Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που διευκολύνει ιδιαίτερα, πιστολάκι - Η τοποθεσία, η προσβασιμότητα, εύκολες ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για τσεκ ιν, εξυπηρετικότητα στις έξτρα παροχές. Μιας και το μέγεθος του διαμερίσματος είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες και η Βιέννη σαν πόλη φιλική σε οικογένειες, θα ήθελα οι πρίζες να έχουν κάλυμμα για την προστασία των παιδιών.

Der Ausblick von den 3 Dachterrassen war überwältigend. Die Betten waren etwas unbequem und die Ausstattung ist etwas spartanisch - reicht aber vollkommen für einen kurzen Städtetrip.

• Sunil (10/5): - Its an amazing location , right in front of palace. You can see the palace, town hall, Mozart statues from window itself. Two huge bedrooms and big living area and nice kitchen. Every thing was very clean. tram stop is just 2 mins walk. Metro station is around 10 min walk. We just walked to all major attractions from the apartment. I booked it at last moment and it exceeded my expectations. Travelled with two kids.

• Ira (9/5): - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Wir waren zu viert hier und sind wegen der Oper angereist, daher haben wir nicht viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht, aber jedes Mal sind wir gerne zurückgekehrt. Es ist bereits unser wiederholter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, und wie immer war alles auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders schätzen wir die zentrale Lage, durch die man den Aufenthalt ohne Stress voll genießen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

If this is the case, you should inform them in advance or not book the flat. I explained that this would cause discomfort for me and my family. After a long discussion, they said they were canceling the plan. The next day, at 8 am, the doorbell rang, and a stranger entered the house while we were inside. This was quite disturbing, and host was not honest. ---- Burada konaklamamın ikinci gününde ev sahibi sabah 7-11 arası teknisyenlerin geleceğini ve bazı kontroller yapacağını söyledi. Daha önceden haber verilmemişti. Eğer böyle bir durum varsa önceden bilgi vermelisiniz yada kiralama yapmamalısınız. Bu durumun bende ve ailemde rahatsızlık yaratacağını ilettim. Daha sonra uzun konuşmalar sonucunda planlamayı iptal ettiklerini söylediler. Ertesi gün sabah 8 de Kapı çaldı ve tanımadığım biri biz içerideyken eve girdi. Bu oldukça rahatsız ediciydi ve ev sahibi dürüst davranmadı.

Aber es ist ergerlich wenn man ankommt Nachichten sehen möchte ....und Italiänisch empfangen wird. Es ist leider bei 90% der Hotelzimmer in Wien so....

• Martina (10/5): Grande e Luminoso - Appartamento grande, pulito e molto luminoso. Materassi davvero comodi. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro: siamo riusciti a visitare quasi tutte le principali attrazioni comodamente a piedi. Nelle stanze mancavano le tende oscuranti, quindi al mattino entrava molta luce e risultava un po’ difficile dormire più a lungo.

Com relação ao apartamento 22, na cobertura, se a porta fixa de vidro da cozinha ficasse do lado direito de quem vai entrar, seria melhor. Do lado que ela está (lado esquerdo), corre o risco das pessoas baterem, pois ficam a pia, geladeira e fogão, portanto, o trânsito é maior.

Chegamos mais cedo e não conseguimos entrar de imediato - o que foi um certo incoveniente por conta das malas-, mas assim que informarmos aos anfitriões, estes logo nos responderam e permitiram nossa entrada, solicitando à pessoa que estava organizando o quarto. Apartamento muito limpo e roupa de cama cheirosa. Recomendo muito! Nada a reclamar.

• Vittorio (7/5): Qualità-prezzo buona, ma si può fare di meglio. - Un bel weekend nella bella città di Vienna abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento centralissimo ben fornito di tutti i comfort molto caldo e silenzioso . L’aspetto negativo di questo appartamento è stato il letto estremamente scomodo. Inoltre, ho riscontrato alcune problematiche. In primo luogo, al nostro arrivo a Vienna alle ore 13:00, io, mia moglie e il nostro bambino piccolo siamo stati costretti ad attendere all’esterno al freddo, nonostante avessimo contattato l’host per richiedere l’accesso anticipato rispetto all’orario previsto delle 15:00, rifiutato da quest’ultimo. In secondo luogo, all’interno dell’appartamento non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, nemmeno una di piccole dimensioni, per il nostro arrivo.

Não consegui acessar o wi fi e por falta de costume tive dificuldades na entrada para localizar o código . • Gabriele (8/5): Prima fila - Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich erstklassig direkt an der Hofburg , Museumsviertel, Kärntnergasse, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau mit 4 m hohen Decken, schon beim Betreten des Hauses riecht es angenehm, genau wie in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber, auch die Schubladen und das Backrohr. Wir haben das Bett und auch das Schlafsofa genutzt und auf beiden war der Komfort wirklich gut. Grundsätzlich war alles in bester Ordnung. Lediglich nach den versprochenen Spülmaschinentabs haben wir lange gesucht, bis wir dann doch eines auf dem Boden innen in der Spülmaschine entdeckt haben. Die könnte man etwas prominenter bereit legen.

• Birgit (10/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft im Herzen von Wien - Das Apartment liegt in einer Top Lage am Opernring mit Blick auf die Hofburg und das Rathaus. Es liegt im 3. Stock und kann glücklicherweise mit einem Aufzug erreicht werden. Die Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und bestens organisiert. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Beiden Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem , aber auch das ausziehbare Sofa bietet guten Schlafkomfort.Das Apartment wirkt insgesamt recht neu und nicht abgewohnt. Wir haben es bedauert, nur 1 Nacht dort verbracht zu haben. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
• barbara (8/5): Wiener Ringstrassenpalais-Apartement in bester Wiener Innenstadtlage - Die Lage war sensationell - zentral und ruhig zugleich in einem Wiener Ringsstrassen-Palais gelegen mit wunderschönen hohen Räumen und großen Türen und Fenster. Es war alles sehr sauber. sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Gut ausgestattete und saubere Küche. Das Apartement war sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung (Teppich, Möbel, Kästen, Bett, etc.) sind schon etwas abgewohnt. Eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen.

• Thomas (8/5): Appartment für 3 in toller Lage mit guten Betten - Super Lage, geräumig, gute Matratzen, praktische Aufteilung, fairer Preis, super organisiert. Badewanne mit Duschwand statt Dusche, WC und Dusche in einem Raum, keine Aussicht.

• fabian (9/5): Muy lindo departamento y ubicación privilegiada - Muy lindo departamento y ubicación privilegiada Hubo deficiencias con el WiFi y con algunos elementos del servicio que faltaban al llegar, pero Martin se encargó de solucionarlo. La señal de la televisión dejó de funcionar al 2do día, pero para nosotros no fue un problema pues no era una prioridad.
• Rachel (10/5): - LOCATION. Perfectly located near Museum Quarter, opposite landmarks with amazing views. Apartment was massive, clean and perfectly stocked with everything we need. Full kitchen, super spacious. Never felt more comfortable in an accomodation before.
• DimiKal (7/5): - Spacious and great location. The host attended promptly and helpfully to our issues. Some things didn't work properly in the apartment. For example half the lights in the living area wouldn't turn on, the light in the master bedroom also didn't work although they fixed it when we asked. We were also unable to open or close the skylight shutters. Finally the lift was painfully slow.

• Catherine (10/5): Un moment festif entre amis où tout a été facile grâce à ce logement - L'emplacement est idéal : les principaux lieux d'intérêt sont accessibles à pied. Métro et tram sont au pied de l'immeuble si besoin. La vue est panoramique. L'appartement est vaste et lumineux, haut de plafond. Deux fauteuils en plus pour un réel coin salon, qui donne encore plus envie de profiter de l'appartement.
