• jamila (5/5): Jammer - Enigste voordeel was dat het een kwartiertje lopen is naar de eiffeltoren. Kamer als de badkamer was super klein, wasbak lekte alle kanten. Het ontbijt was echt niet 3 sterren hotel waardig. Croissant en chocolade broodjes kwamen in banan dozen binnen. Eieren waren gepeld en droog net als het beleg.

• Ramseier (6/5): Es war okey für einen Kurztripp, aber fehlte an allen Ecken div Sachen um ein gutes 3.Sternehotel zu sein. - Die Lage war super! Das Bett war bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich! Die Dusche, war viel zu klein! Geputzt war nur oberflächlich. Im Bad waren überall spritzer vom Putzmittel, auch unten am Lavabobecken, unter dem Bett & überall in den Ecken war es fest staubig. Das Frühstück war dürftig. Gipfeli wurden nicht nachgepacken, mehr Auswahl (ca. 2-3 Sorten von allem mehr).

Gli ambienti sono sacrificatissimi ( doccia da incubo ), la colazione che propongono a pagamento è di livello basso per il costo, e il check in alle 16:00 sicuramente non è un conforto. Il personale molto distaccato e poco affidabile.

• Horacio (10/5): - Excelente ubicación centrica, a pasos de la Torre Eiffel, del metro que con combinaciones te lleva a cualquier parte de Paris con un pase de 24hr andas todo el día. El hotel es limpio, comodo y con esmerada atencion.
• axhel (7/5): - Mi estancia en Campanile PRIME - Paris 15 Tour Eiffel fue muy buena en general. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ideal para moverse fácilmente por la ciudad y cerca de varios puntos de interés. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, haciendo la experiencia aún más agradable. La habitación estaba limpia, bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Todo funcionaba correctamente y se notaba el buen mantenimiento del lugar. Como punto a considerar, el espacio de la habitación es bastante reducido, algo común en París, y puede resultar un poco complicado si viajas con maletas grandes, ya que no hay mucho espacio para acomodarlas.

• Lou nis (9/5): - L'emplacement a 2 pas de la Tour Eiffel ,proximité des commerces. Tres petite chambre mais fonctionnelle pour un court séjour.
• Manini (7/5): - La struttura e in una buona posizione, vicinissima alla metropolitana Ben Hachim, alla Torre Eiffel, al Trocadero. Vicino ci sono vsri sipermercati e il fiume Senna. La struttura era pulita e cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno. La stanza era pulita. Lo staff non era molto accogliente, si relazionava con il cliente solo per l'indispensabile. Neppure salutava quando entravi in hotel. Le stanze erano molto piccole, soprattutto il bagno e la doccia. La stanza era molto calda e molto rumorosa perche si sentiva aprire e chiudere le porte delle altre stanze. Anche l'ascensore era piccolo e la sala per la colazione eranocpiccole

Además, el ruido procedente de las habitaciones colindantes era constante, lo que hizo imposible descansar adecuadamente. Durante nuestra estancia no disponíamos de agua caliente, y el establecimiento fue incapaz de resolver el problema con agilidad. No se nos ofreció una solución alternativa hasta pasada 24h de la primera reclamación, momento en el que finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación a las 23h del día siguiente cuando volvimos de todo el día haciendo turismo por la ciudad. El de recepción recibió la queja como si fuese nueva… A pesar de esta situación claramente insatisfactoria, cuando solicitamos como compensación poder salir un par de horas más tarde, nos indicaron que suponía un coste adicional, lo cual resulta totalmente inapropiado dadas las circunstancias. Para empeorar la experiencia, el alojamiento no respondió en ningún momento a nuestras comunicaciones a través de Booking, que era el canal oficial disponible. Por todo ello, trasladaré esta situación a Booking para solicitar una compensación, ya que actúan como intermediarios y deben garantizar unos estándares mínimos de calidad en los alojamientos que ofrecen.

Overall the staff is so charming, super helpful, 1st time in Paris, this was a perfect spot to be in a great street. I think a little pocket guide about laundry services, haircut, supermarkets etc that are around the corner can help everyone coming in.

Das Zimmer war außerordentlich klein und wurde schon an einigen Stellen eher unprofessionell ausgebessert. Das Frühstück war leider eine Katastrophe. 1,5h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit gab es oft kein Brot mehr und auch die Wurst- und Käseplatten wurden nicht wieder aufgefüllt.
• Jorge Alberto (5/5): UNA GRAN DECEPCIÓN!!! - El desayuno era variado y abundante si lo tomas antes de las 7:30 de la mañana, ya que despues era escaso y era consumido por los pasajeros. La Habitación era muy pequeña, el baño diminuto y en la ducha no te podrías mover, al punto de que di se te caía el jabon no lo podía levantar. Para que limpien la habitación había que pedirlo y aún así solo cambian las toallas y hacian la cama; sin barrer y sin limpiar el baño. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad!!!!!
