- woodings (7/5): Great value family room, but noisy - Great price for all 5 of us in the city centre It got very loud once the night club closed around 2am. Our room was slightly below street level so it felt like the drunken chatter was in our room. We only spotted the ear plugs in the morning!

Hablaban la mayoría Español, aunque por mi parte no había ningún tipo de problema si no hubiera nadie hispanohablante pero siempre esta bien poder comunicarte en tu idioma. Muchas gracias a Maya, Yago… a todos sois increíbles Tal vez diria el ruido exterior de la calle, pero habían tapones para los oidos en la habitación asi que realmente no molestaba tanto

I was put in a separate building to the main hotel and I wanted to get water at night time so I had to go out onto the street to get into the reception area. This street is a nightclub street, I felt very unsafe doing something as minor as asking reception for water. There was also no air-conditioning in the room.

The soundproofing between the rooms could be improved, as noise from neighbouring rooms can sometimes be heard.

Teniendo un pub , el del propio hotel, que da a las habitaciones, deberían intentar de insonorizar las habitaciones. Literalmente la ventana del baño de mi habitación daba al patio del pub donde estaba la fiesta. Horroroso. Fue como estar en el propio púb mientras tratas de descansar.O vas con tapones o elije otro hotel.

The bathroom had a lot of mould and the ceiling was damp and flaking and looked like it had been painted over in that state numerous times. The whole room needs a revamp as its very dated

The room we had neighboured their bar, no warning was given for this and music was played until gone midnight despite there being no one in there. It started again from about 8am the next morning. Would’ve been good to have a warning, there were some ear plugs in the drawer.

- Megan (1/5): Terrible - Good location The hotel held a function for teenagers some of who looked under 18. When in our room at 11pm the music was so loud we may as well have been in the function room. The music continued until 3 am and noise continued until 4 am. Staff did not even address the issue on check out or ask us how our stay was. Hotel is also over a nightclub as well as this event taking place - strongly do not recommend.
- Anthony (3/5): Noisy - With a nightclub next door and one across the road this hotel is incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning. My room in particular was quite literally surrounded by the smoking area of the nightclub, meaning I had people partying outside my windows all night.

- joanne (2/5): Like staying in a dungeon - The only thing good was the food No tv working in our room unhappy kids, the luas passing our window constantly noisy, rooms not soundproof could hear everyone coming in main door footsteps creeping at all hours of day and night, worst stay I ever had in a hotel, no window to open for fresh air only tiny bathroom window, towels were soiled before we even used them

- Bethany (5/5): Convenient location helpful staff - Quite central to everywhere and about a 20 min walk to temple bar. Good pubs/bars nearby too. Convenient for Uber and tram right outside too. Was able to leave our luggage all day for free with reception. Beds were comfortable Depending where you are in the hotel it can be quite loud at night until about 3am keeping us awake. But they do have earplugs but we didn’t find these until we were leaving. Our friends in a different room had a normal size bathroom and shower whereas our rooms bathroom was small and shower was tiny if you was tall or not petite built you may find this a bigger issue.

Leider ist es nicht barrierefrei. Bedingt durch die Architektur. Das Hotel hat auch mehrere Eingänge, dh, man muss das Haus verlassen um zum Frühstück zu kommen.

- Daniela (9/5): Hotel pulito e comodo - La posizione, la pulizia. Letti comodi L’unica cosa che può essere fastidiosa è il locale appena sotto la camera, con persone che a tarda notte sono chiassose. L’hotel fornisce in camera tappi per orecchie utilissimi! E si dorme molto bene!

There are lot of stairs despite a small lift, you still have to use stairs which is difficult if you have luggage. Buffet breakfast variety was limited. There was lot of guest noise at 2 am when they were returning to their rooms.
