• Louise (2/5): Het was een prettig verblijf, totdat je je borg niet terugkrijgt (zonder een goede reden). - Ik heb een prettig verblijf gehad, totdat ik thuis kwam. Je probeert na te genieten van de leuke trip maar in plaats daarvan kom je met de koude kermis thuis. Na twee maanden heb ik namelijk nog steeds mijn borg van 60 euro niet teruggestort gekregen. Het lijkt de medewerkers van het hotel ook niets te schelen, want de enige reacties die je krijgt op de gestuurde e-mails is dat de reservering goed geregistreerd staat. Terwijl het daar niet om gaat, want ik was al lang en breed thuis. Het gaat om de borg, wat overigens erg duidelijk in de e-mails vermeld staat (zowel in het Engels als in het Frans). Om die reden raad ik dit hotel niet aan.

Le matelas. L’espace très accueillant du rez de chaussée. Chambre vraiment exigue pour 200€/nuit. Le manque d’insonorisation entre la chambre et le couloir. L’espace sous la porte qui laisse passer la lumière du couloir. Le miroir de la salle de bain situé trop loin devant le lavabo pour pouvoir se maquiller. Le bruit de fond de la bouche d’aération, impossible de dormir sans bouchons d’oreilles (clim sur off).

• Minna (8/5): - Erinomainen aamiainen ja hyvä sijainti rauhallisessa kaupunginosassa. Lähistöllä monta metroasemaa. Olimme varanneet huoneen kolmelle hengelle, mutta vuoteet, pyyhkeet ym. oli mitoitettu vain kahdelle. Meidän täytyi aina muistuttaa kolmannen henkilön tarvitsemista tavaroista. Ne kuitenkin toimitettiin aina nopeasti, kun pyysimme.

• Joanna (9/5): Friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable and good value for money - This is a lovely hotel in a handy location, on a quiet side street just a short walk from the Marais and very close to a Metro station (Breguet-Sabin) on a direct line (Line 5) from the Gare du Nord. The staff were super-friendly and helpful; the breakfast was really excellent, with lots of choice, including fresh fruit juices, yogurt, nuts and other healthy stuff as well as savoury things (eggs, bacon, sausages etc) and pastries/croissants. The rooms are not large, but they are perfectly fine and the beds are comfortable. There's a little courtyard garden, where we had a drink in the early evening (including a free welcome drink, which included a very nice cocktail). Everything was very clean, well-managed and efficient. I would stay here again. The hotel bar is pretty noisy at night (loud music and/or events like salsa night); we couldn't hear it in our room, but it meant we couldn't have a drink and a chat there in the evenings as we couldn't hear ourselves! But there were other guests there enjoying the music, so it suits some and not others.

Everything that one can imagine and wish for in the morning. Coffee was very nice and available at all times as well as cold bottled water free of charge (even though that Paris tap water is safe for consumption). The location is perfect, metro and bus stops right around the corner. Everything was great, no remarks

• Susan (5/5): This hotel is fine for a weekend but any longer the cost cutting start to get annoying. Having to down stairs for coffee - Staff are amazing they are truly 5 star. Noisy. If you go to breakfast at peak time you don’t stand a chance of finding cutlery, a mug, a working coffee machine or hot food.
• Ole (10/5): Vi blev overvældet over hvad dette hotel kan ! - Vi kunne faktisk lide alt ved hotellet, og blev meget positivt overrasket over den service og kompetence der mødte os gennem hele opholdet. I receptionen sørgede Gladys for en meget imødekommende modtagelse, og efterfølgende var der kun lutter smil og can-do-attityde. Dette sted fortjener 6 ud af 5 stjerner ! Der er altså bare ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, og medarbejderne gik rundt og tilbød specialiteter. Og om aftenen var personalet i baren venlige og imødekommende. Så vi kan ikke fremhæve noget negativt overhovedet.

It’s fairly well located to make lots of places walkable. The breakfast was great, the staff couldn’t do enough for make sure I had a great stay. The room I had was so nice and although hotel pillows are always a bit uncomfortable, I slept well!! No notes!!!

Mas tiveram dificuldades em encontrar a reserva pois receberam o segundo nome e sobrenomes com um - O hotel é bem localizado e possui muitas comodidades, como espaço de coworking. Também cuidaram das malas após o checkout para permitir um último passeio. O bar faz um pouco de barulho até certo horário, então é melhor para lazer do que descanso.

• lmntoronto (2/5): Third time and last time staying here - This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel and wow was I disappointed. The staff used to be lovely but they were completely rude. Check in was a disaster and took way too long. I wasn’t notified when my room was ready. For what it’s worth, I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and they didn’t offer any of the perks you’re supposed to get. They don’t have plug adapters but they’ll sell you one at a markup of 12 euros so don’t forget yours! Rooms are very basic. The nice staff used to make up for it but they don’t work here anymore. Also don’t show up during happy hour - good luck getting anyone to pay attention to you.

• Teresa (5/5): The hotel was good if you were staying for one night but for any longer and you had 2 suitcases you had to live out of o - The location was really good with the metro close by The room was so small. Our suitcases we had to lie out on the floor because no wardrobe and only 4 coat hangers on a small bar fixed to the wall. There were no shelves to put anything on so everything was on the floor. We were stepping over everything to even get to the mirror, even the bedside cabinet was a tin barrel so once again no storage space. The breakfast was good but constantly having to ask for things like cutlery and was constantly running out of food and took ages for it to be filled up.

• Mauro (8/5): Estadia agradável em boa localização apesar do quarto com dimensão modesta. - Ótimo pequeno almoço com uma grande variedade. Boa localização com acesso próximo a duas linhas de metro principais. Os funcionários do hotel são acolhedores e o hotel tem um ambiente agradável e descontraído. As áreas comuns são ótimas. O tamanho dos quartos é modesto, poderá comprometer a funcionalidade, por exemplo, local onde colocar as malas ou a roupa.

• Gabor (7/5): Für einen Kurztripp super. - Das Frühstück war gut, es gab für jeden etwas. Die Lage ist "etwas außerhalb", aber Metrostationen sind in der Nähe. Gut ist, dass das Hotel ein Parkhaus hat. Aber die Parkplätze sind sehr klein! Im Zimmer haben Bügel gefehlt. Man konnt leider nicht viel aufhängen, obwohl Haken o.ä. vorhanden gewesen wären.

• Hannah (9/5): Book the Moxy! - Hotel was spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere and easily accessible to the Metro if you’re wanting to go further afield. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood felt safe at night. Free water bottles in the room and complimentary hot drinks downstairs. Other reviews talk about the rooms being small - ours was on the smaller side but walking past rooms that were being cleaned, some rooms are bigger, I suspect you just pay slightly more for it. It really didn’t bother us though. We loved our stay at the Moxy There is air con in the room but we found it a bit warm overnight despite turning the temperature down. As soon as we opened the window we were a perfect temperature.
