There was no cot or sofa to accommodate the third person, nor were there three pillows or even three towels until we asked. Given that bookings specifically require you to declare the number of occupants, this was surprising.

The location was convenient to go to central tokyo locations and within walking distance to Tokyo dome city. The hotel was close to the center but very quiet for a good night's sleep. I didn't try the hotel breakfast because I always woke up late. However, there is a supermarket downstairs of the hotel. It's called Healthy Living & Social Market. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the sushi and sashimi. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.

The area is very walkable, with easy access to many major attractions. The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the breakfast buffet was the best partâespecially the delicious apple vinegar juice. Great service! Iâd love to return!

- Tara (10/5): - This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Japan, and it set the bar really high. After a very long day of travel, we had the easiest check in ever. The front desk person even gave my daughter a little welcome gift. The room was a little small but that was expected, and it was clean and had everything we needed. This hotel is fairly close to Iidabashi station, about a ten minute walk. There are also some cool areas that arenât as touristy around here, including a beautiful garden and a beautiful neighbourhood know as âthe Paris of Tokyoâ. If you are looking to be right in the middle of the action, this isnât the place for you, however all the well known areas arenât too far. We went to Akihabara and Asakusa while at this hotel and the train ride wasnât too long at all. Overall, a really great start to our trip!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet retreat for home base - Those looking for the hustle and bustle of Tokyo should not stay here because this is a nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located next to a supermarket within a five minute walk to the metro station. Itâs perfect for us because we prefer staying with locals than tourist. The room is very comfortable and clean and came with pajamas and a hot kettle, so we could enjoy our mornings with coffee and tea. Itâs also a 15 minute walk to Tokyo Dome. We canât wait to come back and stay here again.

- Xiaohui (10/5): - We stayed five nights at this hotel, the location is convenient to metro stations, restaurants and convenient stores. We really liked the cleaniess and the modern look of it. Overall we feel very safe. With young children, we usually get back to the hotel pretty early, just this one night we got back around 11pm after visiting the Disneyland, we saw a bunch of guys surrounding around the hotel entrace, i didnt feel comfortable about it, but overall, we will stay here again if we ever travel to tokyo. Oh best of all, i like the laundromat they have.

- dmconn1 (10/5): Clean and Modern - The hotel room was very clean and well appointed for its size. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Although we did not purchase the breakfast plan, we ended up buying the buffet each morning we were there as it offered a variety of food that was prepared nicely. Just like the front desk staff, the employees were very friendly and they maintained a clean restaurant. The view was nice also. My only negative was the location for a first time tourist. I did not book the hotel but would have preferred something closer to more of the shopping and restaurants. This seemed to be marketed towards more business travelers. It was close to the train station though.

One of the counterstaff came out and helped us, cleaned everything up and even made a makeshift bag just in case he threw up on the ride to our next destination. The place was clean and perfect. - Verified traveler (4/5): Very small rooms, management not helpful - Rooms extremely small. We were 3 in one room and barely had room to move or sit or place our luggages. Reservation was for 2 adult and 1 eleven year old and all they had in the room was 2 single twin beds!! We asked for role in bed or mattress, they didnât hav any! We asked to help us to make it work and manager said only option is to take another room at that nightâs rate! We had to combine the beds and sleep all of us like sardines. It was tight and uncomfortable manager was useless. And they donât speak English so made communication very difficult.
