• Julie (7/5): Great location. - This hotel is very central. We had a quiet room around the back. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty run down and needs an uplift. Someone outside of our hotel (neighbour?) smoked a lot of cannabis so we would smell that in our room a lot. I guess it's to be expected in Amsterdam but not great first thing in the morning!

The bed wasn't comfortable either, and there was a leak from the ceiling. When I told the receptionist, he replied that nothing could be done and I had to wait until morning.

• Lucas (7/5): - Perfect location, great breakfast, comfortable room for three people. The bathroom was big but uncomfortable at the same time, no hangers for the towels, no places for soap or shampoo on the shower, everything has to be put on the floor

Breakfast is very good with so many options in regards hot drinks as well as fruits, cereals, breads, ham, cheese, etc. Juices, water and milk are also part of drinks. Just one bath towel into the room and there is not any window at the batroom in order to dry it correctly. So, at least, two bath towels must be mandatory for so narrow bedroom like this.

Habitacion triple con camas de 80cm de ancho ( pequeñas) Para ser un 3 estrellas no tenia ni jabon ni amenities. No hay secador. Lo tienes que pedir en recepción. Tanpoco hay ni un colgador en el baño para colgar las toallas. Si te quedas mas de una noche, te hacen la cama pero de malas maneras. Elmando a distancia de la tele lo tienes que pedir en recepción. Cortinas justas. Entra luz. El desayuno bastante justo. Es buffet pero por lo que pagas es un poco cutre

Una zona muy concurrida y a pesar de ello en nuestra habitación no se escuchaba ruido. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy básico pero suficiente. Las almohadas de las camas son mejorables

• Darya (4/5): Great location, too expensive fo the quality of stay - The location and staff were great I understand the hotel is old but the rooms are not clean. The floor and walls had dirt on them. Unfortunately, the hotel we had booked prior cancelled so this was a last minute option. The cost of the hotel is entirely too high for the amenities you get. I have never been to a hotel where we had to leave our room key at the front desk everytime we left and no food was allowed in the room. Those 2 rules seemed pretty weird to me.
• VeronicaPariz (1/5): Experiencia horrible - La ubicación No es un hotel y MUCHÍSIMO MENOS uno de 3 estrellas. Es una especie de pensión, sin ninguna comodidad, servicio, ni atención a los huéspedes. Con reglas extremas como no permitirte llevar comida a la habitación, entregar la llave cada vez que salís o el depósito de €50 al ingresar, cuendo en realidad ellos deberían pagarme por quedarme en la habitación incomodísima que dieron (que para colmo, habiendo llegado en horario correcto de Check-in, no estaba lista y aún así me la entregaron). Están más preocupados porque no les causes ninguna incomodidad que por cumplir con lo que deberían! y brindar una buena experiencia. En ningún momento se preocupan por cómo estuvo todo (claramente prefieren no escuchar la verdad). El desayuno es básico y las personas que lo sirven ni siquiera te contestan un "Buen día". Realmente todo hace que parezca que sos una molestia más que un cliente que pagó MUY bien, como si realmente fuera un buen hotel. Vengo de unos 4 hoteles en distintas ciudades, con habitaciones individuales que las elegí con los mismos criterios y precios, y puedo decir que este fue una estafa y una decepción absoluta. No caigan ustedes también.

Hard to find things wrong but in our room the radiator looked very dirty and one of the roof panels was broken! This is me picking at things because overall it is a great place.

I also thought the location was ideal as a first-time traveler to Amsterdam. Room was as expected - not the Ritz, but did the job. Shout out to the cleaner on the first floor - she was incredibly sweet and can tell she takes pride in her job. The light in my bedroom didn't work. There was also no soap in the lobby bathroom and I saw one of the cooks wet his hands and leave without soap. Kinda (really) gross.
