• Seokchan (10/5): - 자동차로 여행하고 있어서, 호텔 주차장이 추가 요금 없이 주차할 수 있고 안전하게 차량을 보관할 수 있어 좋았어요. 그리고 호텔에서 조금만 걸어가면 필레 관문까지 버스 4번, 5번, 6번이 가는 것을 탈 수 있어요. 다만, Google Maps의 문제로 호텔에서 올드 타운까지 가는 대중 교통편이 직접 나오진 않지만 그것은 조금만 노력하면 쉽게 알 수 있어요. 아침 식사를 위한 식당도 좋은 음식이었고 만족스러웠어요

• Elke (9/5): Perfekt für ein längeres Wochenende in Dubrovnik und Umgebung - Lage ist super, TG etwas beengt, aber immerhin vorhanden. Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bar ist top! Betten sehr bequem. Handtücher flauschig und Duschgel ohne schädliche Inhaltsstoffe!! Jederzeit gerne wieder Frühstück bei früher Abreise: Auswahl sehr gut, Bix leider so instabil, dass sie nicht getragen werden kann. Nehmt dich bitte einfach eine stabile Papiertüte. Ameisen im Bett: Kann vorkommen, Hotel hat gleich reagiert.

• Simmo 19297 (10/5): Kompas Hotel Is Possibly The Best Hotel In Dubrovnik - Everything was superb from the friendly greeting at reception to the enormous room with the most comfortable bed and pillows I have overslept on. We had room 809 which had spectacular views over the bay and the most amazing sunsets. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. So much choice you will be totally spoilt and never want to leave. 5 star stay and will definitely return soon. Croatia is a beautiful country and it's people are super friendly. It is very clean and feels safe. The people are very proud of their country and heritage which was a delight to witness. Dubrovnik is by far the most stunning place we have ever been too. If you get a chance visit now and definitely stay at the Kompas Hotel in Lapad, just a 5 euro taxi ride from Dubrovnik Old Town Leaving and going home back to the UK

• Marino (10/5): - U pravilu nam se svidjelo sve od samog početka, osoblje na recepciji i cijeli proces check in, sama recepcija i cjelokupno hotel i njegova ponuda. Sve je bilo više nego super dok nismo došli na večeru i sutradan na doručak. Jako loše i neugodno osoblje u tom dijelu. Često idemo u predsezoni i posezoni u hotele u raznima gradovima i ovako nešto nismo doživili. Komentari i pogledi dobiveni od osoblja su bili katastrofa. Sami voditelj smjene da daje komentare o našoj djeci, jako loše i neočekivano u ovakvom tipu hotela. I također ogromne pohvale i čistaćicama, jako ljubazne i profesionalne. Izbjegavajte poziciju blizu šanka gdje možete čuti komentare neugodnog i neraspoloženog osoblja. Dajemo i dalje dobru ocjenu i ne želimo da se kvari zbog određenih pojedinaca.

• Shehryar (7/5): Beautiful view and location, Room and facilities good but could be better, food subpar. - Location is beautiful and easy to get a short taxi to Old town. Bar and lounge was very nice, great service and selection with a view. Hotel in general is very well looked after. Restaurant in the hotel is mediocre at best, prices are on the higher side and quality and options not so much. Beds were a little too stiff for my liking but that is personal preference. Air con is heating only in winter which was annoying, we prefer a cold room to sleep in as we get hot very easily so we kept the balcony door open all night for ventilation and temp control.

• Hasan (10/5): Amazing stay, I made another booking for next month an hour after I checked out. - Hotel is at amazing locatino with amazing view. Staff is welcoming, kind and professional starting from reception, than spa and resturant. It bit unusual to see people at reception not having a chair to sit on during work time when they do not have guests checking in or checking out. I strongly belive that the conditions for employes should be as good as for the guests.

• Susanna (9/5): Nice hotel in great location. - We had a great view from our room, which had a nice little balcony and lots of sunshine. The room was efficiently equipped and very clean. Breakfast included a buffet and a variety of items to order from the kitchen. Staff were very friendly. The location is close to a public beach and close to public transport, which is included in the "Dubrovnik Pass": one bus line stops in front of the house, 2 more a short walk away. The room was nice but pretty tight.

Отмечу очень комфортную посадку на унитазе, никогда не оценивал это место в отелях, вы уж простите, но это факт, захотелось найти такой же себе домой )) Нам выделили дополнительную кровать для ребенка, что было очень кстати. Прекрасный завтрак, хоть был и не шведский стол из-за небольшого количества гостей, все приготовили очень быстро и вкусно. В спа мы были одни из гостей, но все работало, кроме музыки, она бы не помешала, так как, бассейн издает не совсем расслабляющие звуки ) Температура воды в бассейне была 28 градусов, а воздуха 31, в целом хорошая температура, но не совсем комфортная. Но, опять таки, мы одни там были, спасибо и за это, и за работающую сауну.

• Victoria (9/5): A very cosy hotel with great attention to detail - There are so many things that I liked about the hotel, starting from the perfume in the lobby and finishing with complementary Bajadera chocolate (my favorite!). I really appreciated a bath tub in the room, as well as floor heating, and the kettle with the selection of tea and coffee. The breakfast was very nice, they had all the things I love - bacon, hash browns, croissants and even chia pudding. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that could be better was coffee at the breakfast - it tasted like if it was instant 🤷‍♀️ other than that, everything was just perfect. I really enjoyed my stay

Usluga je na najvišoj razini — svaki zaposlenik kojeg smo susreli bio je iznimno ljubazan, profesionalan i spreman pomoći s osmijehom. Recepcija je uvijek bila spremna odgovoriti na sva pitanja i dati korisne savjete, a poseban pozdrav ide konobarima, portirima i spremačicama, koji su svoj posao obavljali s iznimnom brigom i pažnjom. Hotel je besprijekorno čist sobe su uredne, svježe i vrlo ugodne, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Posebno smo oduševljeni hranom svaki obrok je bio ukusan i raznolik. Doručak je poseban doživljaj sa velikim izborom svježih i kvalitetnih namirnica, što je savršen početak dana. Lokacija hotela je predivna, smješten uz more s čarobnim pogledom koji ostavlja bez daha. Uživali smo u svakom jutru uz taj pogled i zvuk valova. Hvala cijelom timu hotela na izvanrednoj brizi i toploj dobrodošlici. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj hotel svima koji žele odmor ispunjen udobnošću, kvalitetom i prekrasnim iskustvima!

Preporuka i za izvrstan dorucak Iako se novogodisnja vecera najavljivala kao svecana i po specijalitetima šefa bila je to jedna prosjecna hotelska vecera. Osoblje na veceri je bilo nervozno i osjecali smo se kao da jedva cekaju da zavrsimo i odemo. Razumijem da je novogodisnja vecer svima ali nije bilo primjereno.
