- Sergey (10/5): The charm of the Pantheon! - The view from the window of the Pantheon (a 2,000-year-old structure) is magical. The hotel staff is easily accessible and responds promptly (except at night) to WhatsApp messages. The lovely ladies at reception were very helpful. They recommended restaurants in the area (we went to Fortunato al Pantheon, the best pasta in Rome) and the Sant Eustachio coffee shop (the best coffee in the world). Thanks to the lovely lady at reception for showing us around. We had apartment 301. It was huge, with a kitchenette and two large bedrooms. The ceilings were high, and the room's design was calm, with authentic wooden beams. With the windows closed, the noise from the square was muted. The apartment has a large wine cabinet with a good selection. However, you have to request a key to open it. For some reason, they don't give you one automatically. And at night, when you want to enjoy a glass of wine with a view of a 2,000-year-old structure and the completely empty square in front of it, they won't give you one. Basically, it's a struggle for the key. A view like this from the window obliges you to drink expensive wine, and not disgusting mass-market drinks from the bar in mini-bottles.
- valerie (6/5): la situation etait magnifique, mais l'hotel pas à la hauteur - la situation de l'annexe est super vraiment face au panthéon. le personnel de l'hotel charmant. les photos étaient franchement trompeuses. le personnel etait charmant mais la chambre en dessous de tout. je ne comprend pas le tarif pratiqué digne d'un 5 etoiles. la terrasse et la vue ne justifie pas tout ! la salle de bain est microscopique ( moins de 4 M2 !) le lit minuscule et dur, reveillé par le bruit de la chambre d'a côté, décoration a refaire elle doit daté des années 50 !

- Peter (1/5): Ohne Worte - Nichts, da das Hotel meinen Aufenthalt einfach abgesagt und mich umgebucht hat – so kurzfristig, dass ich nichts anderes mehr buchen konnte zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Ich war aufgrund der einseitigen Stornierung nie dort. Das Hotel hatte zu – war aber buchbar … Trotz Buchung einer besseren Kategorie wurde ich nicht entschädigt. Das Ausweichhotel war sehr bemüht, preislich wäre es aber darunter gelegen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht vom Vorgehen des Hotels mit seinen Gästen.

We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a stunning view of the Pantheon, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with carrying our luggage even though our taxi had to stop quite far from the hotel, and they did the same for us again upon departure. Odamızda küçük bir balkon vardı ancak manzarası inanılmazdı. Gece ve gündüz Pantheon manzarasına bakmaya doyamadık:) Otele rezervasyon yaptığımız andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar tüm süreçte ekipteki tüm arkadaşlar çok yardımcıydı. Khrystyna bizi karşıladı. Tüm içtenliği ile tarzımıza uygun mekanlarda önerdi. Hepsi birbirinden güzeldi. Odaların temizliği de çok iyiydi. Tüm ekibe çok teşekkürler. Çatı katı olduğu için odamız az ışık alıyordu ve tavan yüksekliği azdı. Tek negatif yorum bunu yazabilirim:)

Nächtlicher Check-in trotz Umbau des Haupthauses problemlos über das 300m entfernte Schwesterhotel, Gepäck wurde auf's Zimmer gebracht. Alles in allem ein großartiger Aufenthalt.

- Neil (9/5): Will happily stay again. - Excellent hotel in an amazing location, a great base to explore the city, some great restaurants nearby, we booked a 2-bedroom suite which was immaculate and had very comfy beds, pillows and bedding, a very good standard, staff very attentive if needed, and the location is perfect overlooking the Pantheon. I'm a big guy, so for me, the showers were a little on the small side, but not a huge issue. Apart from that, everything was excellent and at a great price.

- EUNJI (10/5): 3번째 로마여행을 모두 함께한 완벽한 숙소! - 로마에 여행 갈 때마다 이용하는 숙소입니다. 당연 최고의 장점이라면 판테온 바로 앞에 위치하고 있다는 점! 그리고 주요 관광지를 도보로 모두 이용 가능하다는 점입니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고 치안도 좋아요! 내년에도 로마에 가게 되면 무조건 이 숙소로 예약할 겁니다! 개선점은 없습니다! 저에겐 너무 완벽한 숙소에요!

En recepción hablan español, son muy amables y te indican lo que necesites sobre transporte y restaurantes. Estás a 5 minutos andando de la Piazza de San Marco y 10 minutos de Rialto. Poca iluminación en el hotel en general y en el cuarto de baño en particular. A los baños les falta una reforma para actualizarlos un poco.

Pedimos 2 habitaciones porque viajábamos con nuestros hijos y las habitaciones estaban en edificios distintos, una en el mismo hotel y otra en un edificio cercano pero sin estar en el hotel. Cuando alguien que viaja pide 2 habitaciones las quiere por lo Menos en el mismo lugar.

- Corinne (9/5): Un très agréable séjour dans un hôtel très plaisant et magnifiquement situé. - L’hôtel ne pourrait être mieux situé, sur la place du Panthéon. La propreté et le confort sont parfaits. Le personnel très aimable et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel. Je ne pense pas que cela puisse être amélioré mais la taillée de la chambre était vraiment réduite. Il serait bon de l’indiquer sur le site pour pouvoir choisir la catégorie de la chambre en fonction de ce critère.
