Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μαγαζιά της Κηφισιάς με τα πόδια και γενικά εύκολη μετακίνηση και σε άλλες περιοχές της Αθήνας καθώς δεν μπλέκεις με το κέντρο. Πολύ Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Καλό πρωινό τίμιο. Για σύντομη διαμονή είναι ότι πρέπει μια ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια θα ήταν χρήσιμη

• Karine (9/5): Très bien - Très bel hôtel, très bel emplacement, très beaux équipements (2 piscines intérieure et extérieure, spa, salle de fitness..), chambres spacieuses confortables, belle literie, bon rapport qualité prix et surtout un accueil et une équipe adorable et très professionnelle, toujours prêt à aider et trouver une solution Le coin spa est super agréable et les massages très bons L’hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement: (la poignée de ma fenêtre était cassée donc je ne pouvais pas ouvrir ou fermer ma fenêtre complètement) C’est un hôtel très pris donc le sommeil peut être perturbé par les mariages dans la salle du bas ou les groupes de touristes au même étage mais le personnel a toujours été très aidant et a toujours essayé de trouver des solutions. Je recommande cet hôtel

• Vasiliki (4/5): Average and dissapointing. - Location is very central to Kifisia market which is great. The staff at breakfast was very polite and the juice maker was the highlight of my morning. The hotel lacks adequate soundproofing. There was constant and disruptive noise in my room originating from the lobby and surrounding areas. On a daily basis, I was compelled to move the fire extinguisher that was being used to keep a glass door open, in order to close it and create a workable environment in my room. This is unacceptable. The parking arrangement was also misrepresented. I was informed of a different setup, however the actual parking was located at a considerable distance. On two occasions, I attempted to use the underground parking facility, which requires access via a car elevator, and no staff were available to provide guidance or assistance. The gym facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. Notably, the glass on the gym door— which did not close properly—was cracked, posing a clear safety and occupational hazard. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff repeatedly failed to respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign. They entered my room regardless and, when addressed, claimed not to understand. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guest privacy. There appears to be no clear cleaning schedule, nor any consistent adherence to basic privacy standards.

• Paris (7/5): Disappointing but great location - Great location, the staff was super nice and the drivers were fantastic. You have to pay extra to use the spa, which is crazy to me!! They should share that! The bed was old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not really up to 5 star standards… They don’t allow you to get delivery food and the dinner I had from the restaurant was 9 euros for a ham and cheese sandwich and chips…

Το πολιτισμένο περιβάλλον, αναμενόμενο για ένα τέτοιο κατάλυμα, η Κηφισιά γενικότερα, που τυχαίνει και όμορφη να είναι και κοντά στο σπίτι της μεγάλης κόρης μου Θα μπορούσε να γίνει μία μίνι ανακαίνιση και θα μπορούσε στο πρωινό να περιλαμβάνεται ελέυθερη επιλογή καφέδων

Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, είχαμε ένα θέμα με το τηλέφωνο του ντους και δεν έπεφτε νερό, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και μέσα σε 5 λεπτά μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Χρειάζεται σίγουρα ανακαίνιση, το πρωινό πολύ βασικό για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο. Νόστιμο αλλά λιτό.

• Evelianna (9/5): - Ειναι ομορφο ξενοδοχειο σε κεντρικο σημειο της Κηφισιας. Το προσωπικο ευγενικο & ευχαριστο και το δωματιο μεγαλο και καθαρο. Το μπανιο ευρυχωρο κ επισης καθαρο με μικρα ωραια πραγματα τυπου καπελακι μπανιου και beauty kit. Επισης εχει πολυ καλο κλιματισμο και θερμανση. Το στρωμα ηταν καπως σκληρο & η τηλεοραση παλια. Οι κουρτινες ειχαν κενα μεταξυ τους με αποτελεσμα να μπαινει αρκετο φως στο δωματιο και να σε ξυπνα απο πολυ νωρις. Το νερακι απο το mini bar χρεωνεται κατι που δεν με βρισκει συμφωνη καθως παντα το ποσιμο νερο σε ολα τα ξενοδοχεια παρεχεται.
