The staff was very courteous and helpful. The roof top bar was great (as were the bartenders there) and the view from up there was beautiful elevator was small and slow but didn't create any real problems for us

Pierre (10/5): Convience, clean, spacious and peace of mind. - Great location very short walking distance to 2 main subway - metro hubs. Bus to Mont Juic passes in front of hotel entrance, so very convenient. 2-3 blocks to great restuarants and the Rambla (north side). Since we are close to the University district, there was a great selection of affordable fast food outlets also. Farmàcia at the corner of street. Surprised, being so close to all the action, we heard very little noise at night. Beds were so comfy and rooms must have been renovated recently, because they were very clean. Spacious bathroom and shower. Alot of choice of channles on TV in multiple languages. USB outlets on each side of bed, so two less AC voltage adapters to bring (I'm from a 110v country). Nice to have 2 free bottles of water ever morning. The most impressive, was the quality and choice of food at the two breakfast tables. What a nice way to start the day. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Most spoke a good English. Roof top bar was a fun cozy place for a drink. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Will be back, even though a little pricey. More than worth the it, for the service, location, special small touches and convenience.
Lacey (8/5): Nice day in a convenient location - Excellent location. Excellent staff. I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I didn’t realize how busy the street in front of the hotel was, so I would not purchase the balcony room next time. We were on the first floor, so it was way too crowded and noisy to utilize it.

KOSTAS (9/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή στο κέντρο της πόλης - Σε κεντρικό σημείο δίπλα με άμεση πρόσβαση σε όλα τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας. Πολύ καλά δωμάτια πλήρως εξοπλισμένα, εξαιρετικό πρωινό, πολύ καλό roof garden και άψογο προσωπικό Η τιμή την περίοδο που έμεινα ήταν ιδιαίτερα υψηλή.

marcoso615 (10/5): A fantastic hotel with great staff! - This hotel's location is perfect, the room was stunning and the breakfast service amazing. I can't recommend this hotel enough. What made our stay unforgettable is how professional the staff was. We had an issue with our room and it got sorted very quickly. The people at reception listened to us and treated us with the utmost respect. This was a very special trip for me and this stay took it to the next level. Thank you!

Personally, I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. - 1.The hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the city, 2 the staff demonstrates a high level of professionalism 3.cleanliness deserves special praise. 1. The rooms are very small, despite the fact my was “Classic” 21 square meters. The actual living space is tiny, while the rest is taken up by a strangely configured toilet and bathroom. 2. Soundproofing is terrible — a person snoring in the next room sounds as if they are sleeping in your room. 3. Breakfast is very poor, with no variety over the several days we stayed there.

Maxime (8/5): Correct mais chambre médiocre. - L’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la plaça Catalunya. Le petit déjeuné était très copieux et très bon! La chambre est très petite, la qualité du matelas était médiocre. Le lit se trouve juste à côté de la porte d’entrée de la chambre, ce qui implique que la moindre personne qui marche dans le couloir nous réveille. Aucun rideau dans la chambre, uniquement des stores qui laissent passer la lumière du jour très tôt.

Roam45437247967 (10/5): Wonderful Experience - What a wonderful hotel! We stayed there prior to leaving on a cruise. The staff was great before and during our stay. The bed was by far one of the best we ever had in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the location, but it's easy to walk to Las Rambles and other attractions. We wholeheartily recommend it, and will book it instantly when we come back to Barcelona.

ErinLPC (10/5): Wonderful stay - H10 Universitat was just perfect for out stay to see our son who was traveling abroad for school. The rooms are modern, clean. Though small, they have everything you need. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast included something for everyone and was a delicious way to start the day. There is no pool but pool access is available if you desire. We were not planning a resort style stay so it worked just fine. The location is walkable to most everything. We noticed similar hotels nearby that were hindered by heavy and loud road construction. We we⁸re happy to not be affected. Traffic noise is notable, yet expected. Ear plugs do the trick. We would certainly stay here again.

602nathalyg (10/5): Perfect experience! - The hotel is just perfect. Its clean, the rooms and beds are very comfortable! The room has more than enough space, same as the bathroom, everything works as expected! Even the sound proof! If you are staying in a double deluxe next to the street, you will have the best views and the room will be silence as soon as you close the windows. The rooftop its amazing and enables a nice moment to have some rest. We are vegans and they were very careful to always have options for us, and not just fruit but tofu, jam, Frankfurt hot dog, cheese, bread, cookies, chocolate. Definitavely, the best experience we ever had. Everybody provided an amazing service, especially Juliana during breakfast.
