• Tobias (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage! - Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage perfekt für Erkundigung der Stadt. Mitten in der Altstadt. Feines kleines Frühstücks Buffet mit frisch zubereiten Eierspeisen a la Cart. Ideal auch mit Hund, Napf, Leckerli und Hundebett wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Grünfläche gleich um die Ecke Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Duschvorhang, da für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung . Ein Wechsel wurde angeboten. Düse Zimmer hatten aber keinen direkten Lichteinfall da die Alternativen Zimmer zum Innenhof lagen. Wir haben dann das Zimmer behalten. Kein Netflix und keine deutschen TV Programme. War auch nicht einstellbar.

• mayfair132018 (8/5): Boutique modern and unpretentious hotel in great location - A beautifully designed, cosy boutique hotel in the perfect location We stayed at Hotel Bookquet for three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a warm, modern, boutique feel without being pretentious. The book theme is subtle and charming, and the whole place although in an old building feels thoughtfully designed and very welcoming. Our room was spotless, and extremely comfortable, with a decent bathroom and cosy atmosphere. Despite being right in the centre of Prague, it was pretty quiet at night, the odd trundling noise of trams and late night guests returning to their room on the last night talking very loudly and in/out of their room next to us chattering loudly although 11pm but despite this on the last night and throughout we slept well. The air‑conditioning was welcomed, the bed was firm and excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of choice, fresh ingredients, great hot drinks, and a lovely courtyard area where you can sit outside. Staff were relaxed, and helpful when required to be. The gentleman greeting on reception was efficient and we also had problems with the TV switching on by itself late evening that they also helped to resolve. The location is perfect: a couple of minutes’ walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town, and the river. You can reach everything on foot. We enjoyed the castle and river cruise best. Astronomical clock was clever but the old town square and bars felt a little touristy and aimed at groups with quite a few irish bars etc. Overall, Hotel Bookquet is ideal if you want something central, stylish, comfortable, and full of character. We’d happily stay again and recommend.

• mverb (4/5): Excellent emplacement mais ne vaut pas ses 5 étoiles (plutôt 3) - Très bon emplacement au centre ville proche de tout ce qu'il y avait à voir. Tout l'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est à l'écoute mais pas très efficace: il aura fallu répéter une demande pour qu'elle soit enfin exécutée. Très froid dans la chambre et la salle de bain: le chauffage était en panne, mais le personnel n'a rien dit (sauf quand je me suis plaint). Aucune bouteille d'eau gratuite ! C'est la moindre des choses dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, non ? 2 mini bouteilles de 5cl de savon : même pas moyen de se laver les cheveux avec si peu ! Petit-déjeuner ok, mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles où il faudrait plus de choix. La confiture n'est même pas dans des récipients individuels, mais seulement dans des soucoupes ! Bref, ce n'est pas digne d'une 5 étoiles mais plutôt équivalent à un bon 3 étoiles.

• Jože (10/5): Very pleased with this hotel. - We liked everything. The room was big (junior suite), very clean, modern toilet and shower, big TV, comfy bed, fast WiFi (not that this matters)... Breakfast was very good, no complaints there and the dining area outside in the middle court was very charming. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I'd also like to add, that whole hotel (reception, hallways, room) were exceptionally clean. I don't think i've ever seen a hotel clean as this one. Even the white walls looked like they were just freshly painted. Overall, very good experience and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. When we visit the Prague again, this will be the first hotel of choice. I have no complaints whatsoever.

• BEATRIZ (8/5): hotel muy bien situado, habitación y desayuno aceptable, aunque un poco corto para cinco estrellas. - La habitación de tamaño aceptable y muy limpia. El lobby muy bien decorado y cómodo. Tienes una fuente de agua con limón fresquita a tu disposición. La terraza exterior muy bonita aunque es una zona para fumadores, por lo que si quieres disfrutarla estarás rodeada de humo. Deberían habilitar una zona en esta terraza exterior para los que no fumamos que este ventilada y fuera de humo de tabaco. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Héctor de recepción. Hay dos salas para desayunar, una mas tranquila con chimenea y otra con luz exterior y con mesas mas grandes para familias. El desayuno bien, aunque le falta fruta, yogur y mas opción de panes. En cuanto a la habitación de tamaño aceptable, bien decorada y limpia, aunque el baño es demasiado pequeño y poco practico ya que la puerta de acceso limita el espacio interior, que ya de por si era muy pequeño. No había canales de TV españoles, sin embargo, sorprendentemente si de otras nacionalidades... Lo que no me gusto de la habitación fue que no había un armario donde colgar la ropa, hay instalado un burro en la entrada que no me perece ni estético ni practico y menos para un hotel de estas características.

• Nicole (9/5): Wenn wir noch einmal nach Prag kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier wieder übernachten !!! - Excellente Lage in Prag, die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Omelette, Rührereier etc. wurden frische zubereitet und am Tisch serviert. Wir können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Perfectly situated within walking distance of Prague’s major attractions, it offers both convenience and a sense of being well-placed within the city’s rhythm. Although my stay was brief, it left a lasting impression. Hotel Bookquet is a property I would return to without hesitation—and one I would confidently recommend to those who appreciate both design and genuine hospitality.

• Robert (10/5): Fantastiskt bra vistelse, som började på hotellet. - Vid incheckning var man uppmärksamma och såg att det var en födelsedag under vistelsen. Vi fick genast rummet uppgraderat. På födelsedagen blev det uppvaktning, under frukosten, med tårta och sång av personalen! Personalen har genomgående varit mycket vänliga, uppmärksamma och hjälpsamma! Sköna sängar och bra frukost, som innehöll det vi önskade. Hotellet har också ett bra läge nära centrum, utan att ligga i turiststråken. Lugnt och skönt. Vi är mer än nöjda! Vid nästa Pragresa kommer vi tillbaka!

• vancynancy (10/5): A+ stay in the Perfect Prague Spot - The hotel is so quaint and charming, with little corners and hideaways to relax in . Then the staff: from Matias, who knows his egg white omelettes at breakfast, to Max at the bar who will somehow find you in any of saird corners with your drink, to Iryna at the front desk is the only reason we ended up trying Parzival (Michelin star, and worth it). And Lena… I walked out with 12 pairs of Happy Socks, which says everything It was an all-around great experience, and there’s no better location to experience Prague.

Facility was perfectly located between the two most active shopping and activity centers within this beautiful city. Room was spacious and meticulously maintained. Any minor issues were rectified immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed this phase of our European vacation and this hotel and its amazing staff were a big part of the reason why. Thank you. Nothing. It was all good.

Good selection at breakfast. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the hotel is well positioned near to Charles Bridge.

I loved the interior decor and styling - I would definitely book again. Very limited food offering available outside of breakfast (which was great). However located so close to many eateries it wasn't a big issue.

All staff was very kind and polite, after checkout we could leave our bags there till our night flight. Our room window was facing an elevator. The coffee can be improved.
• thys81 (6/5): Poor service - The Booquet Hotel greets you with a very tasteful design and a warm welcome at the front desk. The location is excellent for exploring the sights of downtown Prague. Unfortunately, my room faced the street, so it was very noisy, and I didn’t get a restful night’s sleep. Room service barely met the minimum standards - the bedsheet wasn’t smoothed out, and the hair on the bathroom floor that had been there since I arrived wasn’t cleaned up. The showerhead was leaking, so some of the water sprayed upward. Breakfast seating is very limited, and I sat at a dirty table for about 15 minutes because the previous guests’ dishes hadn’t been cleared away - this was only done after I asked twice. Unfortunately, the initial positive impression couldn’t be maintained, and the hotel’s rating is not justified.

The complimentary fruit plate that arrived shortly after arriving in the room was a very thoughtful touch. The cleanliness, its location very close to the center, and the magnificent view from my room are the best features that I remember. Thank you!

W pokoju jest ekspres do kawy. Pojawiłem się w hotelu bardzo wcześnie i na moje słowa „wiem, że jestem za wcześnie…”, od razu usłyszałem „cieszę się, że Pan wie”. W hotelu o takim standardzie tak się nie mówi do gościa. Później jednak personel zachował się bardzo profesjonalnie i uprzejmie. Generalnie jest to miejsce, o którym pomyślę przy następnej podróży do Pragi
• Thomas (10/5): Wunderbar, jederzeit gerne wieder. - Wir hatten großes Glück und bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das hat uns den einmaligen Blick auf die Karlsbrücke und die Prager Burg beschert. Klasse. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Mir persönlich waren die Betten zu hart, was für andere sicher gut ist. Zur Frühstückszeit stehen etwas wenig Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung, was für uns kein größeres Problem war.

Be proud you have such good staff. - I liked that were we got our room on the 4fl with velux windows and no a/c working we were immediately moved to a junior suite, which also had no air con but lovely windows that opened., breakfast was hit and miss… selection was poor and no tables set no cutlery and the hot food at the deli was cold. The lady running the bar was lovely chatty and very welcoming.. The untrained waiting staff
