Children from 7 years to under 12 years of age are charged USD 10 per night per child for breakfast when using existing beds. Please note that the hotel offers a FREE Shuttle Bus service on a first-come, first-served basis. You can enjoy: • City-center 2 route (9:00 & 17:00 daily): Bến Thành Market, Noter Dame Cathedral, Nguyen Hue Boulevard stop points. The bus departs hourly from the hotel and drops by tourist attractions. The bus routine is attached for your reference. Time may vary pending traffic or road closures. Please be informed that as part of our regular safety and maintenance work we are cleaning the entire exterior surface of the building. We will be commencing work on November 03rd and plan to finish the project on November 20th, 2025. Daily work will take place between 8:00am to 18:00, except the bad weather days (rainy, windy, stormy...). Method of work: rope access and scaffolding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Jhyni (8/5): Comfortable, pleasant stay - I stayed at Windsor Plaza Hotel for 3 weeks. Overall, it was a decent and comfortable stay, especially for a longer visit. The main advantage is the room size — the room was very spacious, which made it much more livable for a 3-week stay. The staff were generally kind and accommodating, and I appreciated the small gestures for long-stay guests like receiving cake every week and being invited to a BBQ grill event. The location was convenient, with cafes, restaurants, and a 7/11 just across the road. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive to District 1, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus at 11am and 3pm. That said, the hotel is definitely showing its age. The rooms feel outdated, especially the bathroom, which could use renovation. The hallway also often smelled like cigarettes or felt a bit musty, which wasn’t pleasant. Overall, the hotel could benefit from a proper revamp. Still, for a longer stay, the spacious room and friendly staff made it a pleasant experience.

I was there for five nights thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and I do need to commend Tam when I was enjoying the happy hour cocktail on level 25 where he asked for my opinion and he took on board what I had to say and he gave us complementary nibbles like peanuts as I was saying it would be nice to have something to nibble on while enjoying the cocktails.

SitesAndFood (6/5): Ok hotel in ok area, avoid the breakfast buffet - Staff at the front of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Place is kind of old but its not too expensive and location is alright. Breakfast - I ate there and didn't get sick, but the breakfast there is bad. Its comparable to some of the cheapest buffets in America, but at the cheap buffets in America, I don't have to get my own coffee. They have a lot of staff working at the breakfast buffet but mostly just standing around and clearing plates. For about $11 USD in vietnam, it is a rip off. The hk cafe around the corner has hk and western breakfast sets for less than $5 USD, you get to pick what you want, its made to order, includes a drink, and served to you. Most of what I said about this hotel was related to how bad the breakfast was, it was bad, but I think I might stay at this place again, just not pay for breakfast and eat breakfast elsewhere.

Fajar (10/5): Great location with a good value! - Glad to stayed here during the visit with my family. Location wise is in District 10 which is close to everything. Service was amazing. Room was big as we got complimentary upgrades. Breakfast buffet was good also as lots of options including the Pho and Magenta Sticky Rice which the later was my favourite!! I requested for a room decor for my parents as its their anniversary and they did with extra charge of 1.000.000 VND but it was worth it! Will definitely stay here again next visit! The only problem is the AC as one night somehow the AC wasnt that cool eventho it was set to 10 or less but then cooling later on.

Resort45451457009 (8/5): It's ok - Location is isolated, its a taxi ride wherever you want to go. Nothing really around the hotel. Gorgeous public areas. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Pool area adequate for a quick dip after a day of sightseeing. Bar is nicely arranged, music was rather loud. Staff friendly. The Chinese restaurant was delicious, well worth a visit. Biggest let down was the breakfast buffet, a fair amount of choice but it was all lukewarm or cold, unless you chose the noodles and rice dishes. Egg station prepared poached,fried,boiled and omelette but they precooked them all which meant they were cold when served. Never been to a hotel that can't order an omelette to be made there and then. Very disappointing.

General enquiries - The room was very clean, spacious and comfy - Walking distance to China town..Shopping and 7 Eleven was on the other side of road - Affordable for the time I stayed - Very modern and up to date. - Bath was amazing and hot water was superb - Bed was very soft and comfortable - All staff were kind and helpful - I would recommend this hotel to everyone Im marking it a 9/10 only because - It's a bit of a distance from Distric 1. Where all the majoy activities are. However a GRAB ride cost $4 AUD which is nothing for the 30min journey that it takes. Everything else was fine

Simon (10/5): A brilliant, relaxing stay with great facilities and outstanding staff. - I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property itself was lovely, and my room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary slippers — a small touch, but it really added to the overall comfort. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. I also made good use of the gym, sauna, and steam room, all of which were well‑maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even ended up booking an extra night. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I misplaced my watch during my stay, and they quickly helped me locate it and returned it to me, which I was very grateful for. The hotel is also in a great location with easy access to the main sights of Ho Chi Minh City, and taxis pick you up right outside, making getting around very convenient. Overall, a brilliant stay and I’d happily return. Highly recommended! All good.

706leig (2/5): Deeply Disappointing Stay at Windsor Hotel, Ho Chi Minh - My stay at Windsor Hotel was profoundly disappointing and far below what one would reasonably expect from a property marketed as a five-star hotel. I transferred to the hotel immediately after being discharged from the hospital, specifically seeking comfort, reliability, and attentive service during a physically vulnerable time. Given the hotel’s reputation and proximity to my previous accommodation, I trusted that my needs as a guest would be handled with professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I called to request room service and ordered soup, I was informed that room service was unavailable because the kitchen was “busy.” For a five-star establishment, refusing a basic room service request, especially from an unwell guest, reflects a serious lapse in hospitality standards. Availability of essential services should never depend on convenience. This experience raises an important question about how the hotel defines five-star service. Based on my stay, the rating feels misleading. Luxury is not defined by décor alone but by the consistency, responsiveness, and care shown to guests. Sadly, this was missing. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful at a time when comfort should have been the priority. Because of this, I cannot recommend Windsor Hotel and would strongly encourage management to reassess their service standards to ensure guests receive the level of care they are promised.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s not located in District 1, but a Grab ride takes about 20 minutes and costs roughly $2–3 CAD, which is very reasonable. While it’s not ideal if you want to step directly into the action, it’s a great choice if you prefer a quieter area that’s still close enough to everything. Overall, a great option if you value comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service over being right in the middle of the nightlife and tourist zones.

We were afraid if their meeting with big volumes of music did not stop in the night. Actually our neighbours suddenly stop the music then became quiet. I wish we could expect sound insulation.
