- Liane (10/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso wie die Hotelbesitzer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Besonders genossen habe ich den Silvesterabend und das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und werde definitiv wiederkommen.

- Benjamin (10/5): Immer wieder gerne. Preis / Leistung ist einfach super - Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Das Abendessen und Frühstücken waren Mega. Da macht jemanden das kochen echt Spaß. Die Sauna hab ich dieses Mal nicht genutzt, aber das macht nichts. Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße kann störend sein, wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft. Das wusste ich aber vom letzten Jahr. Der restliche Komfort hat dafür aber voll Entschädigt.

Bohatá snídaně, stylová večeře se mění každý den z různých evropských kuchyní, složená ze tří chodů, možnost výběru za tří hlavních jídel. Vřele doporučuji jak ubytování, tak i příplatek za večeři, za takovou cenu se samostatně k večeři nenajíte. Nic.

- BRUCE (7/5): Every thing turned out OK but felt we were taken advantage of by both the site and Booking .com - Had to pay before leaving states---Rooms booked were too small for two had to pay additional 250E for larger rooms when both Booking and facility were told in advance of two older people in each room and one with a walker. the rooms that were booked were budget rooms that could fit only one person. False advertising in my thoughts as we looked at the site and Booking ads.

( Spiegelei war nicht machbar ... ) Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft aber auch sehr wenig ..... Die Lage an der Hauptstraße, EXTREM laut, Parkplätze waren top.

- Christoph (6/5): - Bei unserem Zimmer war die Toilette nur durch eine Glaswand getrennt. Diese ist sehr gut vom Bett aus einzusehen. Außerdem war die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen recht dürftig. Wenn man das Wasser ganz warm stellt, läuft das Wasser mit wenig Druck. Die Vorlauftemperatur ist viel zu niedrig. Hier wird am Komfort des Kunden gespart.

The service, healthy food, location & comfort are all excellent. Owing to a last minute problem for my husband I ended up travelling solo but I was very well-looked after! - Matt (7/5): Remote hotel with basic amenities - The property is recently renovated and very clean. The room felt basic like a hostel - I travelled solo and was given 1 single person blanket (for a double bed) , 1 pillow, and 1 towel (just like a hostel). Yet what I would worse and the reason I checked out days early was the remote location: if you do not have your own transportation, you rely on the bus that runs once *per hour* between 8-17h. Walking to the nearest convenience store is over 20 minutes and Kitzbühel over an hour’s walk away. Once you’re at this property, you’re not leaving easily. Perhaps that’s the charm for some, but there aren’t other facilities at this hotel to occupy your time or large communal spaces to sit in. (While there a group of guests dominates the living room.) Guests were sitting in the restaurant because there was nowhere else to hang out besides your bedroom.

Wonderful walks on the doorstep too! Lovely healthy breakfasts and great 3 course dinners. We hope to return again next year! Everything is well thought out for a relaxing, healthy and comfortable stay.

- Senchi (9/5): Magnificant Alps in Summer - I loved the most location even it was by the main road but the view was mrvelous and the roud didn' t mind at all. The room was spacius and cosy. The rooftop of the hotel is a great area to relax after few hours climing. The personal, especially Ana is so kind, always with a smile and lot if jokes, so pleasant and nice..🙋♀️❤️ Tony is a machine (said Ana) and also very kind and helpful.🙋♀️ Kuitzbuhl is only 6km far which is great. Even thoug there is no fridge in the room, Brigitte put our drinks in cool room snd gave us a lot of ice so we were really pleased and grateful.. She is so professional and cought up wit everything. Thank You all guys in Hachenmoos. There is realy not much to not like.😘
