Pros: - Located in a quiet neighbourhood near the shopping centre, food stalls, and restaurants which are all easily accessible by foot. - Located near the airport where you can take Grab - Quietness of the accommodation with private bathroom, with Aircon and fan. - Accessible to the rooftop terrace where it's quite nice to sit at night time as it's breezy. - Free use of a massage chair - Staff was always smiling.

I didn't see any bugs in the room The mattress was super dirty. There was a clean cover and a sheet over the top though, so it didn't feel bad to sleep on. The water heater did not work. There was a very noticeable sewer smell in the bathroom. Someone was also clearly smoking in the room before and the hotel doesn't seem to care as the smoke detector was still stuffed with paper. They charged a 5% fee for card payment, which is the highest I've seen in my whole trip. Considering a lot of people will be coming direct from the airport without cash I feel this is somewhat predatory...

Wet tissues stuffed in the fire-alarm - guess someone tried to smoke directly in the room before. Rather unpleasant stay.
- William (2/5): A cheap tired hotel with smoking issues. - Moved to a better upgraded room 2nd night as per the booking. Cleaning ladies were good. Check in early. Window room clean and could breathe. Not recommended. Smoking of staff. And at front desk. Smelled it in rooms. Rubbish left in room 1st check in. Breakfast in the room but had to go ask the reception for it. A tired hotel. If you don’t like smoke dont book.

See you again soon - I came here for the second time because I found the people here very friendly, and the owner extremely helpful in guiding me to find cheap plane tickets, arranging tour guides, and providing me with reasonably priced motorbike rental services. What I highly appreciate is their constant attention to my needs and their willingness to help in every possible way. Last time, when I returned to Vietnam and went to Hanoi airport, it was convenient. I also stayed at some nearby hotels and found Gia Han's prices to be more reasonable. People should choose this area for its affordable prices, which are suitable for budget-conscious travelers, helping to save costs. I feel that every area is being passionately managed by its owners

The cleaning used to be done very early in the morning, but after discussion the staff agreed not to do the cleaning during sleep hours. Nice! Small rooms
