- Natalia (10/5): Adorei e repetirei. - A localização é excelente, em um bairro muito seguro e bonito, amplo e arborizado, moderníssimo, com várias opções de restaurantes, cafés e lanchonetes. Há pequenos mercados ao redor e uma farmácia ótima bem perto. O hotel é muito confortável, o sistema de aquecimento é excelente, o café da manhã é completo e gostoso. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos. Tanto o check in, quanto o check out, foram rápidos e eficientes. Já conhecia Buenos Aires e tinha ficado em hotéis ótimos em Recoleta, mas, quando voltar, ficarei no Hotel Madero novamente, valeu muito a pena. Apenas dois pontos a melhorar: - os recepcionistas não falam português e o que nos recebeu à noite e fez o nosso chek in passou as informações da estada em espanhol muito rápido e não se esforçava para entender o que dizíamos. Os outros recepcionistas foram bem mais prestativos. Vimos que nos demais estabelecimentos comerciais (restaurantes, lanchonetes, farmácias, mercados etc), todos os atendentes eram muito solícitos e se esforçavam para se comunicar conosco, não só em português, mas também em inglês, pois não falamos espanhol. Mas o hotel precisa melhorar nesse ponto, porque ficou difícil, a comunicação. - o outro ponto a melhorar é o wi-fi do hotel (ou a televisão). Embora o hotel tenha wi-fi e televisores smart, não funciona. Não sei se o wi-fi é lento ou se as tvs são antigas e não suportam, mas não deu para utilizar. Não foi um super problema, só um ponto a melhorar, também.

Очень приятный бонус 2 фужера вина. Прекрасная косметика в номере (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, крем). Очень красивый вид с террасы. Из минусов: в номере не было зубных щеток и пасты. Надеялись на тапочки и халаты, тоже не было. Сауна маленькая. Но народу в спа было не много, поэтому нам хватило. Требуется косметическийи ремонт в спа зоне. После того как гости покинули террасу в течение нескольких часов персонал не убирал за ними посуду.

- Marcia (10/5): - Passei o final de semana no Hotel Madero, em Buenos Aires, que está celebrando 20 anos. Fui com minha esposa e dois casais de amigos, e não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos lá. Mais uma vez, o hotel entregou aquilo que sempre nos faz voltar: quartos amplos, confortáveis e com varanda, perfeitos para relaxar depois de aproveitar a cidade. O café da manhã continua excelente, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Porém, sentimos que o serviço está mais lento do que deveria, especialmente considerando o padrão do hotel. Não chega a comprometer a estadia, mas é um ponto que merece atenção. No geral, tivemos uma experiência agradável, e o Madero segue sendo uma boa opção para quem busca conforto em Puerto Madero — só esperamos que o atendimento acompanhe o nível dos demais serviços. A equipe da manhã do hotel deixa demais a desejar, falta boa vontade. A impressão é que estão de mau humor, ao contrário da equipe da noite, sempre sorrindo e prestativa.

La amabilidad y calidad de servicio del staff fue fantástica: desde Valentino al momento del check in, Pamela dando la clase de yoga, Sara con sus masajes y todo el staff de bar, restaurant y spa. - helene (7/5): Very good location for a hotel that has seen better days - Excellent location in Puerto Madero (walking distance to many restaurants, bars, ...and city center - safe area) and very, very large, big bedrooms with a nice little balcony. Roomy hotel overall. Good food. Nice gym and good sauna. Wifi was really poor and did not work all the time. Our room was a bit battered - toilets cover was partially broken, some of the furniture was dented on the sides. You can tell that years of glory for the hotel belong to the past. No international TV channels - all in Spanish (we do speak Spanish but given the world events with war declared in Iran we needed to access "more" ). No explanations whatsoever in the room about the hotel facilities, times of opening, ...etc. The hotel as a "green" policy all fine but in this case there should be a QR code in the room to be able to access everything and also an internet that works at all times! which was not the case. Big kitchen - all fine but zero cutlery. Only one "tea" bag per person for a 3 night's stay and no replenishment of water either (why don't you put self-refill bottle with a water dispenser in corridors if you are "that green"??). Very expensive rates for the level of services offered in this hotel. We opted for this hotel as we came with Rivages du Monde group, but we were really disappointed.

- Guillermo (8/5): Momentos agradables en familia! - La piscina, la vista, el desayuno y la entrada de mejillones, espectacular! Por ahí deben mejorar su carta en pescados y mariscos, mas variedad. La carne no estaba bien presentada. Hay algunas pequeñas filtraciones de lluvia en piso de cuartos que hacía que se levantará el piso, deben arreglarlo.

- Ariana (9/5): Comfortable hotel in Puerto Madero - Clean and modern hotel, conveniently located in Puerto Madero. The rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds. On balconies it would be nice to have chairs and tables rather that the little lounging chair that it’s hard to get in and out of. Also the walls are very thing we were woken up by a couple fighting in the room next to ours. Staff is nice but not overly accommodating like we found in other hotels in Buenos Aires, a little bit more friendliness would be lovely.

- Diana (9/5): Tranquilidad y confort - Si, muy bonito y bien ubicado El desayuno podría tener más opciones, el aire q inficionado es helado y una d ellas meseras fue muy descortés con mi mamá que tiene 80 años: cuando le pidió que le ayudara a ubicar una silla en la mesa dijo que no se podía, peor a los 2 minutos si le acercó la silla a otros comensales. Al ver este trato claramente discriminatoria la jefe del comedor trató de enmendar este impase y de disculpo muy amable
- Florido (10/5): - El personal es de primera. Se ocupan de todo lo que necesites y te buscan alternativas. Es difícil encontrar un hotel con tan buen personal El yacuzzi!!! Un yacuzzi frío no es yacuzi. Arreglen lo o cambien lo, pero no pueden no tener yacuzzi!!!
