• Francielle (2/5): Instalações precisando de reformas urgentes e péssimo custo-benefício - A localização é ótima, no centro de Barcelona e a equipe é solícita As fotos enganam muito e não correspondem à realidade do hotel. Nunca que o hotel tem 4 estrelas, as instalações precisam de reformas urgentes, nunca ficamos em um hotel tão ruim. Não é possível descansar, do quarto você escuta absolutamente tudo do corredor e também dos quartos ao lado e acima. E quando eu digo tudo, é tudo mesmo, como se estivessem no mesmo quarto, podendo escutar a pessoa no banheiro, até mesmo secador de cabelo e toda a água que desce pelo encanamento. Nos colocaram em um quarto que a janela dava para um “quadrado” de prédios, então não tinha qualquer circulação de ar no banheiro, que ficava completamente ensopado de água do vapor. O teto do banheiro está prestes a cair, tem bolor e muita poeira no quarto e a cama tem buracos de tanto uso (uma cama de casal unem duas de solteiro ficando também com um vão no meio). Em resumo: o hotel é muito precário, não é adequado para descansar e é caríssimo! Não apresenta um custo-beneficio aceitável. Não recomendaria para ninguém a experiência

• 869jereh (8/5): Charming hotel located perfectly in the heart of the Gothic Quarter - I reserved a trip from Finland to this hotel, as the location was excellent and the room had twin beds, convenient for brothers. The price was also lower than most hotels of similar rating. The service was great and the room was decent and very clean, and had everything needed for a short, non-working trip: fridge, safe, water boiler and complementary selection of teas, cafes, milks and sugar (they also had decaf). For a longer stay where I would have liked to work on writing or via net, I would have liked a desk and a slightly bigger room. Perhaps the hotel has those, but you have to ask. The breakfast was the high point of our stay: great selection of local meats, cheeses, fruits, and of course eggs, bacon and toast, not to mention cereals, juices and coffee/tea. Also sweet bakery products, which were delicious. The gym was 24 hours and nice, even having canned water for the guests, but a bit small - again, not optimal for a stay longer than a week. We had good time and have no real complaints - we were apprehensive of the mixed reviews but left satisfied.

• 5jereh (8/5): Pleasant stay for a week in late April - We went for a trip lasting a week with my brother, and chose this hotel due to location, affordable price, and the fact that it had separate beds for us two. We were slightly apprehensive due to some mediocre reviews. Getting there we were pleasantly surprised: the ovelall atmosphere was nice, our room was quite silent and perfectly serviceable - the small fridge instead of a minibar was nice (I dislike minibars and need a fridge for perishable snacks) as was the complementary coffee/tea selection along with a hot water boiler. The only minus was no desk or a table - sometimes I bring my laptop and work to a trip, this hotel would not be optimal for that. The breakfast was excellent, quality ingredients and great selection of traditional catalan meats, fruits, and all such. The staff was polite and attentive. The cleaners also did a great job and at no point did I see any uncleanliness in the room, even though the building was old. The gym was 24 hours - quite small but serviceable for such a trip. I cannot stress enough how good the location is - right in the heart of Barri Gotic, which is an extremely charming area, and not too far from either the beach, Montjuic, or Sagrada Familia. The overall atmosphere was quite charming and sort of low-key in the hotel, and we quite enjoyed our stay. Recommendable for the location, breakfast and friendliness, but be mindfull that at least our room had no writing desk.

Another strong positive point is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help Unfortunately, the stay was not comfortable at all. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the lighting in the room was poor. The pillows were too thin and did not provide proper support. Additionally, the window did not close properly, allowing cold air to enter the room at night, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the value for money does not match the level of comfort provided by the hotel.

Pagare oltre 450€ per avere un muro difronte ad un finestrino piccolino non mi è sembrato il prezzo giusto. Bisogna indicare che ci sono stanze che affacciano sul muro dietro al palazzo

• Gergely (5/5): Hát, a négy csillag nem ilyen. A lokáció mentette meg. - Nagyon jó lokáció, közel a látnivalókhoz és a metróhoz, innen akár a város felé, akár a tengerhez gyorsan el lehet jutni. A reggeli bőséges, jó választékkal. A személyzet kedves volt (a reggeliztető csapat nem annyira...), segítettek pár kérdésben. Mivel várnunk kellett a szobára, egy nagyobbat kaptunk, a hetedik emeleten, teraszal, jó kilátással. A szálloda abszolút nem 4 csillagos, ez egy gyenge három csillag jó esetben. A tisztaság közepes alatt, és a szoba elavult, a fürdőszobai szerelvények kopottak, lógnak, az egész szállóra ráférne egy nagyon erős felújítás. A Wifi inkább nincs, mint van, teljesen megbízhatatlanul működött. Amit még sosem láttam: reggelinél 3 napon át nem volt vaj, és ki is írták, hogy elfogyott, ahelyett, hogy hoztak volna.

• luca salvatore (6/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione. E’ possibile raggiungere anche a piedi quasi tutte le attrazioni. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto. Non è assolutamente riconducibile ad un 4 stelle. Mobilio da rivedere. Bagni da ristrutturare. Anche il letto matrimoniale non esiste , due letti singoli uniti.

Avevamo preso una camera matrimoniale ma quando eravamo arrivati lì ci hanno dato una camera con due letti singoli attaccati e che se volevamo il letto matrimoniale dovevamo pagare un plus di 12€ a notte. Non ci ha dato da fare però ci eravamo rimasti un po’ così così appena arrivati dopo un viaggio.

• Lucy (10/5): Great staff and location - Great location with some fantastic restaurants nearby. A large Carrefour supermarket nearby too. The room had everything you would need while visiting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I'd certainly return when visiting Barcelona again. The breakfast was expensive, in my opinion. We added on when we got there (€15pp or €18pp if you booked on the day). Options were limited and repeated each day. In hindsight, I'd have gone to a local cafe or supermarket.

• Frank (7/5): Nicht perfekt aber auch nicht schlecht - Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Direkt im Zentrum mit guten Anbindungen. Gleich ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft in der nähe. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl Schlafbereich als auch Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden. Für ein paar Tage aber dennoch akzeptabel. Zu dritt hatten wir zwei Zweibettzimmer reserviert. Bekommen hatten wir ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Einbettzimmer. Nicht dass das tragisch wäre, allerdings würde man schon gerne bekommen was man reserviert.
• Oliver (6/5): All good apart from "Gary" - great location. All the staff were nice except one. One of the evening receptionists that looked like the singer Gary Newman. One colleague had stayed one night and was due to travel to Girona the next day. Her luggage was held by reception. She then decided to stay ion Barcelona with the rest of us. We asked if there were rooms available. "Gary" said "yes" however he did not want to sell it to her as he wanted to keep spare rooms in case other guests wanted to change rooms. Gary refused to get a manager or give us his name. We ended up booking via Booking.com on the spot and were able to secure the room.

• ANDRE (7/5): - Excelente localização. Excelente Pequeno Almoço. Staff super simpático e disponível. Boa relação preço/qualidade. Quartos a necessitar de alguma renovação. Elevadores lentos. Colchão/cama a necessitar de ser mudado.
• Maher (5/5): - The location and staff. The staff were very understanding, professional and helpful with a problem that I had in the room. The room was small and an unpleasant smell was coming out of the toilet. The staff tried everything they could to solve it. Since the hotel was fully booked, they booked me another room in a hotel affiliated to the same company.
• KRESAN (8/5): Sejur frumos cu peripeții ! - Locația de vis ! La 4 stele , nu am avut papuci , probleme cu apa caldă , schimb de prosoape , clima puțin zgomotoasă !

• dolceajax (8/5): - Bel hôtel. Personnel ne parlant qu espagnol ou anglais. Petit déjeuner médiocre jus de fruits dilué avec de l' eau et café infect. Sinon la nuit fut agréable. Bonne literie. L' air morose du personnel et le mini buffet du matin.
