- Gamze (4/5): THEY DİDN'T PAY OUR 500 EUROS DEPOSIT CLAIMING WE BROKE THE SINK!!!!! - ATTENTİON!!!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND THE DEPOSIT UNDER ANY EXCUSE!!!!!! !!!!!!!We used the house for 3 nights. Although we left the house as we bought it, as the official said, after we left, they charged our 500 Euros, which was blocked as a deposit, without question, claiming that one of the sinks was broken by us after we left. Moreover, we did not break the sink, nothing was broken when we left the house; If there is a problem, they accused us, although we did not say that they should ask the cleaning staff who entered to clean up after us. We said that it does not make sense that we could use physical force to break a sink used for daily hand and face washing and tooth brushing. We also said why the photos of the sink, which was seen in the photos they sent as broken, were taken after it was cleaned, and normally, as soon as you see that the sink was broken, photos should be taken in its dirty state. That's why we said that the cleaning company could be responsible for this, but it was not accepted. They took our deposit, we complain. I would not recommend this company or house to anyone.!!!!!!!!
