• Reischl (5/5): Im großen und ganzen war es schon in Ordnung. Lg. - Das Frühstück ist war wie immer gut sortiert und reichlich vorhanden. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr zum xten mal wieder. Die Dusche konnten wir leider nicht benutzen 🙈 da der Knopf nicht zu öffnen war.

• Christine (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert!! - Ruhige Lage und ganz nah am Westbahnhof. Mein Zimmer war relativ klein, aber sehr sauber und neue, moderne Einrichtung. Eine hübsche Karaffe mit Leitungswasser hat mich sehr erfreut! Einige sehr liebevoll gestaltete Details, dadurch habe ich mich willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gehen ganz auf die Gäste ein!! Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
• Laura (6/5): Convenient for traveling to and from Westbahnhof. Very good breakfats. - The breakfast buffet was very nice and had a large selection of things and even a pancake machine. The location is amazing for travelling from Westbahnhof. The hallways smelled like smoke and had old mismatched doors. The room was simple but had everything you need. The double-bed was two singles put together which was unfortunate because I stayed with my husband.

• cathrobin (9/5): Highly recommended for a visit to Vienna - The location of this hotel is exceptional. It is a few minutes from both the U-Bahn and several trams. It is possible to reach the centre of the city in fifteen minutes. Schoenbrunn Palace is a few minutes by tram. The area is pleasant. The room was very clean with daily servicing. There is a very good breakfast with lots of choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

• Silvia (9/5): Immer eine Freude - wie mein zweites Zuhause - Egal ob Lage, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit - habe in Wien bezogen auf diese Komponenten noch kein besseres Hotel gefunden - und werde auch nicht mehr suchen. Danke an all das liebevolle Personal - egal ob beim Frühstück, Reinigung, Rezeption oder Leitung. Für mich könnte die Matratze ein wenig härter sein - aber ich bin da kein Beispiel.

• Jessica (3/5): Lage gut, Hotel schlecht. - Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen bei dem die Fenster in einen Schacht mit Klimaanlage zeigten. Also kein Tageslicht und Lärm. Die Türfalle ins Hotelzimmer fiel andauernd weg, weil die Schrauben nicht mehr hielten.

• . (7/5): - Hotel na dopravním uzlu (vlak/metro/tram/bus), v okolí řada obchodů. Odhlučněný pokoj, s výjimkou hluku z chodby - staré dveře. Pokoj čistý, prošel částečnou rekonstrukcí koupelny a nábytku, ne postele. Příjemné posezení ve dvoře hotelu. Možnost kdykoliv a zdarma si dát kávu či čaj z automatu u recepce. Snídaně klasika, za 15 EUR drahá. Postel byla hodně nízko u podlahy, s velmi úzkým průchodem podél a zvláštně upevněnými el. zásuvkami na pelesti, ta byla odřená a nehezká. Personál rezervovaný, při oslovení pomohl. Od hotelu je do centra pěšky daleko.
