Muy contentos con nuestra estancia! - La ubicación cercana a varios tipos de transporte público (metro, tren, bus...), supermercados cerca que abrían hasta tarde, personal muy simpático y educado, zona segura, hotel seguro, habitación limpia, amplia y cómoda. El baño es bastante pequeño y si te tocan vecinos ruidosos se escucua bastante, en nuestro caso nada de esto fue un problema, pudimos usar el baño sin problemas (eramos 3 personas en la habitación) y descansar muy bien.

- Nicolas (3/5): - Bon accueil de la part du réceptionniste de l'hôtel en face Se faire crier dessus et raccrocher au nez par le réceptionniste parce qu'il ne comprend pas votre question pourtant évidente. L'exiguité de la chambre et du lit, presque oppressante. Pas de micro-ondes. Rapport qualité/prix des plus médiocres.

- Dalla torre (5/5): - La ubicación está bien, cerca del metro. El hotel no describe en ninguna parte que el check in se debe hacer en otro hotel ubicado un poco más adelante. El Problema e aquel cuando estás con equipaje y tiene que ir de un lado al otro es fastidioso y incómodo para el huésped. Podrían mejorar el higiene total de la habitación. Se escucha todo entre habitaciones. Por el precio se espera otra cosa.

- Stefanie (8/5): Very nice! Cosy with a lovely patio and view! Thank you! - The location was amazing. Only a 2 or so minute walk from the metro which was incredibly useful!! And though we didn’t use it, there was a tram stop on the other side of the road of the metro which would be wonderful if anyone needed to use it to get around! The patio area with a street and city view was wonderful in the evenings and mornings when we had breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was smaller than expected and though the shower pressure was good and there was hot water, the space of the shower was a bit small and I’m only 5”4 and quite slim and could barely move! But that’s something we looked past :)

- Guillaume (7/5): Hôtel très simple avec un bon rapport qualité/prix pour une nuit de transit entre deux trains. - Petit hôtel "sans prétention", bien situé entre deux gares de Milan. Facilement accessible en transports en commun. Chambre simple et propre Chauffage en route à fond que nous n'avons pas pu arrêter ou diminuer. Du coup les fenêtres ouvertes nous ont bien fait profiter du bruit de la nuit milanaise.... Pas de proposition de petit déjeuner

- Alessandra (10/5): - Struttura accogliente,pulita, ben riscaldata, cordialità dei receptionist C’erano alcuni ragazzi di altre stanze che probabilmente per l’euforia di essere in viaggio strillavano anche di notte. Ma questo dipende dalla gente e dalla loro mancanza di rispetto, nulla da dire riguardo la struttura e al personale.

- Christian (5/5): Es war plausibel aber ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen. - Der Empfang, das Personal und die Lage haben uns gefallen. Auch die Terrasse war gut und grösser als das Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett alt und wacklig. Im Badezimmer konnte man sich kaum bewegen und die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig.

- Nicola (10/5): - Stanza con dotazione essenziale ma funzionante, personale gentile alla reception come sempre. Posizione ottima. Alcuni ospiti fumano allegramente nelle stanze e si sente l'odore di fumo raggiungere i corridoi, il fatto che la reception sia presso l'hotel Vienna forse inventiva i fumatori temerari. Comunque la nostra stanza era ok.

- Paolo (6/5): Piacevole soggiorno in quel di Lambrate… - Reception presidiata h24. Lo staff accompagna gli ospiti per presentare la camera e fornire tutte le indicazioni utili. Intero appartamento monolocale, molto ampio rispetto ad una camera. L’appartamento era ben arredato e pulito, con tutti i servizi e gli elettrodomestici in dotazione (lavatrice, piano di cottura ad induzione, forno classico ed a microonde). Perfettamente abitabile. Bagno ampio e con l’antebagno e boiler scalda acqua autonomo. La porta disponeva di ben due serrature di sicurezza. Temperatura gradevole. Posizione centralissima nel cuore del quartiere Lambrate, molto vicino alla stazione dei treni FS e Metro. Molti locali nelle vicinanze dove poter ristorarsi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La reception non è all’interno dello hotel ma nella struttura di fronte (Hotel Vienna). L’hotel è di fatto un palazzo convertito in cui alcuni appartamenti sono affittati alla stregua di camere. Non ci sono servizi aggiuntivi )ristorante, zona fitness, area Wellness, Tassa di soggiorno pagabile solo in contanti. Letto con materasso non comodissimo (preferisco gommapiume più rigide) e ricavato da un divano-letto. Mancava un bollitore (almeno non l’ho trovato). Non mi pare di aver visto telefoni per contattare la reception.

Pas de réception,Pas de couette ,et Une forte odeur de produit nettoyant imprégnait la couverture et les draps
- francesco (4/5): - La metropolitana e la stazione ferroviaria di Lambrate sono molto vicine. Buona pulizia. Prezzi, per Milano, relativamente contenuti. Mi sono svegliato in mezzo alla notte per il freddo, perché il riscaldamento era stato spento. Non c'era nessuna coperta aggiuntiva. Il letto era piuttosto scomodo. La reception in realtà è in un'altra struttura dall'altra parte della strada. Camera molto rumorosa perché l'isolamento è inesistente (ma questo è anche responsabilità di chi pernotta). Per un tre stelle il livello mi sembra un po' basso.
