We weren't familiar with the area but it ended up being a great area near restaurants and easy access to the train to get around. Felt very Parisian in a little apartment with nice amenities. - Anthony (10/5): - I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mini apartment in Paris. We stayed in Sentier, very close to everything. Walked everywhere and occasionally took the metro. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with all the little kitchen conveniences. Communication with the staff was outstanding. Really quick responses for any questions.
- Melissa Stephanie (10/5): - We booked the loft room (41) and it was perfect for a family of 4. The location is close to Rue St Denis a street full of great restaurants. A 20+ minute walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Montmartre, and an hour's walk to the Eiffel tower. The apartment with fridge, coffee maker with coffee pods, hob, ac and washing machine with detergent was extremely convenient. We even had a dyson fan that cooled the loft bedroom and provided white noise. The shower/bathroom was great, good shower pressure! I would highly recommend this apartment, our family loved it.
- brenda (8/5): - Great decor and finishings. Well stocked kitchen for it's size. Very clear. Great bedding. Very quiet neighbourhood because windows open to an inner courtyard. Hot water wasn't always consistent for showers. Washing machine smelled. Dishwasher didn't work.
- Matt (10/5): - This was a great property off the beaten path. The hotel can be hard to find at first, and is a bit of a walk from the metro if you have bags, but was convenient for travel by the nearby metro station to anywhere else in the city, but gave you a quiet escape after your were done for the day. If you are on the upper floors, you will have a bit of a workout to get your bags up the spiral stairs. The rooms have air conditioning which was a life saver, as it was so hot when we arrived. The fridge and kitchenette area was also very nice for breakfast, and to make a cheese plate with all the goodies we picked up from Rue De montorgueil, just a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. An amazing restaurant is just around the corner called Dubillot, and another very popular breakfast location called "crouton" was a 5 minute walk. You can also find several quiet restaraunts within a 5-10 minute walk of the small streets around the hotel. Highly recommend this location, and would stay at this or another My Maison in Paris location on a future visit.
- Carolina (2/5): - I liked the property itself but not its surroundings. The square was covered by trash and wine and beer bottles. There was a group of loud men and a homeless half-clothed. The surroundings ruined our stay. We checked out the next day. Even though I contacted the property manager right away when we arrived, they refused to gives us a reimbursement for the two remaining nights. I do not recommend staying at this place because of its location.
- Sheila (10/5): Perfect place - Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, and amazing communication. Streets on either side are filled with excellent restaurants, bakeries, and other delights. Easy walk to river and we spent a morning and walked to Eiffel Tower and it was a perfect start to day. Both restaurants just outside the front door were excellent and overall a wonderful experience.

- Stefani (6/5): - The weird knocking sound that we heard when we were in the bathroom. Shower head did not lock in place. I had to fix myself so it would stay in place. Washer dryer very complicated and difficult to understand. The terrace artificial grass was drenched wet. Why? Heard people walking loudly above us. Thin floors? Pros: Terrace (mind the step up), kitchen was good, bedroom was good, pull out bed very good, and lastly, enough room for two teens and two adults.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - We had a bad experience at this property. Our room was on the first floor. Throughout the night, people would congregate just beneath the bedroom window and make all kinds of noise. People literally sit on the window ledges just outside of the apartment and drink and hang out throughout the night. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep until the early hours of the morning. When i notified management of this issue, they apologized but told me essentially “that’s what you should expect when you book a room in central Paris.” Well, I’ve been visiting central Paris for 36 years now and never had an experience like this. Maybe warn your guests or install sound proof windows?? Also, air conditioning unit only in small living room— not in bedroom. Expect way more than this for the kind of rates being charged by My Maison.

- Ron (10/5): - Great location ! Nights are quiet. So many restaurants near by. The major street is St Denis and it has lots to offer. Some amazing boulangeries close by for your morning baguette, and a number of epeceries close by. There is no lift in the building, so stairs, all good, the room and kitchenette are small yet very functional. They service the room and replace towels one a week, unless you ask. Additional costs I believe. There is no one servicing the building after 1400 or so, however, we locked ourselves out of our room late at night, and the building manager arrived 45 minutes later to open our room.

- Brandon (2/5): Not good check in. - Check in was extremely disappointing. I was not emailed the necessary forms to be ready for check in. I messaged them and did not receive a response. I had to contact hotels.com to get any communication from the apartment management. Check in time was 4:00pm and we arrived at 4:30 and had not received a code for entry. I had to call the hotel again to let them know. Finally got in by someone who seemed to be from the cleaning crew. Once we checked in, everything else went well. The apartment was very cute and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much, and I still recommend the place.

There were two nice restaurants in the square below the room. The property was within a 10 minute to many shops, restaurants and subway stations. The neighbourhood had some graffiti but we always felt safe at any time of the day or night. The communication with the management staff easy and straightforward. We enjoyed this property and would stay there again when in Paris.

- LISS PAULA (8/5): Excelente - A nossa estadia foi muito boa! Tivemos uma excelente recepção, quando pudermos deixar as malas antes do horário do check-in e já nos foram entregues as chaves. Inclusive a pessoa que nos recepcionou levou uma das malas. O ponto negativo é que tínhamos que subir escadas, inclusive com malas, mas ok. No mais foi tudo muito bom, as acomodações eram ótimas e a localização excelente!

- Phil (8/5): - The location was good, close to a handful of Metro stations with Strasbourg St Denis being the closest on a direct line from Gare du Nord. The area was quiet having no through traffic and not that many through pedestrians either yet within 5-10 minutes walking there were ample bars and restaurants to choose from. We stayed in one of the loft apartments and couldn’t really fault it, although those with aged legs might find the three flights of stairs awkward, especially with luggage. Comms from the, remote, staff was excellent and it felt safe and secure. We would certainly consider staying with My Maison again when we next visit Paris.

We were close to a metro and in walking distance to everything. We felt very safe in the hotel, however, the area at night does feel a pinch sketchy, although we managed it fine.

- Christopher (10/5): Great base for a family trip - The apartment was easy to find and check into as well as being in a great location to explore the city. It was in a vibrant area that felt really safe and welcoming but also allowed us to get to the heart of Paris easily. We stayed with our two young children (6 and 8) who thought it was brilliant, and the apartment was the perfect size for the four of us. The selection of books and games were useful and our eldest loved looking through to find some hidden gems (including a Métro card!). The kitchen had all the equipment we could have needed and included a nice selection of tea/coffee as part of the welcome pack. The towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom were also good quality. Overall, this was a great base for our family trip!
- Melissa (10/5): - This was a lovely apartment close to several metro stations. Very clean and bright. Cute terrace. Way roomier than a cramped hotel room. Lots of restaurant options with a couple of markets nearby. There is a binder with info about the apartment which is very helpful, especially concerning the washer/ dryer. Check in was easy. Comfy beds, nice fluffy towels, good water pressure in the shower (no tub though, if that’s important to you). No elevator, so be prepared to drag suitcases up and down stairs. If I ever come back to Paris (and I hope to), I would book a stay with this company again in a different location just for a change of scenery. The Sentier area was quiet at night despite there being several restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the several days we spent in Paris, and staying in an apartment like this made it more enjoyable.
- Mohammad (6/5): - The apartment is located in a neighborhood where it is not easily accessible by car. My UBER driver dropped me off at the nearest location possible. I had to carry my luggage to the apartment for about 10 mins. This should be disclosed upfront. Also, since there is no physical office to access person for help, it is not possible to arrange for luggage storage when arriving early or to hold after checkout during the day. I requested this request during booking. Only communication with hotel staff is via email and response is delayed and not timely. Also no phone contact information is provided after entering through the main door to obtain keys from locker. I had to retrieve the number from email. The only thing positive was that the unit was maintained well and had all the amenities.

It was very comfortable (I got the best nights' of sleep of my three-week European trip here!). The air conditioner worked great for us cold-loving New Yorkers. The instructions for getting in the building were clear and shared ahead of time. We were also able to contact someone immediately for help (we arrived early). There was a gentleman in the building who helped us carry our bags up - he was very kind. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, and the Metro, but off the major streets and quiet in the evening. In all, we had an ideal stay!
- Emma (10/5): - So nice to have washing machine and dishwasher. Quiet neighbourhood, great shower. Would definitely recommend this place for Paris trip.
- Joann (10/5): - The "little extras" provided with this apartment were impressive, from the super-fast and strong wifi to the very well-appointed kitchenette to the iPhone charging cable. We would definitely stay here again, although next time we'll request an apartment with exterior windows, since our view was only of the interior terrace on the 2nd floor. One other amenity that would be a great addition is a floor fan in the bedroom, since the a/c unit is in the main room and doesn't help to cool the bedroom if the door is closed!
- chloe (10/5): Terrific apartment - We had a wonderful trip in Paris - the apartment was in a terrific location, walkable from the station and near loads of lovely restaurants and bars. It was clean and quiet, check in was seamless and communication great. 10/10 highly recommend!
- Amanda (8/5): - Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean and had everything you need. The host was great with communication and very helpful. They even helped us get a ride to the airport! This was our 2nd property and we can’t wait to try another My Maison property!
- anthony (10/5): Irish family. - Apartment we stayed in was excellent with all of the items we required including kitchen, utilities, etc. and plenty of space for all 4 of us. Streets outside looked a bit unkempt though but nothing to do with our accommodation.
- Aaron (10/5): - A great 1-week stay, very safe neighbourhood and child-friendly. The staff was responsive and very helpful when we had questions, and its centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants and metro. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a home base to explore Paris.

- Richard (8/5): met our needs - We had the terrace apartment. It suited our needs and was within walking distance of the Gare du Nord. The owners rely a little too much on technology which di dnot always work but Joy, the manager was extremely helpful in sorting out any problems we had.
