• 은미 (9/5): 다음에 비엔나에 오면 또 이용하고 싶어요. - 아파트가 생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 남편과 딸 이렇게 셋이 만족하며 사용했어요 시내에 있어서 도보로 여행하기 너무 편리했고, 트램정거장도 가까워요 바로 밑에 카페, 베이커리, 식당, 마켓이 다 있어서 완벽했어요 식재료는 소금, 후추만 있어요 아쉬운점은 현관문이 잘 안 열려서 열때마다 애먹었네요 그리고 시내라서 밤에 소음이 약간 있어요 올리브오일도 있으면 너무 좋을것 같아요 그리고 세탁기는 있는데 세제가 없는게 아쉬웠어요 그래도 다음에 비엔나에 오면 또 이용하고 싶어요. 다만 에어컨은 없어서 여름은 피해야겠네요 :)

• Steven (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für einen Städtetrip. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, 7 Fußminuten zum Stephansdom. Sie ist hell eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen 3-4 tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Haus ist eine sehr leckere Bäckerei- man bekommt aber im Haus nichts davon mit.

• Gudrun (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Unterkunft, die man weiterempfehlen kann. - Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz, Ausstattung gut bis auf die unten aufgeführten Einschränkungen. Die Informationen vor der Reise waren umfangreich und präzise. Wir hätten uns in den Schlafräumen oder im Flur auch einen Spiegel gewünscht; außerdem in den Schlafzimmern ein zusätzliches Tischchen und einen Stuhl/ Sessel. Im Kleiderschrank war nur eine Kleiderstange und keine weiteren Einlegeböden bzw. Fächer für Pullover, Unterwäsche u.ä.

Insaat oldugu icin Haber vermeden ev sahibi kesmis. Ama booking ile iletisime gecince bu sorunum da hemen cozuldu.

Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Eigentlich alles bestens – nur ein leichter Geruch nach ‚alter Zeit‘, was aber zum Charme der Wohnung passt.

An eight minute walk took us to the huge pedestrian mall with so many shops and restaurants. Having to leave.

• Susan (7/5): Spacious apartment and great location. - The apartment was very spacious. Location was good. The washing machine was very handy. Kitchen utensils were lacking, for example no microwave cooking containers. A list of cooking utensils should be provided. For example, we did not find the frypan until the last day. We finally found it in the oven by accident!! Maybe coffee pods and tea bags could be provided, instead of coffee filter machine.

Є вся необхідна техніка, чисті рушники та постільна білизна в достатній кількості. 5-7 хвилин пішки до Штефанплатцу. Парковка 100м. І як бонус - чудова пекарня із свіжою випічкою та ароматною відразу на першому поверсі.

The shower in the laundry room is so small we didn't use it. Only one toilet. No washing powder a few pods for a three day stay is all people need. A few pans to bake in the oven would be good.

Supermarket also very close all within walking distance. Size of the place was great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. We got told off by one of the grumpy old men living in the building. He didn't appreciate that we were treating the place like a hotel! Aside from that was fine.

• Catherine (3/5): Emplacement idéal mais beaucoup de déceptions... - Emplacement, appartement spacieux Peu ou pas d'équipements/matériels: pas assez d'essais-tout, 1 seul linge à vaisselle, pas de serviettes à mains ni de débarbouillettes, pas de poubelles dans les chambres, bain non sécuritaire, 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette pour 4 personnes pour 3 jours, pas de mouchoirs, machine à café défectueuse au premier matin et on a eu un remplacement le 3ème matin, pas de coupes à vin, pas assez d'ustensiles et de vaisselle pour 4 personnes, ascenseur lent et parfois non fonctionnel, réponse tardive à la suite d'un avis de défectuosité, pas de meuble pour déposer les valises.

Parkplatzsituation katastrophal wie überall in Wien. Der Föhn ließ sich nicht verstellen. Aber das ist jetzt wirklich kein Problem für uns gewesen

Unica nota negativa seppur di minore importanza è stata la poca comodità del divano letto, non era molto comodo e non abbiamo dormito molto bene ma è una nota di poco conto! Tutto il resto è stato fantastico.

• SHARON (8/5): - דירה גדולה מאוד ונוחה למשפחה. מיקום מצוין. שירות לא טוב של הבעלים. מפרסמים שמספקים ציוד בסיסי כמו סבונים ונייר טואלט, אך בפועל מסופק ליום-יומיים בלבד ואחר כך תלך לקנות. התארחנו ל 5 ימים ושנגמר נייר הטואלט שסיפקו ליומיים אמרו שאלו חוקי הבית ותסתדרו. כמו כן היו בעיות בכניסה לדירה עם דלת שלא נפתחה בהגעה ורק לאחר שהתקשרנו הסבירו שצריך למשוך את הדלת אליך בכח לפני סיבוב המפתח כדי שהיא תפתח (הגיוני בסך הכל). בתקופה שהיינו גם היו עבודות ברחוב שלא עדכנו אותנו עליהם וגרמו לרעשים חזקים בשעות הלילה המאוחרות מאוד.

And it is so close to the metro station Stubentor! Another bonus is the beautiful bakery next door Offel! Amazing bread and patries! We loved everything!
