Bettina (7/5): - The stuff is very nice and the location is great. The room could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. The biggest issue was the noise though. There is a bar in front of the hotel and it feels like you are trying to sleep on the dance floor. The windows are not blocking any noise and even though we were there from Monday till Wednesday the music went on till 3-4 in the morning. Impossible to sleep.

Iaroslavna (1/5): Absolute scam, avoid at all costs! - I have never been scammed like that in my life. Please read the reviews on google maps before booking. The photos are heavily photoshopped as in reality the rooms look very remotely similar. The facilities are old, run down and falling into pieces, with mold in the bathroom, stains on the headboard and curtains, dust, rusty mirrors and faucets, and falling appart furniture. The bed linen was so old it had lint on it. I asked to change rooms and another one was no better, with someone's hair tie and hair left in the shower, showing that the cleaning staff clearly gives no mind to the thoroughness of the cleaning. The best part was coming during the night, when the noise from the nearby club made it impossible to have any rest. I am not a sensitive sleeper, and understand Istanbul can be noisy, but the level of noise is completely intolerable and could not even be blocked with earplugs. The breakfast was a joke, and the chairs they had in the cafeteria were one of the dirties I have ever seen. We left in the morning, staying only one night instead of four. The hotel refused to give the money back and blamed me for planting the dirt and the hair tie. Completely disrespectful facility, made only to make money from the tourists who have made a poor decision of booking their rooms. The dispute with booking is opened, the complaints with the police and the Turkish tourism authorities are pending. I just hope this review will be helpful to others and save you some money and nerves!
Галущак (4/5): - Гарний вид, локація дуже зручна - в самому центрі, дуже привітний персонал Очікування і реальність дуже відрізняються. На фото номер був естетичний, чистенький, новенький. По факту прибуття ми були в шоці, бо двері на балконі не зачиняються, вхідні двері частково. Над електрощитком текла вода по стінам🙃 А шпалери у номері НЕ ЕСТЕТИЧНО БІЛІ, ЯК НА ФОТО, а відчуття ніби їх зробили з якоїсь шерсті. Ванна кімната зроблена аби як. Та і косметичний ремонт просто жесть. Сніданок не ситний та дуже поверхній - 1 яйце, 2 скибочки ковбаси та купа сиру.

Vladimir (7/5): - Great, extremely helpful staff. Very nice location, only under a minute walk to İstiklal street where all the shopping and nightlife goes. Though the Wi-Fi password mentioned this property was opened only in 2019 it looks very used. A little bit of room renovation couldn't hurt.

Nikita (10/5): A cozy and welcoming place with wonderful people - The hotel is very good, it is very clean, the team of the hotel is very hospital and kind. They are always ready to help and to advise. The bed is very comfortable. Rooms are not big, but very cozy. The location is brilliant. Big thanks to Ismail, Nadine, Atash!!! I will definitely recommend to stay in this hotel, if you want clean cosy stay near Istiklal.

Khadija (9/5): Un bon séjour à Istanbul tant rêvé - Pour un séjour en famille, on a bien aimé l'emplacement. On a bien apprécié le petit déjeuner du matin qui était copieux, même si c'était le même tout les jours., le personnel était souriant et aidant malgré l'obstacle de la langue. Ismaël et Elmaz et les deux femmes du personnel sont super gentils.

The staff make an excellent coffee and everything is clean and well-presented.

The staff is extremely friendly, especially Ata who was very kind and helpful throughout the visit. The hotel rooms are quite outdated. The bathrooms could definitely be cleaner and better maintained. The breakfast selection is rather limited.

Amy (7/5): Hotel stay just off Istiklal - Good value as I booked last minute and received a discount. Convenient location for exploring the area. Breakfast was decent and a plate was prepared each morning, which was appreciated. Staff were generally polite. Very noisy at night due to a nearby club, which made sleeping difficult. Wi-Fi was extremely weak and almost never worked, so I had to rely on mobile data most of the time despite trying several of the available networks. A confusing housekeeping incident where my toiletries were placed inside the bedding during cleaning, which made me think they had gone missing and caused some stress while trying to locate them. The room felt quite small.

syaufmia (3/5): No sleep from disco right in front of hotel - I'm really not that picky when it comes to hotels and we're usually always on a budget, so this is not my first budget hotel and I know what to expect. However, our experience was awful. We could not sleep at all due to the disco music from the disco/bar on the street. The music did not stop until 4 or 5 a.m. and the windows are too thin, you can hear the bass of the music the whole night. We stayed in room 401 and just be aware that all rooms ending with 01 will face the street side. We booked with breakfast but we could never wake up to even eat breakfast because we couldn't sleep all night. We left the hotel already after 3 nights (out of 7) because otherwise we would not be able to enjoy Istanbul.

panagiotis (9/5): A very good choice for istanbul - Very clean and decent hotel.. Staff was polite, wifi was strong, air-condition was great, bed was very comfy and toilet was modern. Immediately had hot water. There is a noise from the clubs outside but nothing you can't bear. It didn't prevent my sleep.

Leyla (9/5): 👍♥️ - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im West Palace Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ismayil Abi er war sehr nett, immer bereit zu helfen und einfach ein großartiger Mensch. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man kann von dort aus problemlos überall hinkommen, egal ob mit der Bahn, dem Bus oder zu Fuß. Alles ist gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung und ausreichend. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Pete (9/5): - West Palace definitely exceeded my expectations. We booked the room with a view of the Bosphorus, a wonderful outlook to wake up to each day for our stay in Istanbul. The hotel is well situated, close to main shopping areas and transport. Our hosts were delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the included delicious breakfast.

Das Hotel schätz ihre Gäste und war uns in einer Notsituationen beim Rücklug, der ausgefallen ist, sehr behilflich, indem sie sich schnell und fürsorglich für ein Transfer eingesetzt haben und ein Zimmer uns zur verfügung gestellt haben. Egal in welcher hinsicht, sie hatten für jedes problem eine schnelle Lösung z.b Gesundheitliche Probleme oder Eigenbedürfnisse. Vielen Dank an das Team

Ismael (7/5): Agradable, cómoda, sencilla, simple, vamos sin grandes pretensiones pero también con cero problemas, te despreocupas de - Está bien situado, el personal es majo y dispuesto a ayudar No es que no me gustase pero en mi habitación eche en falta un en huge a un lado de la cama para poder cargar el teléfono, pero sobre todo eche en falta alguna luz de noche de baja intensidad y accesible desde la cama para poder estar a la noche un rato antes de dormir, solo había la principal de la habitación con la consiguiente luz que da y que parece que estás en un escaparate forzándote a echar las cortinas.

Valentina (1/5): - The location was good, and the staff was polite It was super dirty, dusty. There was mold on a lot of the walls in the room and the hotel hallway. The water was dripping from the celling in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor. There was a whole basket of bread but not enough of actual food on the plate. The staff was really polite and the helped with everything. They were really wonderful. We dont have anything bad to say about the service. But the hotel itself isnt worth it.
