Marta Pia (2/5): PESSIMO SERVIZIO! - Purtroppo non posso lasciare giudizi in merito alla struttura, non avendo avuto la possibilità di soggiornarci. La mia opinione molto negativa è, tuttavia, data dalla totale mancanza di assistenza: ho più volte provato a contattare l’hotel sia attraverso “Hotels” che tramite il numero fornito al momento della prenotazione per la risoluzione di alcuni problemi. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Il giorno prima di quello che sarebbe dovuto essere il soggiorno, mi hanno contattato su whatsapp attraverso un numero privato, con foto e nome del tutto estranei all’hotel e, quindi ledendo la mia riservatezza. Rispondo a quel punto, tramite il suddetto canale per finalmente cercare di esporre i problemi che non avevo avuto possibilità di riferire e anche in questo caso vengo ignorata per ben due volte. Ho altre volte provato a chiamare, anche in seguito a quella che sarebbe dovuta essere la data del soggiorno, ma niente. Pertanto non mi resta che sottolineare la totale disorganizzazione e l’assente professionalità, che dovrebbero essere alla base di un servizio.
