• Lukas (9/5): War wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. - Personal war sehr freundlich und Service orientiert. Lage ist perfekt. Espresso beim Frühstück sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet war ok. Die Zimmer sind typisch italienisch klein und das Bad eher älter.

Personal foarte placut si eficient.. *Receptia a fost foarte deschisa sa ne ajute sa schimbam camera zgomotoasa cu vedere la oras/bulevard cu una cu vedere spre curtea interioara (neinteresanta vedere) dar foarte linistita Camera cu fereastra la strada era zgomotoasa. Dar receptia ne-a ajutat sa o schimbam cu una cu vedere la curtea interioara. Trebuie sa alegi intre liniste si lipsa unei vederi spre oras.

Warunki bardzo dobre, czysto, personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania smaczne i ładnie podane. Lokalizacja świetna, bezpieczne otoczenie. Jestem bardzo zadowolona Nic takiego nie było.

Glass bottle collection at 5am, fireworks at 1am, traffic all night. Air con not working properly so very warm and unable to open the windows due to the noise.

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro e i principali punti di interesse della città. Camera pulita e ben tenuta, ambienti curati e accoglienti. Ho apprezzato molto anche la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e attento. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva: una soluzione che consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole soggiornare in centro a Napoli con praticità e comfort.

El ruido que había de un generador que era muy molesto especialmente al dormir, el calor en la habitación porque la calefacción estaba muy alta y el ruido por obras de un edificio colindante, que al quejarnos para pedir un cambio de habitación, nos dieron un poco de largas.

• Daria (9/5): Отличный небольшой отель для комфортного пребывания в Неаполе - При бронировании запросили ранее заселение и два номера рядом, т.к были с детьми. Отель подтвердил наш запрос и уже в 10 часов мы были в своем номере. Это было важно для нас, т.к. всю ночь мы были в дороге. Номер для детей был соседний, что тоже очень удобно. Персонал также помог с заказом такси в аэропорт и в день отъезда мы смогли прийти на завтрак до его начала, т.к мы улетали ранним рейсом. Это очень приятно. Персонал отеля очень заботливый и приветливый. В отеле подается вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Также можно отметить удобное месторасположение.

• Vladislav (10/5): - Snídaně byla skvělá. Měli také bezlaktózové mléko. Hotel je v historické části města. Většina památek je dostupná pěšky. Recepční poradil a na mapě ukázal některé památky. Pokoj byl velmi pěkný a přesně odpovídal naší rezervaci. Několikrát jsme využili nabídky hotelu na objednání taxi. Vždy přijelo do 3 minut za velmi rozumnou cenu.
