La posizione non è centralissima ma è in una zona molto tranquilla, residenziale e a pochi minuti da pullman e fermata di metro.

Breakfast was good. A small coffee room on each floor where you could drink coffee, water, and Nescafe at any time. Breakfast was good, but could have been better, with more variety, especially with foods and snacks specific to Spain.

- Banu (10/5): Super sauberes und ansprechendes Hotel in sehr guter Lage und besten Betten - Alles. Die Lage war super. Aus dem Hotel raus links 2-3 min die Straße hoch bis zur nächsten Kreuzung ist direkt die Metro Station. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist direkt eine Bäckerei, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite 1 min entfernt ein Supermarkt. Um die Ecke eine Apotheke. Das Hotel ist super sauber. Ich habe in keinem Hotel solch gemütliche Betten gehabt. Das Zimmer war zur Straße ausgerichtet und es war nicht laut. Das Bad auch sehr modern und neu. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die 24 Stunden Rezeption war ein Pluspunkt. Ich wurde leider krank und lag 2 Tage flach im Zimmer. Ich habe nach einem Late Check out gefragt und sie wurde direkt ohne Zusatzgebühren bestätigt. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen und auch jedem empfehlen.

La stanza standard, molto molto piccola, è abbastanza vecchia. Muri con carta da parati scrostata. Bagno vecchissimo, senza nemmeno lo scopino per il WC e non fornito di asciugamani per il bidet. Nessuna dotazione di accessori vari (tipica di un quattro stelle). Diciamo che non sembrava un quattro stelle.

- Daniel (8/5): - Spacious room with refrigerator, espresso machine and water bottle that could be filled up at the water stations provided by the hotel. Bed was quite large and comfortable which made for an excellent nights sleep. Area not overly touristy, but area was quiet and peaceful. Older building and the bathroom had an odd smell. Although in a quiet area, it is some distance from the main attractions, so allow about 30 mins by metro.

The window in my room at the 8th floor could be open without any security measures (not safe when travel with children). Breakfast buffet was very small, limited choice. Plus, coffee machine kept running out of water and staff was too busy to refill in time, so long waiting time.

Me dejaron unos bombones de detalle al llegar y como justo coincidió con San Valentín, me dejaron unos bombones también en forma de corazón. Agua en la habitación, cafetera y cápsulas de café. No faltaba detalle. En la misma planta había un pequeño cuarto con barra libre de agua, agua con gas, café, infusiones... Además el último día pude dejar las maletas en la consigna. Una estancia de 10.

We arrived with my son at 9:30am, and they accommodated us immediately!!!! SHOCK!!!! Anyone who has used a hotel in Spain knows that this is a mirage. Thank you! And for the corner in the hallway on the floor for coffee, water and tea - Applause!!! You were Great!
