- Elena (1/5): Great location, but poor crisis management and zero accountability from the hotel. - We have stayed at this hotel twice and appreciate its excellent location. However, during our most recent stay, early in the morning there was a sewage pipe failure affecting our room. There was no staff available to assist us at the time. A replacement room was only provided in the afternoon, leaving us without usable accommodation for the majority of the day. When we contacted the hotel afterwards to resolve the issue, they did not respond. Booking.com had to intervene on our behalf, as the hotel also ignored their attempts to contact them. The location is great, but the lack of response and accountability from the hotel management is something future guests should be aware of

- Isabel (4/5): Mucho que mejorar - La ubicación Las instalaciones. El baño estaba descuidado, sucio (azulejos, suelo, etc) se notaba que tenía una pasadita y toalla limpias y ya. La ducha resultaba desagradable en el estado en que estaba, la cortina, colcha de cama, cojín de la silla, etc indicaba que se limitaban a cambiar sábanas y toallas (espero) y poco mas, porque la cortina de ducha era blanca por arriba y amarilla por abajo. Así que la relación calidad -precio en general era mala. Desayuno como tal no está incluido, dejan una cafetera en la habitación con cápsulas, te y unos croissants embolsados y ya.

- Tessa (4/5): Hospital bed-thin walls. Not the best stay. - Good location Room 26 has an old hospital bed. There was two mattresses and I had to take the top one off and slept on the floor. It was comfortable then but they need to replace this entire bed. Also, they don’t knock on the doors before entering to clean. I had to stop them from coming in on me, wasn’t impressed on that. Walls are thin, can hear everything in next room.

Une chambre relativement spacieuses. Dans l’ensemble globalement propre mais quelques détails pas incroyable comme le fond de la cuvette des toilettes pleins de tartre marron, de la poussière dans la salle de bain et la salle de bain pas pratique car à chaque douche c’est l’inondation car pommeau fixé en hauteur et rideau pas très propre qui colle. Il manquait un bonnet de bain avec se système.

Even though we said we don't speak Italian, she only spoke to us in Italian, not English. They didn't even respond to the email I sent before our arrival. They didn't change the towels. There was no hot water for showering. We are very dissatisfied with this accommodation.

- Valentina (1/5): Salvatevi voi che potete!! - L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione super centrale Le camere erano vecchie e sporche, piene di umidità, il letto affondava sotto il materasso, il bagno la parte peggiore della stanza: la doccia aveva la classica tendina anni 50 piena zeppa di muffa e sporcizia, pezzi di muro che cadevano a pezzi. Nella reception inoltre un odore persistente e terribile di muffa misto a sudore, la receptionist assolutamente non competente e assunta nom si sa per quali motivi, non è stata in grado di aiutarci con niente neanche con una nostra banale richiesta sul parcheggio, lei non sapeva mai nulla e l’unica cosa che ci rispondeva era “devo chiedere al capo” (mai visto). La colazione decantata online sono due brioche confezionate e dei tramezzini lasciati nel frigo forse dall’anteguerra. Prezzo assolutamente SPROPOSITATO per questa bettola spacciata come bnb NON VENITE MA NEANCHE PER SBAGLIO!!

La receptionist è stata cordiale e ha cercato di risolvere i vari problemi riscontrati cambiando la camera e risolvendo il problema del riscaldamento. Pulizia pessima. Bagno e lenzuola sporche. Colazione indecente già pronta in camera per la mattina seguente (allego foto). Nonostante mi abbiano cambiato la camera non ho risolto il problema e ho pagato 150€ per una camera che non mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Nos incluían desayuno, pero me enviaron una dirección donde el desayuno parecía más completo, y la verdad es que me alegré. Cuando pasé por recepción para preguntar cómo llegar, me dijeron que no, que el desayuno era el que había en la habitación. Entonces, cuando se vende algo así, debería indicarse claramente que el desayuno es en la habitación y no fuera, como me lo habían comunicado. El desayuno consistía únicamente en un croissant y un zumo de tetrabrik, además de otro de leche. No había té.

- Leela (3/5): Perfect location, staff need to communicate with visitors. - Location was in walking distance of everything. Staff don’t not speak English, we have to figure out things for ourselves. Breakfast was horrible, store bought prepackaged croissants. Bed covers was old.
- Camila (4/5): Muy mala experiencia - Realmente nada nos gusto, no habia buena organización ni era un buen lugar, no me parece pagar lo que pagamos para lo que ofrecieron Sinceramente no fue una buena experiencia, para iniciar, el desayuno eran productos envasados, nada de cosas frescas del dia, te dejaban “croissant” de vaya uno a saber de qué día eran, así como también “las tostadas”, te decían que podías tomar cappuccino pero sólo tenían expresso, el check out era a las 13.30 según la app, pero nos enteramos la noche anterior que era hasta las 11. La limpieza la hicieron a las 5 de la tarde y como si fuera poco me desaparecieron productos de maquillaje que había dejado en un neceser cerrado. Realmente no lo recomiendo

- eşmebaşı (2/5): Uzun süre kaldık ve konumu hariç memnun kalmadık… - Sadece konumunu beğendik. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde Çok pisti, yataklar berbattı, giderler düzenli çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı kuruvasan, yoğurt ve kahveden ibaret, yoğun bi küf kokusu geliyor, eşyalar çok eski, otelin konumu çok güzel ancak çok iyi bir tadilattan geçmesi gerekiyor. Ses yalıtımı hiç yok. Yan odada birisi horlasa duyulacak kadar. Resepsiyondaki kadın yardımcı olmaya çalışsa da hiçbir şekilde eksikler tamamlanamıyor. Konumu çok güzel olmasına rağmen bu kadar bakımsız olması çok şaşırttı beni. Bu konumda asla toplu taşıma kullanmadan her yeri gezebilirsiniz ama sırf bunun için kalınır mı koskoca bir soru işareti?

- Martina (5/5): Sceglierei questo posto solo e unicamente per la posizione, ma per null’altro - La struttura è in una posizione perfetta, vicino alla fontana di trevi e al pantheon. Comoda se devi spostarti con la metro e con il bus perché hai tutto molto vicino. Inizialmente quando siamo arrivati, avremmo dovuto pagare una notte aggiuntiva, inserita in un secondo momento e concordata su booking. Il prezzo prestabilito tramite messaggio non corrispondeva a quello che poi ci è stato richiesto, però abbiamo poi trovato la soluzione a tutto. La camera, era molto diversa da quella che mostrata nelle foto. Non ci sono finestre, se non una molto piccola infondo alla camera. In bagno oltre a non esserci appunto la finestra non è presente un sistema per il ricircolo dell’aria.. la doccia aveva un getto veramente forte d’acqua tanto da non rimanere attaccato al suo supporto di ferro e quindi anche la doccia era molto scomoda. La colazione era “inclusa”. Per inclusa solitamente ci si aspetta un buffet o comunque un tipo di servizio un po’ più organizzato, perché in questo caso la nostra colazione inclusa comprende due cornetti confezionati, due pacchetti di fette biscottate confezionate, the, caffè, due marmellate confezionate e due bottiglie d’acqua A PAGAMENTO, tutto già presente in camera al nostro arrivo. Insomma, non proprio il tipico di servizio che ci aspettavamo, visto anche il costo abbastanza alto. La signora tuttavia è stata molto carina e gentile con noi.
- Sergey (10/5): - Отличное местоположение, в шаговой доступности фонтан де Треви, площадь Испании и станция метро Барберини (не говоря уже о дворце — он в двух шагах). Неподалеку — вилла Боргезе. Приветливые хозяева, уютный номер. Всем рекомендую.

When we complained about the lack of breakfast and the accommodation being terribly dirty, they moved us to another accommodation which was even worse. Now, when Booking is asking for a refund for me and my friend, they are not answering the calls at all. Horrible, avoid this accommodation worst experience ever. So, the accommodation is dirty, the staff is unprofessional. There is no breakfast at all and they sell it as if it is included in the price. When we complained about the lack of breakfast and the accommodation being terribly dirty, they moved us to another accommodation which was even worse. Now, when Booking is asking for a refund for me and my friend, they are not answering the calls at all. Horrible, avoid this accommodation
- Gabriela (4/5): - The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but this place needs a deep cleaning, the bathroom is just so disgustingly dirty. There was mold all over the place, the shower curtain was just green and black of mold. The toilet has not been cleaned with any products for a very long time. The bedsheets in the room smelled like they had not been washed! Disaster. I feel bad for the lady at the front desk, because she was really nice, but they need to improve the cleaning.

- Mrpeirup (4/5): Three stars? Not even close. - Breakfast was a joke: one vacuum-packed croissant, a yogurt if you were lucky, and no juice after day one. The rooms felt dark and claustrophobic, unlike the photos. For a so-called three-star hotel, this was far below standard. Definitely not a place we’d return to.
- Esther (8/5): - Clean room, friendly staff. Only thing we didn't like was that we were struggling to open the bathroom door. It's a sliding door and it was getting hooked in.

- Huma (2/5): - This location was very difficult to find. The building is not labeled and looks nothing like what was pictured. The floor creeked a lot in the room was not spacey at all. Found bugs in the bathtub and ants all over the floor. Let the receptionist know, but she was rude about it and tried to clean up all the bugs and say it was nothing. Honestly dreaded coming back to this room at the end of the day. Not very luxury at all!
- Hans Kloet (5/5): Gezien wat we moesten zien oa. dankzij de service van Booking.com - De ligging. Trevifontein, Spaanse trappen, Colosseum, Rome Termini alles op loopafstand. Dichtste metrostation op 300 meter ideaal om het Vaticaan te bezoeken. Oudbollig hotel en zeer slordig. Alles op de kamer wat los kon zitten zat los bv zaken om iets aan op te hangen, de afstandsbediening zat met plakkers aan elkaar enz. enz. Ontbijt was op de kamer op twee wankele stoeltjes aan een soort burootje. Bij aankomst lagen er twee verpakte croissants, een paar verpakte toastjes, twee bekertjes yoghurt en twee dubieuze fruitsapjes in de koelkast. De volgende dagen werden die met moeite aangevuld na veel vragen en soms werd dat vergeten. Toen we vertrokken kregen we alles wat ontbrak ineens voorgeschoteld. Roomservice is een onbekend begrip bij die mensen. De benaming Luxury Rooms dateert waarschijnlijk uit de tijd van de Romeinse Republiek of het Keizerrijk. Vreemd was wel dat ze driemaal vroegen om een gunstige review.
