Louis LEUNG (6/5): Great location for shopping, unfortunately apartments are run down and not very clean - Great location in the centre of the shopping district of Bukit Bintang. Easy underground or covered access to Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang etc.. We changed apartments 1 day into our trip. The apartment we were assigned was dirty, old, very run down. Owner was kind to switch us to another apartment. It was a much better one, but overall still very old and run down (wobbly shelves, hard to open cabinets, old burned pans and pots, mugs with stains, old bedding, dirty AC, old curtains, uncomfortable sofa etc...) Cleanliness is highly questionable and items included in the property were not available (i.e microwave) You also have to go through 2 different lifts that are not airconditioned and very cramped with people to access the apartments.

Sylvain (1/5): - Complained on day one arriving at property, l complained on Booking.com . My complaint fell on death ears . I reiterated that the said apartment hasn’t been maintained for a VERY LONGTIME . After talking recording as evidence of the said apartment how DISGUSTING the place is n quote I left never did stay a minute longer than necessary. In between I complain on Booking.com. received an email saying that you booking.com is trying to mediate with the owner . My reply was no you booking.com has to this sorted with myself n then you (booking) get this scam sorted with the owner. WAS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING. Never been maintained. Another email from the owner through yourselves that I should have requested for the the place to be cleaned . The cleaning in questions would quote over 3 months or more to have the said apartment in an acceptable condition to received paying guess. ANOTHER EMAIL FROM YOURSELVES THAT STATED ALL YOU DO IS TO UPLOAD WHAT THE PARTNERS ( OWNERS) GIVING TO YOURSELVES AND UPLOADING ON YOUR BOOKING.COM PLATFORM.?!!

Some part of the rooms need to repair such as bathroom window and bedroom wall socket also need to fix as all our phone charger damage after using the socket.kitchen cabinet need to fix and hope they clean the kitchen and the utensils need to provide the nice one

Car (3/5): Could be better - We received videos on direction to the place and that was extremely helpful as the place can be confusing. Timely responses via WhatsApp. The guard outside of the glass door to the apartment was friendly and gave clear instruction and explaination. Toilet's basin is leaking and mattresses were left aside without proper cover or bedsheet. The mailbox were full of flyers, brochures and letters; it wasn't a first good impression when we arrive to retrieve the door card and keys.

Lawrence (5/5): Book two rooms at Sarah lodge. - Room is big and spacious. Book 2 rooms but only got one at 2pm.Another one got it at 4.30pm after calling for a few times.Room not ready per schedule.
Jaaranah (7/5): A cosy place with very strategic shopping location - This has a best location so far, in the heart of Bukit Bintang, minutes walk pavilion and lots of shop lots. I suggest that the apartment needs new airconditioning units in both rooms, install shower curtain, new mugs perhaps, porcelain is better, a mirror in the room or living room and the bed need mattress protectors, i can feel the springs.
Thomas (6/5): - The good - location is excellent and you’re right in the centre of the action. Communication was great with instructions on how to access the property which you will need as it isn’t straight forward. The pool is nice enough. The bad: the actual room we had wasn’t great in that it was kinda run down and needs some maintenance. The bathroom was not present at all but did have hot water. We had to supply our own toilet paper, shampoo but they did have towels and clean linen. Tv worked but screen was damaged. Has a working washing machine and fridge.

Most places that we wanted to go are within walking distance requested for extension hours and wanted to pay because we are to leave airport by 330pm and the check out time was at noon. but was not available and we have to pay $15 for each bag if we were to keep at the reception on the 5th floor.

When enter the house has bad smell like massage oil and mix others smell. Dirty toilet floor with fungus. Water pressure for shower too slow. Curtain not clean. Not worth it price ( the price offer include cleaning services but inside house overall dissatisfaction). The house keeper not do cleaning and not prepare well toiletries.House Keeper or person to incharge ( not local people) Not appear when customer to check in.

Nicholas (1/5): Horrible do not ever consider this place or properties run by this owner - Only the location. Unprofessional behaviour by the property owner. In order to accommodate our stay, due to a double booking, she booked another unit in the same building and passed it off as hers, and lied to us that we would have to move on the second day to another unit due to plumbing issues. While we agreed to move this inconvenienced us as we had travel plans and request for us to move was at a moment’s notice despite giving us a time period to move. In the end they moved our bags by themselves without our permission, even though we instructed them not to do so and wait for us to return. After moving as we did not hand back the access cards for the first unit because we were not instructed to and the helper who passed us the key to the second unit did not ask for them either, we went about our day only to be interrupted again as we now had to return the access cards. However we wanted to return them later at night and the property owner threatened to kick us out of the property because we are not willing to cooperate for their convenience despite her lies at the beginning causing this whole issue. In the end we stayed back at the hotel room on the last night in fear of being evicted should we leave the room.

Amir (4/5): disappointed - The property location very strategic. The staff is very friendly but the homestay condition is very old-fashioned. The air conditioning is not functioning well and water is leaking from the air conditioner. We have informed the staff but no service has been done until we check out.
Pg (9/5): great and awesome - great location and great deal.. all interesting and shopping mall just nearby,, all in waking distance .. i just walk to klcc from apartment and around bukit bintang area. very satisfy. i like to stay here again maybe some traffic or some sort of it during peak hour but yes we still can waking for shopping enjoying the scene

Non working TV, WiFi passwords was wrong, only one bathroom and that's inside the main bedroom, the listing said there's parking but maybe next time say there's PAID parking so we understand clearly as parking was very expensive.

Jean (7/5): Spacious and convenient place to stay - The location, the furnitures and the size of the unit. The apartment is huge and the beds provided were more than adequate. The kitchen was well stock with plates and mugs. The induction stove, the water kettle, the microwave and the fridge were all in good working condition. The lack of maintenance and the run down conditions of the bathroom, doors, power outlet and the air conditioners. The bathroom doors are rotten and the bedroom’s doors can’t close properly. The entire bathroom’s floor is a slip hazard as there is no separation between the shower and the toilet. Towels are plenty but they are old and fraying. The kitchen counter top, microwave and stove were oily and were not clean properly.
Verified traveler (6/5): The towelsbeddings in the room smells cockroach. - We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not acceptable. I demand an explanation and a refund voucher due to my bad experience during check in. I have been a loyal customer and always support hotel.com and felt so dissapointed.

Dewi (8/5): Our November holiday trip! - Location was smack at bukit bintang. Very near to shopping location. Wifi connectivity was good. Sarah (owner) very responsive towards our queries. Hamzah ( assistant) also responsive when we told the stove not working. They provided a new one, however when we told the microwave not working, no action was taken. The aircon is blasting. The toilet floor is not very clean & very slippery. We had to buy slippers so that it will not be so slippery. The floor feels slimmy. We even sprayed clorox but it did not worked as no toilet brush.The beds are abit itchy. We had to spray mozzy spray.
