- Soso (3/5): Passez votre chemin, il y a beaucoup d'autres hôtels dans le quartier qui considèrent leurs clients! - Rien. Il y a assez d'hôtel à Paris pour éviter cette arnaque. Les chambres n'ont pas grand chose à voir avec les photos. L’étroitesse de la chambre, rangements minimes pour 2, l’agencement de la salle de bain, l’éclairage, le manque d’un miroir grossissant, le bruit de la rue. Le petit déjeuner. Ayant un régime particulier ai demandé préalablement si ils avaient aussi des aliments me correspondant, on m’a répondu oui mais finalement n’ai eu que des petits pains pas très bons, me suis rabattue sur les fruits et un oeuf dur. Oui, il n'était pas possible de me faire une omelette ou autre en extra. Çà fait cher le petit déjeuner! Si j’avais su, je serais venu avec mes céréales ou yaourt afin d’avoir un petit déjeuner convenable. Étonnée que cet hôtel soit référencé comme un 4 étoiles. D'autre part il faut faire TRES ATTENTION car cet hôtel ne semble prendre aucune considération au sujet de cybersécurité au sérieux et a manifestement des failles importantes avec son PROPRE système de réservation, ainsi afin d'éviter de recevoir des messages frauduleux et vos informations confidentielles divulguées à des logiciels malveillants, exigez que vos droits soient respectés. A noter la mauvaise foi peut être ressentie.

Walking distance to Louvre, Seine, Place de la Concorde, etc if you are so inclined. Decent grocery store 3 blocks away. Park just around the corner if you crave some peaceful green space. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Special call out to Baptiste and Arielle. Free luggage storage when we arrived. Got our room ready early. Great advice for getting around. Made accommodations for me when I needed space for a late night Zoom meeting. Good buffet breakfast that will set you up for the day if you choose. Wish the rooms were a bit bigger, but that's the standard for Paris. Would not be suitable for a family with children.

- LoveTravel776924 (8/5): Pleasant hotel, but closed spa - We had quite a pleasant stay at Le Mathurin. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet plentiful with fresh juice and lots of options. Our room was clean and service showed up twice a day. The noise level was alright, you can’t expect peaceful tranquility in the middle of Paris. The biggest downside: the spa was closed due to renovation. That was disappointing as the spa was one of the main reasons for booking at Le Mathurin. Besides that: 4 stars.

Alles etwas alt und defekt (Wasser lief nicht ab im Waschbecken?. Frühstück gut, Frühstückspersonal total verwirrt und unaufmerkdam.

- Pierre (4/5): Première déception j'espère une amélioration à mon prochain passage. - La clim était réglé sur chauffage, il a fait très chaud la nuit. Les travaux avec la poussière de plâtre au niveau de l'accueil. Le pommeau de douche entartré qui fait jaillir de l'eau froide partout jusque sur la porte de sdb.

- Chung (6/5): Bon hôtel. - La partie commune est très jolie. L'accueil est smart. L'emplacement est très bon. La chambre n'est pas très accueillant avec une clim qui fonctionne mal avec du bruit et du vent fort. L'hôtel est en rénovation donc parfois il y a du bruit. Il y a aucune information sur le spa.
- Özle (4/5): Spa otel diye gidilen tadailatta olan bir otele denk gelmek!!! Hayal kırıklığı!!!! - Tadilatta olan ve her gün gürültüyle uyandığımız bu otelde beğenilecek tek birşey yoktu! Spa otel ve 4 yıldız diye seçtik tek yıldızı bile haketmiyor!!! Otelde uzun zamandır tadilat varmış ve biz bunu bilmeden rezervasyon yaptık. Spa bölümü kullanılmıyor çünkü spa bölümü tadilatta!!! her sabah tadilat sesleriyle uyandık!!! Beş gün konakladık çarşaflar asla değişmedi 4 yıldızı asla haketmeyen bir otel !!!!
- Marianne (10/5): - Het hotel ligt centraal in de stad. Er zijn diverse metrohaltes in de buurt, waardoor je je snel kunt verplaatsen naar diverse bestemmingen in de stad. Het ligt in een rustige straat, waardoor het redelijk stil is 's nachts. De kamers zijn compact, maar ruim genoeg. Ze zijn heel schoon. Ook het sanitair is heel schoon. Er was een fijne douche. Het bed is schoon en goed. Het is personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was klein, maar alsnog was er volop keus. En de kwaliteit van de producten was hoog. Neem vooral een stukje stokbood!

- Sandra (9/5): Top - Hôtel très bien!Lors de mon séjour ,mon câble de recharge de téléphone a été endommagé lors du nettoyage de ma chambre.Le personnel a été au top pour le remplacement de celui ci !merci!

Rooms tiny but as expected in Paris Hotel going under renovations and no spa or pool etc available. Nothing advised until you arrive and see for yourself construction works

- Louis (8/5): Zeer aangenaam hotel met een perfecte locatie. - De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ze hielpen ons zeer goed met verschillende dingen. Stelde zelf dingen voor als we iets vroegen etc. We voelden ons zeker thuis. We dachten dat we een beter zicht van het balkon gingen hebben. Jammer dat hier ook niets van stoelen op stonden.

- Tsveta (10/5): Great stay at the heart of Paris - I was travelling with my husband and baby. The room was big enough for Paris standards and we had enough place for our luggage and for the baby cot. Also, the bathroom was bigger than usual for Paris. The location of the hotel is great - close to Place Concorde, la Madeleine, the Opera, walking distance from all the main attractions in this part of the city. At the same time, the room was quiet and we were able to get good night sleep because the windows were looking towards the internal part of the hotel and not the main street. The downside is that there is no nice view but this is not such an issue because we were spending only the nights there. The breakfast was excellent - big choice, French cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables and great coffee. There are spa facilities but we haven't try them. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. I liked the fact that we were able to open the window and get some fresh air because in several hotels the windows opening is disabled. The rooms are nicely decorated. The AC was working fine which is important because the temperatures were very high during our stay. Nice and polite staff. Everything was great! Good value for money. There is not much to say here. There are two elevators and one was really small but this is normal for a central city hotel. Everything is small about hotels in Paris. One member of the staff at the reception wasn't aware that Bulgaria was part of the European Union and asked for passports and not IDs...come on, guys, it has been ages since the country joined the EU :)
