• Erin (6/5): Unexpected - Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool. Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly. Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.
• Latina (10/5): - I love this hotel. This was actually my first hotel that I stayed while visiting Thailand for my birthday trip. I came in late, but they were very accommodating with making sure that I had all the information I needed to check in the room was very nice and clean. They also had me birthday flowers on my bed when I got to my room that was so special and just a great start to my birthday trip the next day they gave me a birthday cake with a birthday drink it was so special staff was so kind. They let me keep my luggage at the hotel until I was going to check into my new hotel. Everything was great. I appreciate the love that the staff showed me it really meant a lot to me🙏🥹❤️

• CrystalPower (6/5): Lovely Florist - Isara Boutique Hotel and Cafe has a unique and charming entrance through a florist which immediately sets a stylish, almost whimsical tone. However, once inside, the experience is a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was internal with no windows which made it feel quite stuffy upon returning from outside. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too soft. The bathroom layout was awkward and poorly designed forcing you to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower area also needed more attention to cleanliness as I found a lot of leftover hair. Additionally, the towels were quite dingy which detracted from the overall feel of the space. On the plus side, the hotel offers a complimentary area with hot drinks and unlimited snacks which is a nice touch. However, there is no safe in the room and I found it frustrating that you could not flush tissue down the toilet. In the evenings the hotel seems to manage itself which might be a downside for those who prefer a staffed reception. Overall, this hotel is good for a short stay if you do not mind some quirks. It has charm but the design flaws and lack of attention to detail in certain areas hold it back from being truly great.

• ROULA-THANOS (8/5): NICE PLACE IN PHUKTE TOWN - NO FRILLS BUT DOES THE JOB - Nice place to be in Phuket town. In a quiet street at the Heart of Phuket town, Room was nice with extra beds, good size and cleans. Breakfast / coffee you could order in the cafe underneath. The pool was under renovation at the time of our stay,. It is a no frill room but come in budget and do the job.

• Maria fe (6/5): - There was no elevator to the second floor and had to carry our luggages up. The shower wouldn’t drain, and we had to call the front desk. She fixed it but it still reeked of sewer. The shower was also rusty and not in good condition.

• SFranGx (8/5): Pleasant stay - We stayed at Isara for just one night as we flew into Phuket, although the pictures aren’t what the rooms are like in real life, it was still a decent night stay with good communication regarding check in etc from managers, friendly staff, aircon and clean rooms- well equipped too. The only downside is the shower smelt bad like sulphur when turned on. Other than that it was a pretty place to stay Expecially for the price! Thank you for having us 🌺🌸

• Sumay (6/5): - Property very old, tiny room and washroom. Connect seat on toilet, knees hit the wall. Uncomfortable two people be in washroom nor room size for two people. No water pressure in the shower and noise coming from circulation pump running all night long.

• Romanee (10/5): Privat villa - The villa we stayed in was a cozy spot for two, tucked away in a quiet backyard, offering a peaceful retreat. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The place was a bit over-decorated with unnecessary items like empty books, which felt pointless. The toilet lid was visibly dirty, and I would recommend the hotel consider using more hygienic alternatives for their bins. The living room sofa, designed like festival seating with space for bottles on either side, felt out of place and poorly positioned. The carpet didn’t belong either, as it just collected dust and didn’t seem properly cleaned. There were also some areas that appeared unfinished, with minor damages here and there. Despite these shortcomings, we had a decent stay for the days we were there.

• Celine (8/5): - Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel direkt in Phuket Old Town. Sehr nettes Personal und schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Lobby ist ein Café mit einem Blumenladen - sehr ausgefallen und doch so schön! Das Frühstück war etwas speziell - wer kein thailändisches Frühstück mag, sollte lieber darauf verzichten (English-Breakfast Fehlanzeige). Uns hat es jedoch gut geschmeckt! Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel für einen kurzen Besuch in Phuket Old Town weiterempfehlen!
• William (8/5): - This is a nice Botique hotel in Phuket old town. It has a florist shop and little Koi pond in the diminutive lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee shops available after 8:00am. Original Thai breakfast across the street at 7:00am. Easy walking to the center of town.

Breakfast was pre-packed, cold, authentic Thai breakfast. No buffet or options to choose from. We were provided with cold noodles which were inedible and soggy sweet treats. There were no other options. No hot drinks were provided. Hotel met up to its expectations but breakfast did not.

We love entering through the beautiful little flower shop and getting an espresso before heading up to the room. There was efficient air conditioning and for a budget option, This is the place.

• Angela (8/5): Sehr guter Service - Ich habe das Hotel nur für den Tag gebucht um etwas vor dem Rückflug zu schlafen, da mein Hotel keinen late check out anbieten konnte. Pavina war sehr hilfreich mit der Organisation der Transporte und konnte organisieren, dass ich früh genug in mein Zimmer kam. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber es war einigermaßen sauber, der TV war neu.

• LAMitchell (10/5): Great proximity to shops and Sunday Market - Great small guest house close to all of the shops and the Sunday market. We stayed here for 2 nights and picked the hotel for its nice rooms and proximity to the Sunday Market. The rooms are spacious and ours had a small outdoor balcony with a table and chairs with outdoor shower and bath. The only issue with the room was nowhere to store anything. There is a small, half height rail with 2 hangers, and that's it. No drawers anywhere to store any clothes. There are no coffee making facilities in the room so they have a kettle with tea, coffee and snacks downstairs for guests to use
• Lesley Anne (10/5): - Grrat option for Phuket town for being close to all of the shops and the Sunday Market. The cafe at the front is lovely ans the rooms are spacious. There is no storage space, however, in the rooms so nowwhwre to hang up clothes or drawers to put anything away. Air conditioning works well and is quiet which is good.

• Dan (10/5): Fantastic pool villa! Can’t fault a thing! - Brilliant one night stay in the pool villa (separate to the rest of the hotel, at the rear of the building). A lovely quiet oasis where I enjoyed floating around in the pool on the inflatable. Great location, a stone’s throw from everything. Great cafe on site too and warm and friendly lady who welcomed us and checked us in. Will definitely stay again.

• 382sheris (10/5): Enjoy the experience - We wanted to be in old town Phuket. Isara is a great location, walking distance all over old town. The hotel has charming decor. We stayed 9 nights and had breakfast included. The breakfast was local Thai style with different items everyday. A lot of fun to discover new foods. The best part of our stay was the staff. Always smiling and wanting to be sure we had what we wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to each one of them.

This place has Netflix in every room so you can enjoy and chill out. This Place located in the old town of Phuket that you can walk the street to take photo or even find the bar to drink.
