Y nos cambiaron la habitación porq supuestamente era mejor y se encontraba en planta baja ósea teníamos cero privacidad .

Agustin (9/5): - Desayuno y comidas del hotel eran excelentes. Las vistas y el entorno hermoso. Muchos arboles dentro del predio que generaban un ambiente espectacular. El lugar era muy limpio y todo el personal era servicial y atento. No recomendaria el hotel en pleno invierno por tener traslados internos para ir al desayunador (algunos muy largos). Tambien las pendientes son complicadas en el caso de haber nieve o hielo. Tambien podrian le falta mantenimiento a algunas instalaciones.

Sarah (8/5): Hotel bonito e confortável - A vista do quarto com ofurô, o aquecimento do banheiro, a variedade de frutas no café da manhã e a gentileza da equipe. Nosso quarto estava bastante frio na primeira noite, o calefator parecia antigo e não dava conta do tamanho do quarto. Tivemos que pedir cobertas extras para dormir. Senti falta de mais opções de fibras, como semestes e granolas no café da manhã. A piscina externa precisa de mais aquecimento para que possa ser frequentada no inverno.

Marcelo (7/5): Bom, porém acho que tem melhores custo benefício - Quartos grandes, boa hidromassagem, bastante água nos chuveiros, piscina que te boa e bonita. Os quartos ficam longe do café e da piscina. São apartamentos em prédios destacados da recepção, fazendo que o deslocamento seja cansativo. Tinha que subir e descer de carro para ir na piscina. Quanto a hospitalidade: Não consigo entender um hotel desse nível, não disponibilizar uma taça de vinho. Entendo que tem um restaurante no hotel, porém só queria acabar de consumir uma taça do meu jantar… o objetivo claro é o consumo de um vinho do hotel. Muita mesquinharia.

CARLOS (8/5): - Desayuno muy completo, correcto, el Restaurante es bueno en precios, atencion y calidad de comida. La habitación, estudio, es grande, confortable..... artefactos de calidad. La piscina suma mucho en la estadía por su vista al lago y su tranquilidad. El tema de los módulos que tiene el hotel es complicado para gente mayor o con dificultad de movimientos, porque están ubicados en terrenos ganados a una montaña y por lo tanto hay que subir cuestas y algunas escaleras pero hay muy buena voluntad para disimular esos inconvenientes. Si el tiempo es bueno, la estadía es mucho mas agradable.

The rooms had no air conditioning, which we had in every other hotel in Argentina. The room was just too hot and we couldn't sleep well. A area comum muito bonita, em meio à natureza. Fica um pouco longe do centro, mas foi escolha nossa. Estávamos de carro mas por conta do feriado tinha muito transito e foi impossivel estacionar. Nao é um problema do hotel, mas vale a pena destacar.

Inês (8/5): - El hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones y tiene un hall y restaurante muy acogedores y elegantes. La habitación es muy espaciosa y muy cómoda. La piscina es interior y exterior y conserva una temperatura muy agradable. La ubicación es buena. Tiene unas vistas óptimas al lago Nahuel Guapi. El baño de la habitación precisa de una cierta mejora y de una limpieza mejor. La temperatura de la habitación necesita regularse mejor. La habitación que nos tocó quedaba alejada del hall del hotel y teníamos que recorrer cierta distancia al aire libre para llegar a ella.

Personnel très serviable, le spa est ouvert jusque tard ce qui nous a permis d'en profiter après notre balade et la nourriture au restaurant était très bonne. Très bon petit dejeuner également ! Nous avons tout aimé !

Costantini (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno con vista sul lago di bariloche - La struttura è nuova, la piscina è proprio come nelle foto e la nostra stanza era molto bella e spaziosa (con jacuzzi inclusa) e ha un’ottima vista sul lago di bariloche. Siam stati molto contenti anche della gentilezza dello staff.

Thirza (7/5): Comfortabel hotel! - Mooie schone kamers! Lekker ruim en comfortabel bed! Heerlijke kamer in een groene omgeving Let op; het is 30 minuten lopen naar het stadje. Het zwembad is aan vervanging toe en helaas is er geen groot terras aan de home base vast waar je van de zon kan genieten… De kamers zijn iets gedateerd

Rébecca (10/5): - Incroyable !!!! La vue, l'emplacement, le personnel. J'ai eu la chance d'être upgradée ( mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi avec la vue ). Très bon séjour!! Je recommande fortement. Bariloche est un vrai coup de cœur avec la région des 7 lacs.
Simon (8/5): Great little chill out place on the fringe of Bariloche - Good size room and a view of the lake. Breakfast was okay and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not use the fitness center or the pool areas. The rooms above us were quite noisy rather late at night - speaking and foot/floor noise.

CHRISTELLE (9/5): On a adoré. - Le studio était super et spacieux. Lits très confortables. Piscine chauffée et superbe. A débordement a l'extérieur avec vue sur le lac. Restaurant et petit-déjeuner supers. Petite vue sur le lac.

Patricia (6/5): Lo mínimo en relación al precio - La persona de arriba hacía mucho ruido ,el techo de material poco aislante y en la cocina en su momento no nos quisieron prestar un abridor de latas ( tuvimos casi que rogar ) para poder llevar a nuestro tour .

Juliana (9/5): Excelente localização e estadia super confortável. Indico! - Relativamente perto do centro, a vista do restaurante é maravilhosa, excelente acomodação, com quarto espaçoso. Funcionários atenciosos. Pelo padrão eu achei que o café da manhã poderia ter alguns itens melhores, como o pão e a máquina de café. Mas o restante foi bom.
