- David (1/5): - Nada Este foi o pior hotel 4 estrelas que já estive, nem água quente tinha. Pequeno almoço fraco, cama e almofadas super desconfortável e atendimento na recepção super lento.

Kasutasime ilusa linnavaatega basseini, mille vesi oli vägagi karastav. Toateenindus oli väga heal tasemel. Retseptsioonis töötasid väga mõistvad ja abivalmid teenindajad ja kõik jooksvad murekesed leidsid kiire lahenduse. Hommikusöögi võileibade katteks pakuti vaid terveid väiksemaid tomateid. Ei midagi rohelist (värske kurk, salatilehed jne). Hommikusöögilauas istudes nägi välisukse kohal olevat silmariivavat värvimata riba ja väga tolmust mingi kastikese pealset! Mõningates numbritubades oleks vajalik läbi viia väiksemaid remonditöid mis seotud nii lülitite plokkidega, vannitoauste lengiservade lisavärvimisega, valamuservade ja töötasapindade ühenduste lisasilikoonimisega ning valamute haisulukkude ühenduste äravoolukallete reguleerimisega. Seda kõike tulevaste klientide ohutuse ja mugavuse huvides.

- Marcely (7/5): Expensive but central hotel in Barcelona - The hotel is very central, close to different subway stations and many restaurants. It is a 12 minute walk from the main train station. We felt safe walking during the evening. Overall we found the hotel to be very clean. The facilities were a bit dated, specially the bathroom. It is difficult to take a shower without making a mess. One day staff didn't clean our room because we left at noon, which was a bit disappointing. I found the hotel to be overpriced to what it offers, compared to other 4* hotels in Barcelona. The walls are so very thin that we were able to hear our neighbors laughing and snoring.

- Graziano81 (9/5): Accoglienza e gentilezza. - La pulizia, la struttura che è veramente bella, le dimensioni della camera generose e soprattutto l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, in particolare della signora alla reception che dopo aver accolto i nostri feedback negativi dopo la prima notte del soggiorno ci ha cambiato di camera senza battere ciglio, risolvendo i problemi che avevamo con la prima camera. Inoltre la signora è stata gentilissima anche dopo il nostro soggiorno, facendoci lasciare il nostro bagaglio a deposito nella struttura per tutto il tempo che ci era necessario.

- LAUTARO (6/5): Buen hotel, buen desayuno, muy ruidoso, no sirve para dormir bien. - La atención del personal, sobre todo Rachel un 10/10. El desayuno también muy bueno y completo. Lo que menos nos gustó es la distribución entre todas las piezas dentro del hotel, entonces se escuchaba todos los ruidos del pasillo de cada huésped que iba entrando o gritando.

- Ulrike (8/5): Passables Hotel - Nettes Personal, schneller Check in Zimmer hatte hier und da ein paar Macken, Badewanne mit korrigierter Macke, staubige Vorhänge, undefinierbare Flecken am Bild. Keinerlei Kleiderhaken bzw. Garderobe. Durch die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer waren die Nachbarn sehr deutlich hörbar.

De kamer en badkamer hadden slechts een venster dat uitgaf op een muur (kamer aan de binnenkant). Van de andere kant was de kamer daardoor rustig (misschien minder zeker aan de straatkant ?)
