• LEE (3/5): - 담배 냄새가 너무 납니다. 너무 심합니다. 환불 요구했지만 방 청소 해준다고만 하고 거절 당했습니다. 그런데 청소해도 잠시일 뿐 다시 담배 냄새가 납니다. 마지막 날 쯤엔 폐 건강이 나빠진 게 느껴질 정도로 불편했고 기침을 심하게 했습니다. 담배 냄새는 미리 알 수가 없으니 예약했는데, 내내 담배 냄새가 너무 지독해서 너무 힘들었습니다. 이런 숙소는 처음 겪습니다. 금연 건물인데도 담배를 누가 계속 피우는 건지, 아마도 담배 냄새가 벽에 찌들은 것 같습니다. 환기해도 소용 없습니다. 방 바닥에는 담배로 지져진 자국이 가득하고, 호텔 전체적으로 위생 상태도 나빴습니다.

• Tek Jin (9/5): Value for Money Hotel in Taipei Residential Neighborhood - Budget hotel located near Sanchong MRT station. Hotel surrounding is full of restaurants, shops and even a decathlon store. Having stayed here previously, this time around the hotel rooms appear a lot cleaner and organized. Nothing in particular.

• Emiel (6/5): Overal a very affordable budget hotel with some less-than-desirable quirks regarding cleanliness - All included breakfast, jacuzzi, double bedroom and the great price: 150 for four nights The mould-like smell in the bedroom. One night a very foul stench started emanating from the bathroom drains.

• 子甯 (1/5): 第一次入住那麼差的商旅 - 入住時櫃台問要不要加錢升等房間，會大一點有陽台也會比較安靜。升等之後發現房間很爛，天花板能看到空調管線，牆邊有壁癌，浴室門角腐爛，塑膠浴缸底部裂開，窗簾很髒，地板衛生也沒有打掃好。一開始我選擇接受，因參加附近活動很晚才定的房，但凌晨1點多還能聽到附近房的聊天嬉笑聲就很無語。退房前看到同伴的房間比我們的好，床更大擺放也合理（就是原本預定房照片中的那樣），瞬間覺得被前台誤認為是來開房的客人就超不爽。所以我加價的意義是？標明商務旅館才選擇的，但不知是哪一個環節被誤認...

• Wilma (1/5): 濃厚煙味的砲房 - 櫃檯人員很友善 早餐有得吃 因為沒看評價所以訂了房間，原來就是砲房。出入都是一些奇妙的人，房間煙味超重，櫃檯人員很友善，幫我換了房間，但一開空調煙味又飄進來，廁所如果沒開通風水管的味道也超臭，總之這次被嚇死了，下次我會認真看評價再訂房的🫠

• fabio (1/5): Stay away. - I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves a clear warning. I booked 5 nights at Hotel Walker in Taipei and paid in full in advance through Booking.com. Upon arrival, the situation was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite expectations of a clean environment. It felt neglected and far below any reasonable standard for a hotel stay. Because of this, I decided to check out the next day. I was not asking for a full refund—I was willing to pay for an extra night and simply adjust the remaining dates through Booking.com. The hotel refused, citing their “policy” and claiming that because the rate was discounted, no changes or refunds were possible. In the end, I paid $136 USD for 2 nights (effectively just 1 night used) in what is honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve encountered in Taipei. This is not about the money. It’s about transparency. Future guests should be aware of both the poor conditions and the complete lack of flexibility or customer consideration.
