Colazione ottima e molto varia sia nel dolce che salato. Servizio ottimo e personale gentilissimo. L’arredamento e’ sicuramente un punto di forza. La centralità dell’hotel permette di raggiungere molti posti a piedi. L’invisibilità del servizio pulizie: non ho mai visto né un carrettino delle pulizie, né una cameriera. Eppure era sempre tutto pulitissimo. In realtà molto poco, forse aggiungerei una macchinetta per il caffè in camera. L’avrei gradita. Forse la stanza un po’ più grande, ma immagino su questo non si possa dare nulla.

We popped in to the Soho Hotel , and were greeted with a lots of friendly smiles, shown to a gorgeous drawing room /lounge where we had coffee served in wonderful china with a delicious cookie to accompany . The service was prompt and friendly , such a lovely find and a big thank you to the warm welcome by the concierge , will definitely return to explore perhaps lunch next time, or a stay 😊

The hotel’s decor is vibrant, stylish, and full of character. The private cinema room itself was great, clean, a good size, and very comfortable. It felt like a real treat to watch a film in such an intimate, high-end setting. Dinner at Refuel was a delight. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique day out in London. We would love to visit again!

The reservations lady could not have been more helpful, and sorted a very nice room (Junior Suite) at a sensible rate. It 's all been said in previous reviews. If you don't mind spending the money it delivers on everything. Dinner with a couple of martinis at Refuel was excellent. I would not normally spend this much on an overnight in London. But putting things into perspective with the value we receive for our annual tax bills due next week, it was worth every penny.

Excellent breakfast, there was a lovely girl named Avida, very nice, cheerful, and caring. The room we got was amazing, the bed very comfortable, there was a cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room, which was a very pleasant surprise and fun for our anniversary. The cleanliness is excellent, they are very attentive and caring. And at the reception and entrance, they are always welcoming and kind. The hotel is not cheap but worth it! I would highly recommend The Soho Hotel and would happily stay there again.

• sujic2018 (10/5): Luxurious, warm, classy, central - Our stay with the Soho was booked through Chase Sapphire, as part of the Edit hotels that are part of the biannual benefit. We stayed during the Christmas holiday, which was a great choice! Soho is central in London and allowed us to easily get around without using public transit. There are many restaurants, squares and shopping areas nearby. First off, the hospitality was amazing. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful throughout out stay. As part of the Chase Sapphire benefit, our room was upgraded to the Suite which was more spacious. While only 2 people are given breakfast credits, they gave 3 people credit. Also, the welcome gift was a lovely candle and ornament created by Kit Kemp, who I learned designed the hotel. She seems to be a talented designer - everything by her is so aesthetic. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious. You easily sink into the beds and the bathroom was spacious. I loved the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/lotion. There are great common spaces also, including the library and another room where there were beautiful holiday decorations, where you can sit and hang out. The daily breakfast that was included in our stay was amazing as well. Also, you get to enjoy your food in beautiful dishes and cups made by Wedgwood china, designed by Kit Kemp! Food is of high quality and the restaurant space was bright and warm. We also ordered room service on Christmas Day, given not many restaurants were open, and the food came promptly and was delicious! Overall, 10/10. There is a charge that they add to each night's stay, which is something to be aware of. It's a pricey stay, but you will certainly get treated well! We were able to use a combination of points and Chase benefit to make it an affordable one.

Plainly speaking they are just really nice here. All of the staff, all of the extras, all of the features. In a hard world of late, it's just plain nice to come to a place where everyone is so pleasant, smiling and accomodating! From the nice greeting upon check-in, the handwritten note in our room, to the surprise holiday gifts, to the staff always asking if you need help...it's just nice. From the doorman, to the conceirge, the restaurant staff, the ladies who service the rooms....Everyone was offered top notch service with smiles. No complaints on our end at all. We stayed with our Chase Sapphire points and received free breakfast with our stay. The food at the restaurant was really excellent. We ate it 5 out of the 8 days. On days we were rushing we got room service and the food was warm and fresh and came exactly at the time we ordered for. Our room was just lovely, quite too, we never heard neighbors....while the hotel isn't located on a street to have many views they gave us a nice one and we liked looking out the big window. Our room was big with a pull out couch, two tables and chairs and a TV...and had the best bathroom!!! On my last night, I took a bubble bath and watched a movie on the TV that was in the bathroom! I should have jumped in that tub earlier in my stay! Heaven! It was nice to soak after a long week of walking. Also worth mentioning the water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! Plenty of towels and robes and slippers. Lovely soaps and scents too. Every night we would come back to our room with the beds turned down and water bottles next to our bed replentished. The bed and all of the pillows and linens were extremely comfortable. For once, the thermostat at a hotel worked. And we turned it up and down...a lot! A lot of places don't have mini bars these days but theirs was stocked really well and with interesting treats. Even thought I didn't spend a lot of time in them they had a sitting and drawing room and a honesty cabinet with treats. They even mailed postcards for me and saved me the trouble of having to find stamps. It was really hard to leave! I really enjoyed my stay and they made my Christmas trip memorable! We came back on Christmas Eve and they left us another nice hand written note with a gift and a stocking from Santa filled with yum candy! Thanks to all the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Like I said it's going on my personal top hotel stay lists!
