, excellent staff who really put themselves out when things went wrong. 5 minutes walk to ski lift. Bars and supermarkets on your doorstep. Plenty of cupboard space. Oven didn't work, but there is a microwave grill. Once when we had a lot of electrics on the whole apartment lost electricity which was a bit panicky but the staff were great on new years eve. Balcony had a load of broken furniture on it so was unusable. Heater in bathroom broken. Cupboard doors not closing properly, no lids for pots, but it was cheap so i guess that takes it into account. Pleasant enough, towels and sheets provided.

- Michael (5/5): If it weren't for the location I'd of checked out after first night - The access for ski lift was very close as well as restaurants and ski rental shops. Parking in the village is a total con and they will tow you within minutes. After a tough day on the slopes this apartment was terrible to chill and relax as the couch and beds were shockingly uncomfortable. Mould behind the bed on the wall just made it a horrible place to try to relax

- Melanie (4/5): Dirty & Unsafe - The location I was NOT going to write a poor review but we have received nothing from the owners!! a small discount would of been appreciated!! we paid £1700 to stay in a dirty apartment. We got there Christmas Eve and we had to spend 1/2 a day cleaning it. We were also accused of broken/missing things from the apartment (this is because the apartment was not checked before the last guests left) The plug sockets were unsafe with wires hanging out of the wall. No pillow cases or duvet covers, oven trays missing so we Couldnt use the oven. Hairs in the sink and mirrors were filthy, Floors were sticky and had not been cleaned. If you do stay in this apartment please take pictures and videos of everything in the apartment before your stay, they are super quick to accuse and take your deposit.
- Abe (3/5): Really not great. - The internet worked. The appliances worked. The heating (sorta) worked. The location is not as advertised on Booking.com. It is much further from the ski lift and is NOT ski in/ski out. And there is no parking or even loading zones anywhere close by, so you must drag your bags and gear many blocks and up/down flights of stairs to the unit. The lift was broken. There are no rags, brushes or dish towels for the kitchen, no bath mat for the shower, not even a shower curtain. No fitted sheets or duvet covers for the beds. So you’re sleeping on dirty blankets/mattresses. The dining table has only 3 chairs. Zero consumables: No soap, dish detergent, scrub brush, trash can liners, toilet paper, napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, and things like that. Zero. So you are on a camping trip and must bring EVERYTHING. Every window is filthy and gross to look outside. You are expected to clean dishes, floors, strip beds and transport dirty towels and linen across town. Yet the unit/dishes were not clean when we arrived. I was also charged for a broken item, even though I did not break it.

We were expected to pay for cleaning although that was not included in the description of our reservation. No duvet covers, only sheets. No facilities for storing skis and drying boots.

- Guy (1/5): Bad - Dear Ski friends, ***SCAM ALERT*** I recommend from my heart to skip this host apartment as they are rude people who tried to scam us. We traveled as 6 people on ski vacation as we arrived to check-in for an apartment, took keys and went to it , and found out that it's not what was in the pictures. Totally different with fewer rooms and beds! When we return to ask them if it's not what we ordered they say that it's the order and we don't have any bigger rooms than that. We showed them a screenshot of the Booking on the order that was made and they went silent and gave us another room as an “apology”. (so 3 people in each room). Not to mention that you get 1 towel and no replacements , Wifi is non-existing (speed) . Bed sheets were hidden away. You needed to find it . And the most greedy thing here is the host want to give us Fine of 50 euro for leaving apartment not clean while we cleaned everything with vacuum and throw away garbage Left the apartment close as we received it . Only pro about this apartment is the view from the window. So if you decide to stay there 1. Screenshot all the booking order you made online so you can provide evidence 2. Go to cleaning school and get a degree in house houlding cause the standards of the host are ridiculous. 3. Avoid this host.

- Sarah (9/5): Excellent value for money, exceeded our expectations - Amazing locations right in the middle of everything, bars, restaurants and most importantly literally across the road from ski lifts. Apartment was very clean and felt brand new on arrival (we stayed in deluxe appt for 6). Very spacious and enough cooking stuff etc for the week. Hosts were very accommodating and even printed our lift passes for us in their office to save us the following day. The noise is to be expected being so close to everything but it didn't affect us too much. Well worth it to be so central. Shame about cleaning fee on departure, would like to think this is included when booking.

The apartment was spacious for 5 people and very comfy. The staff at check in was also brilliant! Diego helped us figure out ski passes and ski equipment. Nothing.
- Ian (9/5): Nice apartment, decent location, I would stay here again. - Short walk to slopes. Decent beds and facilities. Clean. Agency helpful. Only one set of keys. Had to take laundry to agency whilst carrying all luggage, skis and boards, but it wasn't the end of the world tbh.

Large comfortable beds and living area, ideal for a group. we booked for a group of 9 split across two apartments. when we checked in we were informed that our apartments were in two separate buildings in the town. they were relatively close but it was disappointing that we were not based in the same building and that this was not made clear from the beginning.
- Matt (7/5): The only disappointing part of our stay was the low standard of Customer care. - location, compact, practical, clean Having to make up beds on Arrival ( 12 midnight) and stripping beds ( 3 am ) and having to drag bags of laundry to office at 3 am. This is NOT a customer oriented service. considering price of accommodation I feel this is a very mean service and very disappointing.
