- Heather (9/5): Loved this London Location - The location of this apartment is what makes it exceptional. In the heart of Chinatown, there is a buzz of activity, and you are so close to many tube stations. Leicester Square is the closest (literally around the corner) but Tottenham Court Rd is an easy walk. Going to a show or want to pop over to Covent Garden and you are right there. The apartment itself is located behind a gate - so the entry is beyond the gate and down an alley. This is good information to know before you arrive as it can be strange upon arrival without that information. The door is easily identifiable. The entry to the building is well lit with motion sensors. Very bright and secure. Our space was very clean, spacious and perfect for our 4 adults. King sized beds were perfect and two bathrooms made getting ready for the day easy. If you cannot climb stairs - this is not the place for you. The living area is spacious but could do with another cozy chair or two. The couch is very firm and was great for a nap but not the most comfortable to watch TV or read a book (unless you snag the corner spot). It can get stuffy in the apartment - we were there in May and needed to run the provided floor fans to keep it cool. Not sure how we would have done in the heat of summer. I didn't mind the alley, but it is the back side of some of the restaurants - so you do have workers taking their breaks on the steps. Just good info to have in preparation. There are security cameras - so not scary if you know this ahead of time. You need a code to get past gate and code to get into your apartment building. So, it is secure.

- Keniel (7/5): - Logement super bien placé. Propre. De vraies chambres. C'est tout un immeuble dédié à la location court terme, et les photos de tous les appartements sont mélangées. Ça aurait été mieux d'avoir en photo l'appartement exact qu'on a loué plutôt que de voir tous les apparts, dont ceux avec terrasse, pour au final découvrir qu'il n'y en avait pas. Précision : pas d'ascenseur.

- William (5/5): Good location, needs refreshing. - The location was good. Very very busy and noisy. The constant noise from outside. No air con, there were two fans provided. But they only cooled the place a little. The bed was comfortable, bit I didn’t get a good sleep due to outside noise.

Check-in compliqué en amont de l’arrivée. L’appartement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être difficilement praticable, notamment avec une personne âgée. Nuisances sonores importantes, en raison de la proximité immédiate des systèmes de ventilation des restaurants. La salle de bain manque de surfaces de rangement, ce qui n’est pas très pratique au quotidien. Absence de stores occultants dans la chambre, laissant passer la lumière extérieure durant la nuit
- Jenna (9/5): Great location, clean and well equipped apartment - Excellent location, so central for exploring London. Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax. Bonus was the wardrobe space if you were staying longer. Very clean on arrival and easy check in. Would definitely stay again. My only complaint would be the fans from the surrounding restaurants were very loud, especially if you had the windows open (as it was a very warm weekend).

Although right on the edge of Chinatown, we were on the top floor and there was very little noise so we slept well. The apartment was spacious with a very generous sized living space. The two bathrooms were clean and the towels and bedlinen were of excellent hotel quality. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but it could do with a lick of paint. Be aware that Apartment 5 is on the top floor with several flights of narrow stairs which might be a challenge to navigate with heavy luggage or if you have reduced mobility.

- Kaos K (10/5): - L'appartamento è una chicca in pieno centro. Non c'è ascensore, cosa che sapevamo e a noi andava bene. Spazioso, tutto funzionante e nuovo, caldo, letti comodi e terrazzo sul tetto stupendo.
- Steve (8/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location - The location is perfect for the West End, being only a short walk from Shaftesbury Avenue. The apartment was clean and had excellent facilities, including a coffee machine, washer dryer, ironing board and hairdryer. The shower deserves a mention for the spacious enclosure, monsoon head and stable temperature. Communication from the host was excellent with all check-in and checkout information presented clearly. They also responded to messages promptly and were happy to share useful advice about the local area, such as restaurant recommendations and where to park. While clean, the apartment would benefit from a refresh of the paintwork in places. Although comfortable the bed is slightly creaky.

- Katherine (10/5): Convenient and Homey - This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property. It’s convenient to so many restaurants, shopping and different areas. Smack dab in the middle of Chinatown, I enjoyed the energy of the area. I found out the iron wasn’t working and emailed management. They responded so quickly and brought a new iron the next day. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen, the appliances, the washing machine, the bed and bedding was comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Everything was fine
- Justine (10/5): Lucky in London - Fabulous location, very central, major tourist attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was beautiful - clean and modern. Very spacious. Loved the balcony. There were a lot of stairs. The post states this but in reality we were breathless after lugging five full size cases up to the top floor.
- Jeanné (10/5): Great Flat in Chinatown - We just just returned from staying in the 1 Bedroom (Flat 1) in Hausd Leicester Square (Chinatown) for 2 weeks. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Rather good value for the money. - The property was very nice and comfortable. the locality was very central and the insolation of the windows was good because Chinatown can be noisy. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were nice and clean. A very functional apartment. You do have to go up 3 floors which was fine for us but can be a problem for others. Had some issue when we checked in because the code was not working. But they handle it rather well. The photo associated on booking were not of the apartment I got but it was still ok.

- Ahmad (6/5): Secound times charm. - Location and apartment space. No elevator. Insects in the wc from the grooves. The cupboard door was broken. Some electrical components were not working. Kitchen is not equipped enough. Dusty regardless how much we clean. Regardless of the guide. We cannot operate the heater. We did get help from the management and they were extremely supportive and positive. Communication was fast and helpful and we did enjoy our stay. This is my second stay and a third might be soon.

- Joanne (6/5): - Great location! 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom was great for our family to have their own space. We were able to get early check in after a long flight. Cold shower over Christmas period. They did offer us heaters as the central heating wasn't working either but we had freezing cold showers for 4 days. We contacted them to get it fixed but this did not happen for the rest of our stay and no offer of compensation.

Window blinds over juliet balcony also needs repari.

- Anhhuy (7/5): Great location, uncomfortable bed - Great location. Living room a good and comfortable size. The mattress in the second bedroom is like a bowl and not even or flat. When you lie on the mattress, you slip into the center of the mattress. Everything else was fine in the property.

- LANA (10/5): Za svaku preporuku! Divan! - Sve je bilo savrseno! Pozicija apartmana, nadomak Picadilly, Oxford i Regent street. Leichester Squere i Covent Garden, sve na 5 minuta setnje. Apartman predivan, ugodan, cist, moderno uređen, sa svim potrebnim uredajima, masina za rublje, masina za pranje posuda, toster, mikrovalna, aparat za kavu, fen. Dvije kupaone, u svakoj spavacoj sobi televizor, dnevni boravak televizor, prostrani kauc, veliki prozori po cijelom zidu sto daje prostoru dodatni sarm. Komunikacija s domacinom za svaku pohvalu. Odusevljeni smo i vracamo se iduce godine. Hvala na svemu predivnim domacinima!

La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima. L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutto l’essenziale. Da segnalare la presenza di diversi scalini per raggiungere l’appartamento, che per noi non hanno rappresentato un problema avendo bagagli leggeri. Abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi con l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento, che abbiamo segnalato ai proprietari; ci auguriamo che siano stati risolti.

- Damien (8/5): Très bien - Emplacement top! Accès à pied dans le centre. Accès métro bus à quelques minutes. Appartement au deuxième étage dans une cour sécurisée, on s’y sent en sécurité, il est bien équipé et lit très confortable, très propre, salle de bain et douche top. Capsule de café et machine Nespresso à disposition. La cuisine est bien équipée si on veut y cuisiner. Le seul bémol, c’est la soufflerie qui fait du bruit sur les toits alentours mais la nuit on ne les entend pas et comme l’appartement est situé dans une cour intérieure, on n’entend pas les bruits de la ville.

L’espace de vie spacieux. Les fenêtres qui laissent rentrer le froid et le bruit du quartier. Le chauffage qui n’est pas assez puissant pour pallier au froid qui rentre dans l’appartement. Le bruit permanent des restaurants en dessous. Le manque de couverture/plaid sur le canapé.
