• Melanie (10/5): - Stayed at this hotel due to wanting to be nearby the Princess Grace Hospital due to Husband having surgery. Lovely & clean, great black out blind, very quiet & good Wifi. Receptionist was very accommodating and I felt very safe.

• Cynthia (3/5): False advertising - Nothing The hotel and rooms in the photos are not the hotel or room we got. The hotel in the photos is closed for renovation. We received no notice of this. We learned by a note posted on the door to go down the street. Reception and lobby were non existent. Room was very, very small and missing too many items to list. The staff apologized profusely but at the end of the day we did not get what we paid for. Nor any offer for a credit or reduction I. Our bill. This may well be our last ever booking through booking.com

• Ronja (9/5): - Sichere Lage, Nähe zur Metro, ruhig, sauber, das Zimmer über zwei Stockwerke würden wir wieder buchen.

Location is excellent, easy walk to Marylebone High Street, shops, pubs restaurants and transport links. The guy in reception was excellent. Room was really nice but a bit small. The shower was great once you got in, but is must be a challenge for people who are not fully fit.

There was a stain on the carpet, the light flickered in the bathroom, and the smoke alarm above the bed light was quite bright.
• Marta (9/5): Hotel con stanza molto comoda, con tutto il necessario, ripeterei al 100% - La stanza ha una distribuzione distinta dalle solite ma non manca nulla: una vasca da bagno grande con doccia, il letto è fantastico, con un materasso comodissimo e 4 cuscini diversi di modo da poter scegliere quello che più si adatta alle necessitá di ognuno. C'era una piccola scrivania con tutte le prese della corrente, comprese quelle europee, quindi non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno dell'adattatore. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Finestre enormi vista strada, molto tranquilla e senza rumori, di fianco alla via principale di Marylebone. 100% soddisfatta!

• Norman T B (8/5): For a one night stay it was very good overall with very helpful reception staff. - Nice Location for Oxford St. and Marble Arch and with the nearby Baker St. tube station, travel around London was easy. The room was functional and the bed very comfortable. With no breakfast or catering facilities in this hotel it is very parsimonious to provide just two tea bags. The same for coffee and milk. For the pennies it would cost, it would be more hospitable to provide more.

Hele vieze vloerbedekking. De voegen in de badkamervloer waren er half uit. Lelijke kitranden. Onduidelijke knoppen bij de douche waar geen warm of koud bij staat. Geen mengkraan bij de wastafel. Naar mijn idee was alles aan vervanging toe.
• pascale (8/5): gute lage freundliches personal, sehr sauber, schöne bettwäsche. - die lage ist super. mittendrin und doch ruhig. im bad nur eine sehr sehr hohe deckendusche, keine handdusche also absolut nicht geeignet für haare waschen. und meist kein heisses wasser - auch nach 10 minuten laufen lassen. nachts dafür fiel oft ein wasserstrahl in die badewanne und weckte mich. sehr kleine waschbecken, kaum möglich mich zu waschen (s.o.) ohne den boden zu verspritzen. ich hätte ausserdem gern ein bett mit anlehnmöglichkeiten.
