- 395bene (2/5): Fraud alert! - When I arrived, they told me I had to pay double the rates that I had booked. This is a form of fraud called bait and switch, which is illegal in many countries (not sure about Egypt). I left and found another place to stay.
- kaitlynp777 (2/5): BED BUGS!!! - As soon as we got there, they wanted to charge us triple the price than was on our booking confirmation. After reluctantly agreeing, we got to our room and there were BED BUGS crawling on the sheets!!! We immediately got our money back and left to somewhere better. The man at the desk was nice, but the hostel itself is terrible. And there is no sign on the street to help you find it.

- 525noral (10/5): Great two night stay! - We stayed here for the nights when we first arrived in Cairo and enjoyed it very much! The location is super nice, as is the staff. Only tricky thing was to find the hostel, we had to ask people on the street for help which worked out fine too. It’s a simple but very good hostel!

- aocun (10/5): Arigatou Bella Casa - ダウンタウンにあり、近くにはレストランや銀行もありロケーションがとても良いです。看板がなく、外からはわかりにくいので近くに着いたら周りの現地人に尋ねたほうがいいと思います。冬に訪れたのですが、寒かったので毛布を追加でくれたりなど、スタッフはとても親切です。お茶もタダで飲めます。水回りもキレイです。エジプト滞在中に3回泊まりましたが、早朝にカイロに着いたときにも中に入らせてもらえました。荷物も置かせてくれます。スタッフもロケーションも最高でこの値段なのでかなりお得です。ドミトリーの他にもシングルルームやダブルルームもあるので一人旅じゃない人にもオススメです。 Hey I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel , location is good and near to shops and metro Arigatou , thanks for hostel guys

- 48ayeshai (10/5): Great location & staff members! - The staff at Bella Casa are kind and thoughtful. Anytime we experienced a problem, they worked as quickly as possible to mitigate the issue. The hostel is located in a great location that’s convenient for walking around to other sights, shopping, and food. The room we stayed in was spacious and included a private bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking a fantastic view of the bustling Cairo streets. A special shoutout and thank you to one of the staff members Maggi (Maged) — not only did he pick us up from the airport, but we all became good friends by the end of our time there!
- mathuj2020 (10/5): Great Hostel, Great Price! 👍 - First off, the hostel is very near to the Egyptian Museum and the metro that goes to Giza. The staff is friendly and welcoming to all guests and speak good English. Also, for this price and the location it is hard to find one this good.
