• murat (6/5): - Tren istasyonu ve tramvaya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Personel Rusça İngilizce iletişim kurabiliyordu.lobide çay çeşitleri ve 24 saat sıcak su vardı. Check out gününde odayı boşalttıktan sonra valizlerin ücretsiz olarak akşam 7'ye kadar alarmlı bir emanet odasında muhafaza edilmesini sağlıyorlar. Booking otel ödemesi dışında kişi başı her gece için şehir vergisi aldılar. Temizlik istemedikçe yapılmıyor, sadece odadaki çöpü alıp wcdekini bırakıyorlar. Odamız 5. kattaydı ve 4. kata kadar asansör vardı ordan yukarıya valizleri elimizde taşıdık.

• Stanislav (5/5): - Lokalita poblíž stanice tramvaje 11 a 24 mě vyhovovala. Za chvíli byl člověk v centru. Tenké stropy. Když někdo nade mnou chodil po pokoji, ozývaly se neskutečné rány. A taky byly v hotelu ubytovány osoby, které dělali velký hluk přes den, večer i v noci. Nepříjemný zážitek.

Viszont katasztrofálisan választottunk szállást.. minősíthetetlen volt a szoba állapota is és a reggelit sem ette túl szívesen az ember az érezhetően koszos, ragadós evőeszközökkel. A fürdőben legalább volt meleg víz, nagyjából ennyi a pozitívum. Senki ne foglaljon ide szállást, ár/érték arányban sem éri meg. Utolsó nap reggelire a penészes joghurt csak grátisz..

ПЕРСОНАЛ НЕ ХАМИЛ, НЕКОТОРЫЕ ДАЖЕ УЛЫБАЛИСЬ ПОЛОТЕНЦА В ЧЕРНЫХ ПЯТНАХ, ТО ЛИ ПЛЕСЕНЬ НЕ ОТСТИРАЛАСЬ, ТО ЛИ ГРЯЗЬ. ДУШ БЫЛ ОДИН НА ДВЕ КОМНАТЫ, ПРОТИВНО БЫЛО ИМ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЬСЯ, ПОТОМУ ЧТО НЕ СБЕГАЛА ВОДА ВООБЩЕ И ГИГАНТСКАЯ ГРЯЗНАЯ ЛУЖА ВЫСОТОЙ ДО 5 СМ УХОДИЛА ТОЛЬКО ПОД УТРО. • Michael (2/5): Dojem, ktery si od tama odnasim: zapach - Bylo kde preckat noc a tekla dostatecne tepla voda Vse naprosto hrozne. Bylo poznat, ze na pokoji drive nekdo kouril. Skrin na obleceni smrdela po zvratcich. Na podlaze byla spina, dvere netesnily. Naprosto otresny zazitek. Pokud hledate nejlevnejsi ubytovani a nevadi Vam velmi nizka kvalita na jednu noc, tak se to asi da. Ale pokud hkedate neco alespon trochu na urovni, tak nedoporucuju. Snadane je ve stejne kvalite.

• hedda_hell (4/5): Great Location, but the Hotel Needs Improvement - I chose this hotel because of its location, but in my opinion, it deserves a lower rating than 3 stars. The room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel also lacks proper sound insulation, so getting a good night’s sleep is difficult — during my stay, there were very noisy guests in the hotel. One day, the toilet stopped working, but the hotel fixed the issue quickly. The bed linen was probably clean, although it looked quite old and worn out.

• Peter (8/5): I benefited from dynamic pricing - Thanks to dynamic pricing, I was again at this hotel after it was baught most probably by the Russians (I apologise to Ukrainians for a potential mistake), and I will be very happy to come again in off season if they keep the dynamic pricing. Facade and especially the lift are absolute gems of Prague, as well as that the staircase is just amazing. As I love to try to speak Russian I did enjoy the check-in very much (very fast,.just ID check and local tax). I liked the location as it is just next to the famous craft beer "tripple-bar" :) Zly casy and the theater Debut (only for the Czech speaking). The way the current owners operate this hotel makes sense to me, given the huge demand for cheap hotels in general (also, unfortunately for me,.thanks to me). All was OK for me,.but FYI: - the shared toilet is also a bathroom/shower,.shared by 2 rooms, so with some empathy lacking woman or a drunk guy (in the worst case a pair) you might have an issues, so you better check out where some common toilets are on the ground floor just for cas (I was lucky to share the "bunk" with a Japanese couple that was efficient with showering and washing teeth) - decor is like in the kindergarden, which ruins the history atmosphere of the building and the neighbourhood - breakfast is "Soviet Union 1980s", but the "dezirnaya-like" woman checking room numbers was really authentic so I hope they keep it like this, and given the low price I paid I did enjoy the breakfast but do not expect a traditional hotel breakfast of Czechia here
• Sebastiano (3/5): Appena accettabile. - La stanza sita nel sottotetto della struttura, era di dimensioni accettabili per il corrispettivo speso, luminosa e arieggiata. I servizi igienici, accettabili. Nella stanza c'era un tavolino, senza una sedia. Il letto era senza lenzuola. solo un coprimaterasso. gli asciugamani erano vecchi e sgualciti. Non c'era nulla per sistemare la biancheria dell'ospite. In 4 giorni, non mi pare siano mai passati a pulire il bagno. Il lavandino, fin dal primo giorno presentava capelli e sporcizia varia. Spesso in ostelli la pulizia è più attenta.

Wir hatten extra ein etwas preisintensiveres Zimmer gebucht, um etwas mehr Komfort zu haben… Drei von vier Handtücher hatten braune Flecken und die Bettwäsche war auch an manchen Stellen nicht sauber. Der nächste Schock erwartete uns beim Frühstück: Zwischen 7.30 Uhr und 10.00 Uhr war das Buffet geöffnet. Da wir einen Tag zuvor sehr spät ankamen, waren wir erst kurz vor 9 Uhr im „Essenssaal“. Das Einzige, was wir noch bekommen habe waren eine Hand voll Toastbrot und drei Scheiben Wurst und Käse. Zusätzlich wurden wir in der Nacht von lauten Personen und einer ständig zuschlagenden Tür geweckt. Bereits 30 Minuten vor Check-Out wurde an unsere Tür geklopft, um zu sehen, wie weit wir sind. Rund um waren wir nicht wirklich glücklich mit der Unterkunft.

Limpieza de la habitación incluidas las toallas con manchas que se notaban de no haber limpiado no de haber renovado las toallas en años. Sin jabón en las habitaciones. Incumplimiento por lo indicado en cuanto a la habitación y comodidad. Sin mantas con las que poder taparte por la noche. En conclusión decepcionante.

• Denisa (1/5): VELKA HRUZA A SPINA!!!! - NIC!! JEDNA VELKA HRUZA!! Na hotel si odpoledne dali moji rodice kufry. Kdyz se vecer vrátili a chteli se ubytovat, tak jejich pokoj se asi prodal. Zaplaceno a zarezervovano meli mesic dopredu!!! V pul desate vecer asi hodinu cekali na pokoj a kdyz jim ho dali. Nebyl VUBEC uklizeny. Rozhazena postel, spinave rucniky po podlaze a spina!!! Pani (manazerka) jim dala kompenzaci to, ze musou zustat druhý den do 14h. Vysmech!!! Snidane asi 220kc za osobu. Oschly chleba a par platku neceho, co se tvari jako sunka?!! Nikdy vic. Ostuda!! Za ty penize by jste se meli stydet.

• Zofia (8/5): Świetne miejsce dla osób które planują spędzać aktywnie wyjazd - Zaangażowanie obsługi, bardzo sympatyczny personel! Czysto, schludnie, fenomenalny klimat i świetny wystrój. Pokój mimo że malutki był super zorganizowany i miał boski widok. Jedyny minus - bardzo cienkie ściany, niestety do takiego stopnia że telewizor gościa z pokoju obok, odpalony na normalnej głośności było słychać u nas bardzo wyraźnie, podobnie z wyjściami do łazienki wspólnej, oraz zamykaniem drzwi.

• Petr (10/5): - Recepční ať už ta slečna v noci nebo dnes ráno absolutně senzační , ochotně , jednání s hosty upřímně opravdu jsem se s takovou ochotou ještě nesetkal. Pokojské příjemné, ručníky se mění každý den, úklid naprosto v pořádku . Na pokoji vždy nějaké překvapení v podobě bonbónů či nápoje . Není co vytknout. Snídaně super i když něco bych vylepšil jako kuchař a cetrring manager mohu pomoci a rád jednou s její h přípravou. Jediná výtka na recepci je pán který je opravdu nepříjemný s a sedí tam většinou jak na gauči doma u televize a man vše u prdele

• Denisa (4/5): - Pokoj smrděl zatuchlinou a po cigaretách. Snídaně byla otřesná, přišly jsme na snídani v 8 když od 7.30 bylo otevřeno. Nic tam nebylo, 3 krajíce starého oschlého chlebu a asi 2 párky. Nebyly ani skleničky na vodu hrníčky na čaj. Byly jsme hodně zklamané. Dcerka si dala cornflake s mlékem. Snídaně za takové peníze a děs. Už bych se tam nevrátila.
