Ronan (7/5): Would Recommend - Friendly at the desk. Ivan took care of our checkin, we arrived early however he checked for availability that allowed us an early checkin that also included a free upgrade. Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower was good. Pool area service very good, staff were overall very friendly. Breakfast spread very good, including fried, cereals, fruit ect. The restaurant also serves very good food. Overall there was a very relaxed atmosphere around the hotel. The hotel is located close to a metro station that you can use to easily navigate barcelona. Finally they offered a complimentary lift from airport on arrival. There was an alarm the sounded on the first night however the staff were on the ball and fixed it. The rest was small things: They have a policy against taking outside food into the hotel. The wifi was also quite poor.

SUNNY (6/5): Ok,for a Short Stay - • The room included a complimentary mini fridge setup with 4 water bottles (500 ml), 1 Red Bull, 1 beer, and 1 Coke. Items were refilled daily only if consumed, so it’s worth using or carrying them out each day to receive the refill. • Ensure to place to the ‘Make My Room’ tag outside the door for Daily housekeeping to be done on a daily basis. • The main double bed was comfortable, and big. • The air conditioning worked well, although the room heats up during the day due to direct sunlight, which reduces the cooling effect. • Breakfast buffet had a decent spread with five juice options and three types of cocktail sausages, fruits, pancake, cereals, vegetables, tea, coffee, etc. There was no live egg station, but the sunny side up and boiled eggs were served warm. No omelets, but the Spanish omelets was good. The bread when toasted came out warm and soft. • Although we initially booked without breakfast, we were offered forcefully a discounted rate at check in (€17 per adult and €13 per child per day). And we were given the room only after 3pm to check-in. • The Barcelona Touristic Bus stop is right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. • Diagonal Mar Shopping Mall is just a short walk away and offers a food court and many dining options. • Tram and public buses pass nearby, though we did not use them. • Room service menu is very limited, especially late at night. When we ordered, the staff member insisted on payment before placing the tray inside the room and pushed the tip options on the card machine, which felt uncomfortable and not in line with the service level expected from a 4 star hotel. They charged us additional as city tax than what was originally mentioned in the booking, • The family room layout is triangular, located at the pointed corner of the building, resulting in an awkward room shape & limited usable space. The balcony had no table or chairs. But, we saw other balconies with table and 2 chairs when walking towards the room from the lift. • When requested a room change, they said all family rooms are located in the same triangular corner on all floors. • The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The middle section protruded upward, the head area was too low, and it made considerable noise. Had to use the cushions as pillows also, and was difficult to sleep. • With sofa bed opened and luggage placed close to the bed, there is very limited walking space, which is challenging with young children. • The cupboard, small desk, and chair are placed right next to the entry and the open sink area. • The open cupboard has only a small lower shelf for a single sided suitcase, not a double sided one. • No kettle provided. We were told to use the coffee machine for hot water. • Only 2 sachets each of coffee, white sugar, brown sugar, and infused tea were provided. • No black tea or English breakfast tea in the room. Reception said they only provide infused teas since that is what they drink in Spain and that black tea must be ordered. • The toilet and bathroom are very small, with a magnetic lock. No hooks to hang clothes or towels inside the toilet and the bathroom. • The toilet door opens very close to the sink counter, so it’s difficult to enter comfortably. • The sink tap is fixed in the center and extends outward, making it awkward to wash your face or brush as it does not move sideways. • The lighting is positioned above the sink, not very ideal to shave and groom. • The TV is mounted on the pointed wall side of the room, making it difficult to view from the bed, sofa, or desk. • No side tables near the sofa/sofa bed, so there’s no convenient place to keep charging devices. Side tables were next to the double bed.

Sarah (9/5): Excellent choice. Will be back - The two pools are incredible - especially the views from the 23rd floor. The bookcase lounge area is a lovely touch, and the spaces for early check-in/late departure are really thoughtful. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Breakfast was excellent - the warm bread alone is worth it. Beautiful, chic aesthetic and a spacious restaurant. Location is second to none. Highly recommend. Breakfast was just okay. the meats could do with being served warmer. Rooms were comfortable. Minor gripes in an otherwise great stay. Would still recommend.

Desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron maravillosos, y el ambiente era fantástico. Mi Rolex y otras cosas importantes estaban dentro de mi habitación, pero las mantuvieron a salvo. Sinceramente, fue una estancia terrible. Un agradecimiento especial a la recepcionista Alexzendra, que fue increíble. A pesar del problema del aparcamiento, que es complicado, me ayudaron. Un hotel increíble. pavlina.en (9/5): - Měli jsem krásný výhled z pokoje. Minibar v ceně denně doplňován. Hezký bazén na střeše. Ideální poloha i přes rekonstrukci blízko pláže. Na kole ji máte za 5 minut přejetou a už jste na nejlepších plážích města. Město e extrémě příjemné pro kola a chodce. MHD také v pořádku. Taxi a doprava autem tam je dosti obtížná a zdlouhavá. Kdo může ať jezdí na kole, opravdu to stojí za to. Některý nábytek byl již lehce opotřebován. Snídaně byla docela drahá. Chtěli jsem si objednat jídlo na pokoj, ale linka byla stále obsazená.

511bevb (2/5): Disappointing - Plus: Good location for transport links to anywhere Fabulous views over the city and sea Two pools and nice reception areas. Cons: Rooms not practical- no door to toilet from bedroom, hanging lamp a hazard, lighting poor, limited storage and lack of hooks in bathroom. Fire alarm went off two out of three nights - one night twice, giving us a fright! No apology. Room not cleaned day 1 when we got back about 4pm to get ready to go out. They did turn up but it was not convenient then. Next day room cleaned but water not replenished. We returned about 10.30 pm and asked at reception for water - too late? Had to buy at bar!! €5!

Staff was not accomodaties the request at the time of Booking for a Quiet room. A lost object was misrouted to the wrong Guest in their system. Breakfast was not varied.
paulsK3109KK (10/5): Great stay - Stayed at this wondeful hotel from 07/05/26 until 11/05/26 had a Great stay rooms were lovey and clean staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely lots of variety, location was great tube station is a 5 minutes walk away also just 10 minutes your on the beach we tended to walk into Barcelona main city most days along the beach about 40 minute walk would stay again this is our 5th time in Barcelona thanks Hotel Princess for a lovely city break.
Gloria (8/5): Piacevole e rilassante. - Vista bellissima sulla città avendo una camera al piano 23, vicinanza al mare e al centro congressi, piscina, ambiente lussuoso. Bar sempre aperto, cibo buono, personale gentile. Doccia non ben sigillata, lavandino che non scaricava.
