- Sofiana (8/5): Beautiful and excellent hotel at the heart of the city - The location was great. It's in a super central area, so getting around the city was easy. We didn't need to take a taxi so often because the train nearby was extra convenient and was only a few stops away from prominent areas. The rooms are clean and big, and the breakfast at the hotel had a wide spread so there's something for everyone to enjoy for sure. The staff were always so friendly and helpful as well.

We had a small issue on arrival, but the staff handled it very quickly by moving us to a new room and even upgrading our stay. The service throughout was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience, and our kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. Most importantly, my 1-year-old son really enjoyed the experience, he was comfortable and even slept soundly through the night. Overall, a very pleasant stay for the whole family. While the room and overall experience had its positives, one downside was the frequent sound of police sirens. It happened almost every day and could be quite disruptive, especially when trying to rest or relax. It may be something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise or looking for a quieter stay.

- Navigate58672801429 (10/5): Not leaving my hotel room kinda review - I had the most relaxing stay in Hilton KL. Though the surrounding was bustling with traffic jams and loud sirens, staying at the Exec floor of Hilton KL somehow has silenced it. From the check in with Yohannes, to the super friendly and cheerful Rizal at the Exec Lounge, to the most helpful Syafik at Vasco's and Sha from Magic, everything seems so properly orchestrated like a beautiful symphony that you wanna enjoy over and over again. The wide selection of tea time offerings and evening snacks spoils the heck out of me! Rizal really took really great care of me and he is definitely an asset to Hilton.

From the check in staff, to the cleaners, to the staff in the kitchen and the concierge, they are all so helpful and amazing. I would like to single out a few people that made our stay special. Patvin and Ariff and Dino were always around to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Rizul, Khalila and Nadia in the executive lounge always making us welcome and treating us like family. And then our cleaners Karim and Shah Alum. They deserve a special mention. I am definitely forgetting some people but all in all, they were all amazing. The reason we keep coming to Hilton KL is because of the people that work here. Well done and look forward to seeing you all again soon.

- SueL2012 (10/5): Always a Pleasant stay At the KL Hilton Sentral. - We stay at the KL Hilton Sentral each time we visit Kuala Lumpur for more than 8 years now. The staff have been very friendly, make one feel at home. The staff in the Executive Lounge, Halilah( Manager), Rizal, Kaliamah. Aqif, Nana have been very friendly and helpful. My mum (wheelchair user) had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. They made us feel so at home. Dining - We enjoyed the dining at the Oro Cafe, Vasco's Coffee House and Chynna and the Executive Lounge. Rooms - though it is a little bit dated, they have made an effort to update the fittings. No complaints as KL Hilton is very convenient for getting around, more so for wheelchair users. Definitely will be returning to KL Hilton Sentral again. Always greeted with a smile.

I would like to specially mention a few staff members whose hospitality I truly appreciated, Ms. Halila, Mr. Rizal, and Mr. Omar. Well done, guys! As for the room, I need to be specific, it very much needs refurbishing! Sum in all, I still give 10/10 (10 = excellent).

I am so touched by the kindness and great manners of all the staff. Sangeeta at the reception last night was truly outstanding, given that I had made a mistake while booking. She sorted it all out so patiently and with such a calm demeanour, I felt safe, as if I was with family. We came back to our room really tired after a long day of travel (I am travelling with my 82 year old mum) and the room service menu was a treat! Fabulous nonya laksa and comfortable beds. So, yeah, this hotel is hard to beat :)

I have already mentioned this to the management team and hopefully they will take my feedback seriously. Room is quite small but bathroom is big and have a big tub too.

Big positives for me: Breakfast - one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had, every morning I was so excited to head down. Highlight for me was the Laksa, I also enjoyed the fruit selection, the beetroot juice and the Indian station. Oh, and the bread and butter pudding was delicious. Location - being attached to KL Sentral was so useful for getting around KL, I can't think of a better location. It also meant there were plenty of shops close by. The staff - I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. Special shout out to Helot (I think) in Housekeeping who went above and beyond. Also Rafa in the executive lounge was an absolute star, so happy and professional, he really made the lounge experience what it was. The pool and sauna - the swimming pool was fantastic, I loved the fact it was open so early meaning I could for for a swim at 7 every morning. The sauna was also a great facility and incredibly clean. I can't wait to stay at this hotel again, hard to imagine anywhere better.

The room itself is well-equipped with high-quality amenities and modern design, which I really appreciated. However, the housekeeping was disappointing. I found trash left behind by the previous guest inside the bathroom drawer, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the body wash was empty and hadn't been refilled. When I requested a refill, the staff member who came was not very friendly and brought shampoo instead of body wash—likely due to a communication error from the front desk or the service team. Overall, the hardware is great, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and service details needs to be addressed.

- Darrenong (2/5): Mouldy shower head. No follow up on basic defect free room. - As a frequent traveller, I am compelled to provide an honest account of my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room condition was far below acceptable standards. The shower head was moldy and covered with grime, the hand basin had extremely low water pressure, and the toilet was unable to properly flush any of my excrete. These are basic hygiene and functionality issues that should never be present in a hotel of this standing. What is particularly disappointing is that a reassurance of a defect-free room was personally given by the Director of Operations, yet this was not delivered. While I am only a Blue Honors member, this should never be a reason to overlook fundamental guest expectations. I am a paying guest who has spent a significant number of nights at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, even without booking through the Honors app. Additionally, my first day was severely impacted, as I had to spend nearly an hour resolving these issues after an exhausting 13-hour long-haul flight. Nevertheless, I would like to sincerely commend your hidden heroes at the call center-Clift, Atikah, Ain, and Farahiya-for their exceptional care, professionalism, and patience in handling my concerns. Their efforts in calming a frustrating situation were truly appreciated. Kudos also to Hinuddin from the Housekeeping team on Level 25 for his attentiveness. While the service recovery efforts were notable, the initial experience should not have fallen short of basic standards. Please do not call me for empty assurance, not appreciated.

Whilst there are many positive reviews of the hotel facilities which I strongly agree with, I would like to commend the wonderful team/staff at the hotel. The warm friendly faces from the moment I step into the hotel lobby, to the moment I depart from the hotel, is what makes Hilton Kuala Lumpur stand out. This time around, a particular front desk staff really stood out for me. Omar’s warm ‘welcome back to Hilton Kuala Lumpur’ caught me by surprise! Whilst the front desk staff assists many guests day in, day out, their efforts in remembering returning guests is highly commendable and adds the extra touch to their professionalism and hospitality! Thank you to the team there, and I look forward to returning in the near future.

- Compass39657956351 (10/5): Familiar faces and standout lounge hospitality with one slight miss at the reception - the Executive Lounge is what keeps pulling me back. The team there sets the standard and Halilah and Rizal deserve special mention. Over time, they’ve turned what could have been just another stay into something genuinely personal. It never feels forced with them, just natural, warm, and consistent. At this point, they feel more like familiar faces I look forward to seeing rather than staff. I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties but nothing quite matches the level of attentiveness and sincerity I get from the Exec Lounge team here. They’re the reason this place stands out to me and the reason I keep choosing to return. I also want to highlight Samad from housekeeping on Level 33. the room was always well maintained and the towel arrangement was a nice and thoughtful touch. That said, the reception experience on the afternoon of Sunday, 22 March didn’t quite reflect the same standard. There was little acknowledgement of my status, which was noticeable given my previous stays. I also asked if an upgrade was possible for one of the rooms in my booking (fully aware that it depends on availability) but the way it was communicated came across more abrupt than necessary. It felt dismissive, and didn’t quite match the tone set by the rest of the team. Overall, still a strong stay. But it’s really the Executive Lounge team especially Halilah and Rizal that defines Hilton KL for me. Always a pleasure, and always looking forward to come back.
- ccpcpc (10/5): Hilton Kuala Lumpur never disappoints - Hilton Kuala Lumpur is a gem amongst the many good hotels in KL. The hotel never disappoints with excellent hospitality and great management. The GM, Linda Pecoraro, a very sweet elegant lady, Justin, Patvin, Suryaprakeeh, etc are all so friendly and are amazing people. Sangeeta is another extremely sweet lady, so friendly , kind and helpful.. The highlight of the hotel is the wonderful staff. All are attentive, professional, friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay very much esp thanks to Halilah, an angel and her ENTIRE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE TEAM , Rizal, Kaliamah, Aqif, Rian, etc, etc for their excellent sercice and care. As a diamong member, our room is upgraded to an executive twin plus...Many thanks. Highly recommended.
