The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They gave excellent recommendations and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. I would especially like to recognize Sebahat and Berta-Sevde for their outstanding service. The location is extremely convenient—many of Istanbul’s major attractions are within about a 10-minute walk, yet the hotel is nicely tucked away from the noisy streets, which made it very comfortable and restful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options each morning. I also appreciated the thoughtful gestures, including the daily freshly baked cookies and the welcome fruit platter. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom did not seem to have ventilation.

They greeted us with the warmest Hilton cookie welcome, kindly let us check in early to ease our frustration, and went above and beyond. • Abdul (10/5): Genuine warmth and great location - What a difference a smile makes. We were weary travellers greeted with such genuine warmth from Ugur on night reception that our fatiguing journey faded away. Ugur was efficient and professional and showed exceptional kindness. The room was very generous and the bathroom exceptionally so too. The amount of lighting options was a treat. We hadn’t stayed in Sikerci before and found it to be the best location in Sultan Ahmet being close to the all the landmarks as well as beautiful gardens and the bridge. Artisanal shops abound. We didn’t like that we didn’t stay long enough to check out the gym, pool or spa :(
• Saliha (9/5): Tolles Hotel, super Lage, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Mitarbeitende. - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Es wurde während unserem Aufenthalt an einem Abend ein Evakuierungsalarm ausgelöst der uns aufforderte, das Hotel sofort zu verlassen. Draussen teilte uns eine Mitarbeiterin mit, dass es ein Fehlalarm war. Zurück im Zimmer ging der Alarm wieder los. Ich finde es problematisch, wenn nach einem Fehlalarm keine offizielle Durchsage kommt, damit man sich keine Sorgen machen muss.

• 304alani (10/5): Enjoyable, comfortable and productive - Enjoyable stay with my family. Very polite staff across the hotel, breakfast healthy and various. The reception really helpful end to end support, Rabia Sebahat supported us also via Whatsapp from the first moment and was really prompt, trustworthy as well. The location is just perfect, we made all the sites in the old town by foot, with 8 year old boy; approximately 10,000 productive steps daily, you are in it here. A friendly recommendation to the management is to invest in better couches in the room, it's not comfortable for sleep at all, and not stable much.

Удобные подушки для сна. Внимательный персонал на ресепшен. Сам номер уставший, отсутствовали халаты. Ужасная слышимость соседей за стеной, пожалуй, самый главный минус.

• KHALID (10/5): مكان مميز من حيث الموقع وتعامل الموظفين والهدوء والإفطار امل من شركة هيلتون تجديد الفندق وعدم إهماله - موقع الفندق وتعامل الموظفين متميز جدا يحتاج الفرش إلى تجديد لان اول إقامة لي كانت فيه منذ 2018 وآخر إقامة كانت 2026 وما زال نفس الفرش دون اي تغيير كما اعتقد انه يحتاج إلى رش مبيدات حشرية لانه ولثاني مره اصاب بحساسية في الجلد منذ نزولي فيه المرتين الأخيرة من نفس السنة بفتره فارقة ثلاثة اشهر يحتاج فريق خدمة الغرف إلى متابعة من قبل الإدارة لعدم تغييرهم أدوات دورات المياه علما باني أبلغتهم بتغييرها

• Zulaikha (10/5): - I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping service was excellent and very attentive to detail. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant and common areas. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to major attractions. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a relaxing experience.

Lokalizacja, śniadanie, pokoje. Słabe widoki z okna … ale nie po to człowiek jedzie do Stambułu. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

The hotel was new or recently renovated and clean. The staff at the reception were very polite, especially Berat-ersin Although our reservation was without breakfast, he made it include breakfast for free. • Yasemin (10/5): Top Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen - Ich war zum 1. Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war top zentral, das Personal war sehr freundlich, vorallem Herr Ugur war immer nett und hilfsbereit :)! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles in einem wirklich empfehlenswert.

• KARIM (10/5): Magnifique séjour, le confort, la propreté et l’emplacement idéal !! - Je n’ai pas pu avoir 2 chambres connectées ou même côte à côte, ce serait le seul bémol que je pourrai mettre, sinon le personnel a pris la peine de me demander avant même mon arrivée, et ils ont au moins fait l’effort de nous laisser 2 chambres au même étage. Peut-être justement avoir des chambres connectées pour des séjours en famille avec des enfants de bas âge.

• Raeesah (9/5): Confidence in the Hilton group restored - The hotel offers good value for money. Its location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distance from key tourist attractions in and around Sultanahmet. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. There’s an excellent restaurant - Turgut Gulhane - a few meters away from the hotel, which was an added bonus. Rabia, who facilitated our check in, was polite and professional, as was Ziker who was kind enough to advise whenever we had any questions on the area we were staying in. We had been traveling for close to 24hrs when we arrived at the hotel and were relieved when Rabia assisted us with an early check in. We were grateful for the room upgrade as well. We recently had a poor experience at another Hilton hotel in a different country and were a bit hesitant to book with the Hilton again. Thankfully, we had a lovely stay and our confidence in the Hilton was restored.

По прибытии на ресепшене нас ждал приятный сюрприз, это вкусная печенька, комплимент отеля, но на этом комплимент еще не закончился. В номере нас ждала фруктовая тарелка и маленький подарок от отеля. Нам было очень приятно. Комната была чистая, хорошо оформлена, кондиционер, удобная кровать, туалетные принадлежности. Убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтрак обильный, несколько видов горячего завтрака, круасаны, разные хлеба, сыры, намазки, мед в сотах (обожаю), фрукты и многое другое. Персонал очень приятный, всегда готов помочь. На завтраке девушка, персонал, поинтересовалась довольны ли мы и есть ли какие-нибудь недостатки, неудобств. Это тоже было приятно. Видно что отель заинтересован в удобстве клиентов. Что касается местоположения, то все достопримечательности были супер близко, в пешей доступности. Отель был на тихой улице, вокруг очень оживленно, много ресторанов, кафе, магазинов на любой вкус.
