Camas boas, chuveiro dentro da banheira (aparentemente é comum na argentina). Área de recreação ok. Há uma bela piscina aquecida e uma boa sauna seca. Conseguimos a liberação do quarto antes do previsto, o que foi ótimo. Funcionários da recepção cordiais, auxiliaram em ajustes nos passeios de última hora. Café da manhã bem aquém comparado ao porte do hotel. Pouca oferta de frutas/ alimentos frescos. Restaurante com valores altos (similares aos do centro) porém com qualidade muito inferior. Só vale a pena no dia muito cansativo... para não precisar sair para jantar. Localização já sabida que era longe (15-20min) andando do centro... porém com uma subida no trecho final perto do hotel.

Para mi gusto hacía mucho calor en los pasillos y la habitación y no tienen aire. Permanecí con la ventana abierta pero porque estaba en primer piso. En planta baja no se si dejaría abierta la ventana toda la noche. Es super seguro igual. El desayuno podría ser mucho mejor. Estaba bien. La ubicación me gusta. Estuvo todo muy bien.

No pude hacerme masajes porque no reservé con tiempo. Pero todo muy bien El gym es algo que pueden mejorar, poner unas pesas un poco más pesadas también. También pueden dejar una plantilla para que uno pueda anotarse para los masajes

- Vanesa (7/5): Caro para lo que ofrece - Es un lindo hotel , preciosa piscina , sólo que es carisimo para lo que ofrece. El desayuno cumple , pero es acotado comparado con hoteles de 4 estrellas. Para la tarifa que cobran debería ser all inclusive. No hay relación precio/calidad. Para ir a la piscina tenes que atravesar el restaurante ... El sauna está en una planta distinta a la piscina, escondido atrás del gimnasio. No hay personal en el área para pedir esa información. O sea tenes que adivinar o acercarte hasta la recepción para averiguar dónde encontrarlo. Nadie te ayuda con el equipaje , el lobby parece perfecto, pero para lo que se paga faltaría un botones .

Les chambres sont en enfilades dans un couloir qui donne directement sur le lobby et le restaurant… il n’y a aucune porte ce qui rend la chose TRÈS TRÈS BRUYANTE…

- craigsY5487NR (6/5): Not a great choice - Lobby is fine but the rest of this place is tired and needs a big facelift on the 2nd floor where the rooms and dining is located. Rooms are small, not particularly clean, and the bed is mediocre. Breakfast is not great nor are the folks serving it. Location not ideal as it’s outside of town and uphill past some not so great looking stuff. Would recommend staying closer to town. Also no AC and while this is a place that doesn’t really need it, we were there when it was hot. Also, they advertise a gym which is anything but with very old and non functioning equipment and does not open until 10am, which makes no sense when most guests are leaving on daily excursions and may want to exercise first.

- Mariano (6/5): Precios elevadísimos para una experiencia "promedio" - Es un hotel bien ubicado Reservé una habitación familiar para tres personas y nos asignaron una habitación con solo dos camas, ambas de tamaño bastante reducido, lo que resultó incómodo. El desayuno fue bastante limitado, con pocas opciones y calidad mejorable. Teniendo en cuenta que el hotel maneja tarifas a nivel internacional, comparables con hoteles de categoría superior, la relación precio-calidad no está a la altura y la experiencia no justifica el valor que se paga.

Sound insulation is a bit poor, was noisy but not during strange hours. Internet was sporadic, which might not matter to some people. I was doing some remote work and it was occasionally frustrating.

O café da manhã é bem variado mas tem pouca opção de alimentação mais saudável. Apesar de não ser longe da cidade leva-se cerca de 15 minutos caminhando até o centro.

The location was close to downtown but still you needed a car which we luckily had a rental. It would have been nice if the hotel provides a shuttle to downtown. The hotel looked fancy on the surface but awfully cheep for the guest’s convenience. No free water bottle provided. The bed and specially the pillows were old and bumpy. The toilet paper holder was broken and even when we told them it was not fixed. The quality of their breakfast was terrible, cheap. We had to go to a coffee shop to eat breakfast even though the price of the breakfast was included in the hotel). The ongoing construction on this property was not helping either.

Fizemos refeições no restaurante do hotel e gostamos, ele é uma ótima opção após um dia longo de passeios. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de pães. O quarto possui apenas aquecimento, então no verão pode não ficar muito fresco à noite caso queira manter a janela fechada.

La ubicación de la habitación (2101) pegada a la sala de máquinas y muy cerca del restaurante ( se escuchaban ruidos ) , respecto al desayuno debería haber un poco más de variedad de comida saludable . Almohadas y colchones muy duros e incómodos .

- Julija (7/5): A hotel with a fantastic location and real potential, but in need of upgrades - A fantastic location within walking distance of the centre. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we had a great night’s sleep. The staff was accommodating and nice. Unfortunately, the hotel feels somewhat outdated in terms of quality rather than décor, as the plumbing in particular seems rather old. The walls are very thin, so conversations in the hallway are easily heard. Considering this is a 4-star hotel with a swimming pool, it was surprising that robes and slippers are only provided when booking a suite. Access to the pool is also quite awkward, as guests have to walk through the restaurant while others may be having lunch or dinner. There is a gym, but it consists of cardio equipment only. After my in-laws ordered a Pavlova dessert in the hotel restaurant that was so stale it had to be sent back, we decided not to dine at the hotel during our stay. Housekeeping was generally fine; however, in our room the cups were not emptied for several days after we had tea. Breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special, and could definitely benefit from better options.

- Camelia (9/5): Lovely hotel with gorgeously hot swimming pool - The hotel is imposing, old style and charming. Loved the hot swimming pool especially after a day on the glaciers. The breakfast had a poor selection, mostly sweet stuff. Food was not a highlight of the hotel, which is such a pity when infrastructure is there. While the hotel is not central, the short walk to town did not bother us, but could be an issue in the rainy days.

Chuveiro não suporta alta temporada, com agua quente intermitente desligando por cerca de 2-3 min. Restaurante do hotel caro para a qualidade baixa que entrega, comparativamente aos demais estabelecimentos da cidade. Filet de frango grelhado seco e sem acompanhamento ~ R$100,00
- Argiros Portillo (9/5): Excelente - Nos gustó mucho, es tal cual lo que se describe, tanto las instalaciones como el servicio, calidad/precio excelente. Importante destacar que la limpieza muy bien. El desayuno completo y rico, empieza temprano, si tenés excursiones muy temprano igual podés alcanzar a desayunar. Al centro del calafate hay unos 10-15 minutos caminando.
