• bharati (8/5): Perfect location. Tiny room. - There was no breakfast, so the question is pointless. Location was perfect. 10/10 for location. There was soap for the washbasin but no soap in the shower. The toilet-cum-shower was so tiny, there was no room to turn in the shower, and arms bumped against the washbasin and shower wall when sitting on the pot.

• Glen (8/5): Quiet, comfortable, very accomodating - fabulous location. - Location is brilliant, just next to the central train station. Separate rooms, nice and quiet. A little hard to find, is a an apartment inside a building with several B+Bs running but no signage on the door(s) for Alex. Buzz the main door intercom to contact staff and ask for detail of where to go.
• Natassa (1/5): - Convenient position, easy to commute at all sites in Rome. Noone waited for us, Noone answered dozens of calls. We received a mail with the details on how to access the room 90 minute's after our arrival in Italian language. A helpful stranger helped us. The room is filthy, in decay. No soap no shampoo. A man was sleeping on the common kitchen floor and the odour was unbearable . Fortunately he disappeared after 1 day. Mere disgrace

Letti comodi e quando ho richiesto un cuscino più adatto alle mie esigenze sono stata accontentata subito. Nonostante il pianterreno non si sono uditi rumori molesti di notte. DI fronte alla Caserma dei carabinieri. Camera piccola e bagno molto piccolo senza bidet e finestra. Almeno per quel che riguarda la nostra camera.

Alla prenotazione c'era la dicitura che con un supplemento si poteva avere la colazione e invece mi è stato detto che da tempo non si occupano della colazione. C'è un piccolo locale con frigo, micronde e bollitore se qualcuno vuole auto gestirsi. Un po' rumoroso. Sono stata svegliata in piena notte da persone che parlavano ad alta voce e anche la mattina presto già alle 6.45. Un po' cara come struttura per come si presenta.

Ubicación 100 de 10, el anfitrión muy cordial, nos ayudó con todas las indicaciones y estuvo 100% comunicado con nosotros, se pueden dejar las maletas guardadas ( con costo) pero es mas seguro. Limpieza total, instalaciones en muy buen estado, todo muy agradable, hay cocina para usar.

There are few power outages but no quick resolution from property management, every time it took more than 2 hours to restore. Cannot reach out to property management during any exigency. Also there are no cooking facilities but in the photo it is shared with cooking facilities available which is not correct.

• Liberati (5/5): - Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza alla stazione e, quindi, a tutti i mezzi per raggiungere ogni punto della città. Vanno rivisti gli interni. Vanno rivisti i bagni e la cucina e vanno rivisti soprattutto i materassi!!!!!!!!!Diciamo che la cifra pagata ( comprendo che il periodo era alto viste le festività) è stata un pochino fuori misura in paragone alla struttura.

• Maurizio (4/5): - La posizione, vicina alla stazione Le stanze sono passabili ma per un soggiorno breve e di passaggio, la notte si sente rumore ed è una zona calda in estate. Nella descrizione è specificato che aria condizionata e deposito bagaglio abbiamo un prezzo aggiuntivo ma non è specificato che l'aria costi 5 euro e per le valigie (anche solo zaini) si paghi 5 euro cadauno, questa cosa per messaggio non ci è stata detta chiaramente. Inoltre i bagni sono molto piccoli e non c'è nemmeno un minimo di bagnoschiuma. Non lo consiglio per niente visto che il prezzo è troppo per quello che offre.

• Chiara (9/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione è veramente eccezionale!! Comodo per tutti i mezzi pubblici, vicina alle attrazioni importanti e in una zona tranquilla. La stanza era accogliente e molto pulita, anche il bagno. Lo staff è stato gentile nell' accoglierci e disponibile. La stanza è perfetta per pochi giorni, non c è un piano d appoggio in stanza.
• Jessikah (7/5): Good - Staff were nice and we originally had a room with a shared bathroom but they upgraded us to a room with a bathroom due to a cancellation. The room was clean and they had a kitchen we could use. The area was a bit rough, the street is also very noise most of the time.

At 11pm at night a knock on the door requiring our identification and city tax. Not acceptable. Noisy location, very small bathroom.

• Jennifer (10/5): The room was comfy, complete, and safe, and the service was excellent. - Nader was wonderful! We arrived well past our scheduled time, and he was very patient, even when we got confused and went to the wrong place. He gave us good advice for places to eat and find coffee, etc., and was always close by if we needed anything. The room was had everything we needed and though we never used the kitchen, it was available for our use, and even had a refrigerator. The tax that was required to be paid in cash was exorbitant- 14€/day seems like highway robbery when we’d already paid for the room and fees. Apparently, with in the past year it has increased from under 3€ to the current 14€. Extortion!

• Peter (8/5): Perfect stay in Rome for a short stay - Good location. Good bed and comfy pillows. Clean. Small shared kitchenette with fridge, handy to have. Good communication with Nadir. Toilet seat didn't fit. Water temperature and pressure instable, nearly impossible to use at times.

• Saadati (4/5): Difficult for those who care about hygiene and saving money. - Nader was kind. The duvet cover did not fully enclose the blanket, which is not hygienic unless the blanket is washed after every guest. The bedspread should be washed after each guest, and cushions or towels should not be placed on an unwashed bedspread. The listing mentioned "bed and breakfast," but no breakfast was provided. The kitchen photo showed a stove, but the fourth floor, where we stayed, did not have one. There were only small handleless glasses. The kettle had a significant amount of limescale, affecting the water quality. The cabinets were full of leftover food from previous guests. A phone was placed in the hallway, ringing multiple times a day. The bathroom photo showed a bidet shower, but our room only had a bidet. The shower drain was clogged. The toilet paper should be stored in a sanitary holder; otherwise, it is unclear whether it is from the previous guest or a new one, as it also wasn’t sealed. The dressing table surface was not cleaned. Chair covers should be replaceable, but they were dirty. Guests also did not respect quiet hours. The hotel's name was not displayed at the location, so we wandered around for a while before accidentally finding it. If the door had not been opened for other guests, we might not have found it in time.

Difficulty when checking in, as there was no person in charge and I had to call a few times until I got an answer.
• Lucia (9/5): Wonderful room and great facilities. - The staff were kind and charming. They gave us very helpful advice for navigating the city, including the best nearby stores and ATMS. The communal kitchen was a great addition as it allowed us to cook our own breakfast and dinner at the accomodation and save money. I highly recommend for those trying not to spend too much money eating out. The accomodation is walking distance from most tourist attractions.

• Kristiin (6/5): Poor - I chose this hotel because of the location, close to Termini station. I stayed only 1 night as I arrived late and honestly I wouldn't want to stay there any longer either. The only great thing is the location and the staff. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was awful. When i flushed the toilet all the water from the toilet flushed all over the floor and made your feet soaking wet. The shower was right next to the toilet (there was no space to turn around) and it also made all the floor soaking wet. There was also LOT of noise, which made sleeping difficult. The place was also difficult to find.
• Anna (5/5): Passable - Fairly cheap for Rome, but overall not impressed with value. Bedding was clean, but shower could have been cleaner. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. We needed the window open for ventilation, but the noises from the street were insanely loud. We eventually closed the window and could still hear the noises a bit. Host said he would hold our bags for the day, but it was 5 euro per bag for the day. We put our bags in a bag storage nearby and saved money. Our third guest couldn't make it due to flight delay but he still made us pay for his portion of tourist tax. We regretted not paying more for more comfort and better location and amenities.

• Laura (1/5): I do not recommend this room, terrible experience. - It was beside the main central station and with easy access to bus and metro. Very cold bedroom (heating available only if you pay more), very poor bathroom with terrible shower and terrible water pressure and with broker doors of the shower. The room is not isolated at all, you can hear all the noise around and from other rooms. The staff was really not friendly!
• Stuart (7/5): Good appart from initial difficulties and late night noise. - Access to a small kitchen, proximity to transport and food. the owner was helpful (once contacted) providing good local knowledge and useful suggestions about sightseeing. Difficult to find the property, owner was difficult to contact. Noise was an issue as guests often arrived very late and the owner was very loud in checking them in. Bathroom was cramped but everything was clean and worked.
