Sehr geräumig und sauber, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Beim Frühstück hatten wir eine für ein Hotel dieser Größe sehr gute Auswahl, hat uns alles gut geschmeckt! Gab nichts zu beanstanden!

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. A quality hotel and good value. Only disappointing issue we had was TV not working in the bedroom which was reported but not resolved during our 3 night stay.

Pour un 4 étoiles, une bouteille d eau était offerte dans la chambre. Chambre sous les toits, sans vue à éviter.

• Bettina (9/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in sehr zentraler Lage direkt am Stadtpark - Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und super Lage. Leider wurde zwar das Zimmer und das Bad bestens aufgeräumt, das Bett aber nicht gemacht. Aber vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass ich es zu hübsch aufgeschlagen hatte . 😅

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en frío, al hacer la reserva preguntamos y nos dijeron que se podía regular desde la habitación. El miniatura no enfriaba. Nos dieron un ventilador y debíamos bajar a recepción cada vez q necesitábamos tomar algo frío para solicitar hielo. Tanto el personal de recepción como el manager nos dijeron que lo solucionarían pero esto no ocurrió. Personal de recepción jóvenes sin experiencia

In 10 to 15 minutes by walking you could be in every attraction the city has. Many restaurants were near to 500 m. Amazing breakfast.

Τη πρώτη μέρα ξέχασαν να μας κάνουν καθαρισμό, τη δεύτερη μέρα ενώ είχε λερωθεί το σεντόνι δε το άλλαξαν, δε μάζεψαν πιάτα και πετσέτες δεν άλλαζαν κάθε μερα. Επίσης δεν είχε μπάρα για ανάπηρους κ γω έχοντας μικρό παιδί με καρότσι με δυσκόλευε το ανέβασμα των σκαλιών στην είσοδο.

• Liliya (8/5): - На рецепции работает очень приятная и отзывчивая девушка Александра. Чисто. Нам достался номер с мансардными окнами, и это огромный минус. В описании номера указан хороший метраж комнаты , но в реальности половина комнаты под мансардой, и чтобы вы понимали я дважды ударилась о скошенный потолок. Эти номера должны быть значительно дешевле, чем сейчас.

• Dennis (9/5): Tolles Hotel, super Lage mit allem in der Nähe, perfektester Service! - Perfekte Lage - 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt. Tiefgarage vom Hotel nebenan genutzt (etwas teuer, das ist aber fast überall so, dafür gleich gegenüber, alles ohne Probleme). Das HiLight (haha) war aber auf jeden Fall die Freundlichkeit *aller* Mitarbeiter - insbesondere die Süße an der Rezeption: Vom Willkommensgetränk bis zur Restaurantempfehlung und -buchung hat sie uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Gut ist auch die kleine Bar in der Lobby für ein kleines Tagesabschlussgetränk. Sauna und Fitness runden das Angebot ab. Nicht nur für Raucher ist im Innenhof ein kleiner Garten zum kurzen Verweilen. Trotz Lage der Zimmer an der Hauptstraße absolut ruhig durch doppelte Fenster, das Zimmer rundrum sauber. Auch am Frühstücksbuffet gabs nichts auszusetzen, die Auswahl war reichlich und gut - und auch hier wieder hervorzuheben der sehr freundliche Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber das wars dann auch schon was uns nicht ganz so perfekt gefallen hat. Ist aber natürlich immer Geschmacksache und für uns nicht wirklich schlimm gewesen.

Dommage que l 1 des 2 television au moins.ne soit pas connectée.

• Dmitrii (10/5): Прекрасный отель в центре Вены - 1. Отличное расположение. 200 метров до станции метро Штадпарк. 10-15 минут пешком от туристического центра (Опера, Музейный квартал и т.д.). Одна станция до ключевой пересадочной станции Карлсплац, а в другую сторону - 1 станция метро до точки отправления экспрессов в аэропорт CAT. Эта (зеленая) прямая ветка метро также до дворца Шенбрунн. 2. В номерах высокие потолки 4 метра . Благодаря двойным окнам шума с улицы вообще не слышно . Отопление и кондиционирование через приточно-вытяжную систему . 3. Завтрак достаточно хороший и разнообразный. 4. Уборка каждый день без проблем и напоминаний . 5. Сан. узел, мебель, ремонт в номере - всё в отличном состоянии . 6. Сервис отзывчивый , например, можно взять зонтик . 7. WiFi работает с хорошей скоростью . Добавить каналы ТВ на русском языке , кроме ТНТ.
