Great vibe. Bed could have been more comfortable - I think the beds need upgrading or need much better toppers, as the bed was quite hard.

• Johnathan (7/5): If not for the view I wouldn’t recommend, I’m sure you can get a better hotel for the price - Location is the only reason to stay I had 2 rooms booked, one wasn’t ready until 4pm which seems ridiculous considering checkout is at 11am, don’t know why they can’t have them ready for 3pm check in. One room didn’t have the nespresso machine in as advertised so no coffee or tea making facilities, one of the rooms was very outdated and tired, needs renovation, I mean look at the dark yellow telephone in the toilet!

Breakfast was wonderful, so much to choose from. The shower, you had to step up into a high sided bath, would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

• Glyn (7/5): Disappointing at the moment with renovation work taking place - Good room, and good location. Disappointing that there was a lot of renovation work going on. So things that I had appreciated about the hotel previously (cafe, lots of seating area for working and meetings) were not present or usable this time. And there was no warning of this in advance. I stayed at the hotel in January and February this year, and booked again for May because of my previous experience - but ended up spending more money for a lesser experience.

Viimeisenä aamuna alakerran remontti alkoi melko aikaisin ja kuului ikävästi aamupalalle.

Mehr Zimmerservice wäre bei so vielen Nächten wünschenswert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar! Frühstück wurde immer wieder Vielzahl früh abgebaut ( halbe Stunde vorher), oder nicht mehr genügend aufgefüllt. Andrang war oft sehr groß und Service kam nicht mehr hinterher.

Khaer was very helpful and upgraded us to a wonderful suite on the 11th floor with amazing views of both the Tower Bridge and St Katherine's Dock. Gorgeous suite with lobby and living room, very grand and beautifully decorated with a kitchenette. We had to leave early so unfortunately couldn't stay for breakfast. We were very grateful to stay there, very comfortable and quiet sleep. We had a great time. Concierge watched our luggage until check in time and arranged a taxi for us in the morning. Mini bar was complimentary although we did not use it. Had a fridge and stove and cutlery. We will return! It was not a problem but the wardrobe didn't open well and the toilet handle needed to be held down a while to work, but really it was a great stay.

We asked to sit at a table for 2 near the window when getting a snack and drink before heading out. We were told that they were for afternoon tea only. To then watch one lady on her own and another couple be sat there to have a drink and snack. How disappointing. It will make us think about staying there or not next time.

• Petr (7/5): Na to že si hotel hraje na 4 **** tak nic moc. - poloha hotelu, nechutný zápach ryb z přilehlé restaurace v lobby hotelu, již hodně opotřebené zařízení pokoje, rozbitý regulátor klimatizace v pokoji, nefunkční baterie u vany, trysky sprchového koutu téměř ulámané, už by si zasloužilo rekonstriukci, zaprášená pelest postele, skvrny na závěsech, ledová podlaha z dlažby v koupeleně bez vytápění , koupání za trest.

• montana (8/5): Unschlagbare Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen im Detail - Die Lage: Einfach unbestritten mega! Das Zimmer: Grundsätzlich war alles tip-top sauber und ordentlich. Man fühlt sich wohl. Service: Das gesamte Personal war durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig – damit ist aber hauptsächlich das Badezimmer gemeint, das mal ein modernes Update vertragen könnte.

• chantelle (8/5): Lovley hotel was perfect for our trip due to a wedding would definitely recommend - Location was perfect with amazing views ! Close to tube ! Property is dated would have liked the room to be a bit more spacial. Breakfast very pricey for what it is . I know it’s London but I think £25 is a bit steep considering most will only have a small plate which is what’s provided and maybe a piece of fruit or yogurt despite the great selection which was good !

• Thompson (10/5): Great hotel and walking distance to many attractions in Central London. - The location was awesome. Across from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and One block from Hop On Hop Off Bus or boat ride. The room was a little small but workable.
