Dallas (8/5): - Location near beach, access to transit, and view of the sea. Pool deck was also easy to access. A frosted glass door separates bathroom from bedroom. It is not fully enclosed therefore you do not have full privacy.

Maria Gabriela (7/5): - It is close to the city, there is a bar and a pool with a nice view. The best view was from our room: the sea. It was our birthday and I asked them if they could organize a small cake and some decorations in our room for our arrival. Special thanks to Vicente López for organizing it and leaving a sweet message for us. Some of the receptionist where cold and not very welcoming. There was not much explanation about the hotel facilities.

Martinez (8/5): Great - Staff, overall location to beach and stations and food. Lots of food around Some nearby guests were very loud, and slamming doors. Also, the fancy restaurant, to get to the pool, makes the pool, extremely uninviting. Didn't want to go to the pool at ALL.

Sire (3/5): Overall it wasn’t bad. - Very convenient, but they need to work on their staffs. Also they didn’t have soap in the bathroom and I called they never came with the soap. They need to have more variety with their breakfast. I honestly didn’t like the breakfast.

The door separating the tube as well… it wets the whole flooor. But nothing not fixable. And Id just love if they had a heater system in the pool. I love to swim, but it was insanely cold.

Tomasz (6/5): Kiepski - Blisko do plaży. Zamówiliśmy 3 pokoje w tym jeden premium (większy z dodatkowym pomieszczeniem) i widokiem na morze. Dostaliśmy trzy pokoje zwykle z widokiem na centrum handlowe.Pani w recepcji próbowała zbagatelizować sprawę mówiąc że nasz pokój jest pokojem premium.Gdy poprosiłem żeby poszła że mną do pokoju i pokazała mi widok na morze z naszego okna, pokoj został zmieniony na inny.Ten nowy miał już widok na morze ale niczym nie różnił się od pozostałych dwóch pokoji comfort.Na 12 piętrze okna były nieszczelne, dmuchał przez nie wiatr.Nie reklamowaliśmy tego ale Pan z Polski obok nas już tak (dostał inny pokój) W Hotelu był prowadzony remont i od wczesnych godzin rannych chodziły wiertarki.Bardzo wąski wjazd na parking podziemny.Po obdartych murach widać że często dochodzi do kontaktu zderzaków aut z betonem.

Samy (1/5): Katastrophal - Bitte helfen sie uns Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about our stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was not available, despite having a confirmed booking. Instead of offering an appropriate solution, we were required to book and pay for an additional room. We were told that the room had been upgraded to a Junior Suite, which also involved additional charges. However, despite these extra costs, no additional bed was provided. Furthermore, the room was in a completely unacceptable condition. The bathroom showed visible rust, there was mold on the walls, and the overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. The smell and air quality in the room were unbearable. The situation became so serious that my colleague became physically ill and vomited. We were unable to sleep throughout the night because of these conditions. We will seek medical examination and treatment once we return to Germany, and we reserve the right to forward all related medical expenses to your hotel. Even more concerning was the behavior of one of your reception staff members, who mocked and discriminated against me because of my sexuality. Such conduct is absolutely unacceptable and should never happen in an international hotel environment. I travel internationally on a regular basis and stay in premium hotels around the world, including Dubai, Oman, and Miami. As an American Express Platinum customer, I have never experienced treatment or service at such a low standard. We therefore demand an immediate full refund of all amounts paid. If we do not receive a serious response within 24 hours, we will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action through our lawyers in Frankfurt and Cologne. We will also provide additional photographic evidence documenting the condition of the hotel room.

Rilind (6/5): Easy Hotel für Kurztripp - Das Personal und die Rooftopbar waren super. Die Lage nähe Strand auch. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, wenn sich nebenan jemand ins Bett liegt, kannst du es hören. Ich hatte 3 Tage kein wirklich warmes Duschwasser.

We came for 4 nights, then we check out after second night, so they still took from our deposit 10 eu, for 2 towels and 2 tiny waters. Imo that wasnt nessessary. Normally, that kind of thinks should be includdet. Otherwise was ok.

Iryna (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. - Location is great, close to the metro and the beach. Very helpful staff. No tea spoons. No manual on how to use the coffee machine. No locks on the door to the bathroom. Large holes between the bathroom door and the walls.

Tetiana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed everything about it. We stayed for 5 days, and every day our room was cleaned, the towels were changed, and the bed was made. Everything was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay really pleasant. The location is also amazing. The hotel is very close to two metro stations, so getting to the center of Barcelona was super easy and convenient and took it around 25 min. We personally don’t like staying in the busy city center because it’s too loud, so this quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. There are also many great bakeries, shops, and cafés nearby, which made the area even more enjoyable. The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, everything was excellent, and we will definitely come back to this hotel and this neighborhood next time we visit Barcelona!

Also quite expensive for what it offers - It’s location, despite it is 30 minutes drive to city centre ( by public transport) There is I big shopping centre access the road with loads of shops and spots to eat in The room needs a refurbishment, the windows insulation in poor and even with windows closed you can hear the noice from the road. There is no insulation from the door at all, if anyone from other rooms slams the door you can hear it. The cleaning team did amazing job band alsways left us 2 bottles of water Toilet room was nice and spacious From the window we could see Sagrada Família which was lovely The air ventilation/conditioning is not possible to adjust the temperature it was too cold so we had to switch it off. The TV has only Spanish and French channels, not possible to connect to YouTube or Netflix, only the channels. The bed was not comfortable with pillows needing a changeover The wardrobe is old as well with some drawers not closing
